Cozy and modern cottage of 30 sqm with lake view of beautiful Bodasjön with private rowing boat and shared access to jetty with swimming raft. In the living room, there is a sofa, kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the two panoramic windows above the sink provide a lovely view. Separate bedroom with a double bed 160 cm wide. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine with dryer, towel dryer and underfloor heating. A sleeping loft suitable for children and a sofa bed are available in the cottage.

Private patio with lake view, barbecue grill. Close to a swimming area with a jetty and kiosk (summer time). On the property, there are sheep, a cat and a small dog. 8 km to grocery store. Limited public transport. Possibility to go hiking in the woods and fishing. Gothenburg (45 min), Trollhättan (30 min), the sea (45 min).

Welcome to Gräsviken Viksängen 2, our oasis in the middle of Swedish nature. Stay in our guesthouses and have full access to our nice courtyard with outdoor kitchen. A wonderful place near Lake Öresjö. Swimming and access to canoe for cozy trips on the lake. Only 4 km to major municipal swimming areas. Nice hiking trails are in the vicinity. The closest town is Trollhättan, about 10 km. You can easily get by car to the lovely places on the west coast. This accommodation is suitable for those who want peace and quiet.

Lillstugan close to nature but still central

Relax in this simple, unique and quiet home. Here you live in the middle of nature but still centrally. Biking distance to NÄL hospital approx. 3.4 km. To the center it is about 5 km. And swimming lake 4 km. Båberg meeting 5 km. To exercise tracks and ski tracks, it is only 50 meters. Maybe the exerciser will fit in before Trollhättan's action week. Or the student at the university west. Or the staff at NÄL. Or just get away to the forest just around the corner from the house. I hope you enjoy yourselves.

Small cottage in the countryside by the Swedenleden!

En mysig liten stuga på 25 kvadrat med Sovloft, belägen på landet vid Nygård! Uteplats med trädgårdsmöbler och Grill! Här finns det fina sjöar runt om för den som vill bada eller fiska. I Prässebo 5 km från boendet finns en barnvänlig badplats med brygga och kiosk som är öppen under sommaren. vandringsleder och fina skogar att plocka svamp i på bil avstånd. Här kan du njuta av landsbygden men ändå ta dig till Göteborg eller Trollhättan på ca 35 minuter. Lokal mataffär hittar du ca 5 km bort.

Prästeröd

Experience a uniquely preserved farm on the border of Svartedalen Nature Reserve. Large garden and proximity to lakes and amazing nature, forest with mushrooms and berries. Possibility to borrow a boat, canoe and to pet sheep. On the farm, there are hens that provide fresh eggs for breakfast (mostly), we who rent out live on the neighboring farm and have Gotland sheep that often graze in the pastures around the house. The house has a simple standard, with well-preserved charm.

Newly built guesthouse near the forest with nice forest walks. Fully equipped small house. The house is next to our own house so it is the same entrance. You park in front of the white house, between the house and the lawn.
