This is a listing for a sparkling clean self-contained basement-level guest suite within our home. You have your own entrance and complete privacy as well as your own private shower room. My husband and I live in the property above with our cat. While he will not have access to your suite, I respectfully advise if you have allergies or just a general dislike of cats then this is not the place for you. The suite comes complete with a microwave, mini fridge, iron & tea & coffee making facilities.
