The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. It offers 2 bedrooms/living rooms and kitchen with sea view, bathroom with windows, courtyard and 2nd toilet, washing machine and storage. It has a 40 sqm terrace to the sea, lemon garden with outdoor shower, water tank and roof terrace with sea and mountain views. Parking in 40 m

The Swallows sits on the outskirts of the Traditional hillside village of Megali Mantinea,overlooking the gulf of messinia ,20 minutes from the cosmopolitan centre of Kalamata. It is 4kms from sea,the village boasts several excellent tavernas.Set in a terraced Olive grove,the grounds have been lovingly developed to sit harmoniously with the surroundings,the site is eco friendly. We offer bed and breakfast with homemade jams,jellies and marmalades plus dietary alternatives if advised in advance.
