WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

Peaceful 1 private room with attached large bathroom and private entrance. The Adirondack style cedar cape home on 15 wooded acres. Central Air, hardwood floors, excellent cold well water. The rural location is only 15 minutes from the Saratoga Race Track, Casino, Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Spa State Park and Automobile Museum. Drive a little further to visit Moreau State Park Beach, Six Flags Great Escape and Adirondack Park hiking, boating etc. Very clean, no smoking, no pet, dwelling.

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
