You'll find bars, restaurants, stores, SEPTA/Amtrack stations, and Suburban Square within walking distance. It's also near many colleges such as Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, Villanova University, and more. It's near the center city of Philadelphia and the King of Prussia mall. The most important thing is the security around the neighborhood.

Fine shops, restaurants, yoga studios and an arts movie theater all within a comfortable walking distance. Mom's Organic Market, home-made ice-cream store and a pizza shop within 5 mns walk. SEPTA trains and bus service nearby - Philly is 27 mins away by train ($5-), 12 mls by car. A great alternative to 2 hotel rooms!

My family and I live on the first floor. You will have your own private entrance to a one bedroom apartment on the second floor.
