The place is at another address than the one you get here, which was a little confusing for us since we never received a message with the actual instructions before we arrived. But after we called they were quick to respond and everything was sorted. The place was just as described. A lot of privacy, clean, nice apartment.

I loved staying at Ana and Fer's guest suite! I stayed there to get away and have a few solo vacation days, and it was perfect.. in such a beautiful neighborhood, and I love how I was able to borrow the bike to bike around. The bed was so comfortable, and the studio was clean. I had a great stay there. They were both really helpful with information on where to go, what to see, and where to eat. Thanks Ana and Fer!

We truly enjoyed our stay over four days with Maria, at the beginning of our FL travels. The 'Library room' seems like a reflection of her life story and wealth of knowledge, which makes conversations with her so interesting. Also loved your dog and the cats. We very much enjoyed our stay with Maria Luisa. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent. The home has an great location within walking distance of Little Havana, Brickell, and public transportation to many areas (eg beach) and Maria Luisa will give good recommendations on places to see.

Maria Luisa was a superb host, and yes, a terrific tour guide! She has such pride and a love for where she lives and is incredibly knowledgeable. Listen to her tips! She gave me a tour through the Wynwood arts area of Miami full of amazing graffiti murals and we had a grand time! Her house is immaculate--she cleans it daily and has a housekeeper. It is also full of whimsical charm, as she states--she has traveled the world extensively and has wonderful little knickknacks from her travels and the travels of her friends. I loved staying in the Library Room--so many great reads--well read, smart, funny woman and excellent host. Her pets are cute and the pool is terrific. This is the place to stay if you're coming to Miami.

We had a short but very enjoyable stay at Maria Luisa's lovely house in Miami. She was a great host, very thoughtful and helpful and she has a unique house that she loves to share with travellers. My boyfriend and I spent a fantastic stay at Maria. It is a wonderful host who recommended us a tour of some corners. She was there all the time for us. Feel free to ask questions, it is a true guide. She knows the city by heart including its history. If we go back to Miami, we will not hesitate to return home because it feels like home either. Is recommended.

The welcome was great. She showed us our room and explained every little detail to us. She has strict rules, but this is ok because she is sharing her private home with foreign people. We had a little bathroom shared with another room. We were allowed to store something in the fridge and eat something in the kitchen. Also she took us around the city in her car and showed us were to go and what to do and a few good restaurants.

We had an excellent time at this cozy pool house. Great hospitality from our hosts. Would definitely book again.

We had an awesome time staying with Marlene. The place is nice and clean and the area is very calm and safe. You have a big road on the other side of the house garden but you hardly hear it. It is very central both going to Everglades and downtown Miami. We would stay with Marlene again.

This host has a backyard that I only ever dream of. The lights are amazing and they make for the perfect picture. Their pool is well-kept and clean, their hammocks are sturdy, their hot tub is phenomenal and their beds are the comfiest. At the time of our stay, there were 2 cats - one who was very friendly and pleasantly kept us company, and another so shy I only managed to spot it once. If you're thinking of booking this place, stop thinking and just do it.

We had a great time at Marlene's place. The room and private bathroom are very clean and your check-in/out are super easy. Ideal location to visit the Everglades and Miami (we had a car rental). We recommend it!

We loved our stay at Bermaris' place! It's a beautifully decorated house in a quiet neighbourhood. We had breakfast at Le Boulangerie Boul'Mich which was at walking distance and it is a great place with fantastisch food! We took a yellow cab from the airport to Bermaris, which was 45 dollar. After that we started using Uber and it is so cheap and convenient!! Recommend it highly! We stayed only for two nights at Bermaris' place, so unfortunately we didn't have a lot of time to chat with her but she is so friendly and we highly recommend this place when you go to Miami! Thank you Bermaris for our amazing stay!

Great location! While the apartment is in walking distance to some touristic sites and also not far from Downtown Miami, it is still quiet and located in a really nice neighboorhood.

Absolutely LOVED Bermaris' home! She is beyond warm, inviting & knowledgeable of the area. The neighborhood is very quiet & safe. To the visitor that mentioned the train noise; this is not an issue at all, please do not let this comment sway your decision to stay as you can totally sleep peacefully and relax both inside & outside of your room. We will definitely stay again, and plan to stay again as often as we can during our future mid winter breaks.

I was staying with Bermaris' family 15days. I had great experience. The whole family are nice and friendly, and they will give you plenty of spaces to share the room. The room is quiet and order so that I can read and sit on the chair to do some personal stuff. I highly recommend this family house.

the host, melissa, is super sweet and very easy to communicate. the house is very spacious and comfortable. feels "human", not another generic condo in SoBe. uber pool is incredibly cheap in miami, so you can go all places for less than 5 bucks.

Comfortable place with everything our family needed during our stay.

The bungalow is exactly as pictured - clean, bright, extremely well equipped. Comfy beds and cozy atmosphere. Melissa left us a lovely welcome on the little chalkboard in the kitchen and a bowl of snacks on the table in the living room. She is extremely responsive and flexible - a lovely host who has the AirBnB thing figured out. The bungalow is located in Overtown, near a highway overpass and the rail line. Planes and trains are noisy up until midnight and start again just before 5am. I carry ear plugs so was able to sleep just fine. The neighbourhood, we were told by locals, is not safe for walking in the middle of the day. It is definitely a poorer neighbourhood. We could tell as we drove up. Personally I don't think we would have been murdered on the sidewalk but I did find the two pit bulls who roamed the street barking at us a little unnerving. Uber is so convenient and inexpensive, it wasn't too long before we barely noticed the neighbourhood. The upside of staying in Overtown is the price and the fact that you are a $4 Uber ride from Little Havana ($12 - $17 Uber to South Beach). When you eventually tire of the ultra rich on South Beach (and you may!) you can head over to Little Havana, have the best $15 dinner you will ever have at El Exquisitos and watch the Cuban men play dominoes in the park. If you plan to use the daybed in the living room, be sure to bring a sleeping mask. There is a security light outside the main window that lights up every two minutes because of a cat that roams the property. This can be a bit of a light show so make sure the mask provides good coverage! With these few quirks - neighbourhood, noise, and security light - in mind, I would definitely recommend Melissa's bungalow. It is a lovely, well priced retreat in central Miami.

Absolutely loved our stay at Melissa's place. Its a 20 minute drive to downtown. Very well decorated. Beds were comfortable. There was a garden where we had coffee daily morning which we rather enjoyed. Overall a realaxing and peaceful stay! Will surely visit next time I'm in Miami.

Micheles place is nicely furnished and the shared bathroom was always clean. There isnt much interaction with the host, but when we met, Michele was always very kind. Thanks for having us!

Michele was our best AirBnB host so far. My wife and I spent 5 days at her place during which time we not only got know her but became friends with her. She and her family provided us with information about stores, beaches, places to visit, helped us with a lot of small things during our stay. The room is nice, clean, equipped with a microwave, a fridge, a TV, a closet and of course its air conditioned, and it has direct access to the outside pool. The neighbourhood is a beautiful, clean, quiet residential area, close to the ocean, but you'll need a car to get around. We can recommend this place without constraints.

Das Haus liegt in der 152th vom US1 am Coral Reef Park. Wir hatten uns bei der Anreise sehr verfahren und Michele hat uns mitten in der Nacht an einer Tankstelle abgeholt und zu Ihr geleitet. Das muss Ihr ja nicht öfter passieren...;-) Mein Sohn und ich werden wegen Michele und Ihrer Familie wieder nach Miami fliegen und bei Ihr wohnen. Ich kann es nur jedem ans Herzen legen dort zu buchen!

Great place to stay. Cozy room with a nice bed. Michel is there all the time for you if there is anything you need. Although it is a bit far from the beach (around a 40 minute drive), this place is a great place to stay.

A wonderful place to call our temporary home while we were getting our footing in Florida. Michele was a very kind accommodating host, and made us feel right at home. Her place is beautiful and quiet, old world Florida charm!

Mary Jo and Marlene are wonderful people, they are the best hostess ever. When we arrived we were welcomed warmly. The room was very comfortable, the bed just AMAZING, we slept very well, everything was perfectly clean. The house is very beautiful, there is a pool and a nice garden. We enjoyed stay here, we were sorry to stay night night, we would like stay here more longer. We hope that we will return visit them soon, and stay more than one night. We loved the breakfast which Mary jo had prepared to us, and we loved talk to them during the breakfast. They were very friendly, generous, and I recommend them highly. I fully recomment Hiran's apartment as it's in an excellent location in Downtown Miami and is very well equipped with everything that makes your stay even more enjoyable. The view from the balcony is amazing, everything was perfectly clean and communication with Hiran was flawless, even when our flight got delayed and we had to reschedule a bit. We also loved the pool area, which we had all for ourselves most of the time. I would stay there anytime again, thank you Hiran!

The loft is perfect for couples or any families up to 4 guests. The location is perfect, 5-10 mins driving from south beach, in the middle of dowtown Miami. We had a great time! You can save money on your meals by cooking at the loft! ;-)

The listing description was very accurate. The hosts made us feel very welcomed and our stay was very peaceful. Their dog was very small and very gentle and our hosts have him trained very well so it was not an issue at all, but a pleasure for we missed our pet while we were away. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we did not get a chance to enjoy the pool or the out side. Plenty of restaurants near by to eat. The only problem we had was with our GPS, we took the wrong road from the airport and it took more time then we had planned to arrive. Make sure to take the turnpike instead of highway 1. Better communication on our part with Lili would have saved us some time. She is very good at returning communications. I would highly recommend these accommodations for anyone staying in the Miami area

We were there for one night between two flights. It was perfect, 10 minutes from the airport( 5 min shuttle and 5 min of walking).Arthur was really kind and helpfull. We ended up having a bigger room than the one we booked with a private bathroom and living room/kitchen

Not a 5 star Airbnb, but the real selling point is the location. You really could walk there from the airport if you wanted to. Also, the mom is very friendly and will provide a small breakfast in the morning before you go. Highly recommend for a short layover in Miami.

From check-in to check-out, plus...Arthur, Jessica, Grandma and members of the family who stopped by were warm and friendly. Grandma made me breakfast - thank you very much! Arthur went above and beyond to offer his couch - free of charge - for an extra night I didn't plan for initially, and dropped me off at the airport at 4:15 AM for my early flight. Arthur, I am grateful. The home is literally about 7 minutes to MIA - depending on your gate of arrival/departure. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. I totally enjoyed my stay here.

Maribel's place was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Her check in instructions and directions were very clear and precise which made check-in and check-out very easy. The location is great since it is within walking distance to restaurants and just off the main highways. The studio is nice and private and provides the basic amenities needed for a comfortable short stay. I recommend this room for any single or pair travellers looking for a short stay in Miami.

My husband and I absolutely loved our very short but enjoyable stay at Maribel house!! It look exactly like it's pictured,very clean and nice neighborhood. The bed is soooo comfy I didn't want to get up lol oh and ladies there is a massive mirrior to check your self out (i got me a few selfies in) lol Maribel is so kind and inviting and left very simple and easy to follow instructions. We will definitely stay again when we return to Miami

The accommodations were perfect! You have plenty of privacy, it's very clean, and the location is the (URL HIDDEN) is in the heart of everything and you can walk to so many different places. Or if you prefer, Uber and Lift will take you most places for just a few dollars.

We only stayed here one night, however, it was a very nice stay. We got in late after working and travelling all day and easily found the home. It was also off a main road that had plenty of late night food options (which we were in desperate need of). The neighborhood was nice, cute Spanish style homes, and we also felt totally safe. We walked to the back of the house and the entrance was in a little courtyard type area, and the key was in a lock box on the door. When we settled in it was exactly like it was on the listing, which is always a bonus. Everything was clean and fresh. There was a lovely welcome note and some chocolates with fresh flowers. The next morning as we were leaving Maribel heard us and poked her head out to see how everything was, she's very nice. We will definitely stay with her again!

AWESOME!! Comfy bed, a nice snack when you get in from traveling...great place if you have a layover. If ever have layover in Miami this is the first place I'll look! (Note: don't get kung fu restaurant delivery...not very good food at all...obviously no fault of host...but recommendation from traveler to traveler :-))

I was sitting at the airport at 7 AM calling hotels near by and all gave me the same answer , check in time is 3 PM . So I tried Airbnb and ran across Jose @ Tania home . I called Jose up and asked him how long will it take him to get me and he said 5 to 10 minutes . and so it was in less than 20 minutes I was all settled in . Lovely room , clean and newly remodeled , Just like he said . Jose is great , Drove me around to get food and did everything to make my short stay pleasant . At 9 PM he drove me to the Airport . If you are looking for a short or long stay near the Airport , Jose is your man .

One of the greatest airbnbs I've ever been to! The room was really clean and we felt so comfortable! They provided snacks and drinks for us for free which was so great and nice! Unfortunately we stayed just one night at Jose's and Tania's house, but this is the best place for a long layover! Especially that they offer to pick you up at the airport (which is like 5 min away) and drop you off! We just met Tania and she was so lovely and welcoming. I fully recommend staying at this apartment!

Very confidently located to Miami International. We used an Uber car to get there at it was just over $5. It was dark when we got there but Tania greeted us and showed us to our room. It was spacious for the 4 of us and our luggage with a private ensuing bathroom. Netflix on the tv, fridge, microwave and a kettle so we were very self contained. Very happy and would recommend.

It was really nice to live in Jose house. They are really friendly, and the room is really tiny almost 6star hotel standard. Although the house is near the airport, the house is in a quite neighborhood, me and my sister have a good sleep that night! There are some snakes and drink in and outside the room, really sweet! We leave really early in the morning, and I didn't expect that vega would pick us and sent us to the airport, so we call the uber, but when we came out, vega was there waiting for us. It was really sorry cus she woke up really early in the morning, but I was really thankful. It is a good experience living in Jose and vega's house. It will be my first choice forever ~

Both Jose' and Tania made me feel welcome. The room was large and comfortable. There is actually a full sized trundle bed under the main bed, so my niece could have stayed there as well very comfortably. The room is exactly as pictured; the private bathroom is quite nice. The room has an entrance off the back of the house, so you do not impinge on their family's living space, which I consider a plus. I did hear one plane, not loud. It is close enough to the airport to be convenient without being so close that planes wake you. I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay there my next trip if it is available then. They had water and soda in the refidge in the room, as well as a light breakfast available in the hall to the private exit.

We had a nice time at moniques appartment in Key West. The street on the one side was a bit loud, but the bedrooms led to the backside, so we slept really well. The kitchen was equipped perfectly. In the beginning we had a small problem opening the lock box, but after a few minutes we figured it out! We would definitely come back here;-)

Monique's little place was great. It was wonderfully clean and comfortable. Monique was responsive to any questions. It is furnished with IKEA so it has a lot amenities fitted well into a small space. One double in a room and 2 twins in another room, with plenty of closet space for all. The kitchen is fully equipped. The small balcony overlooking a canal and the roof top deck with an outdoor shower was cool. the place is about 7 minutes from Key West so driving is necessary to get into town, the drive is simple. Parking in town was easy but kinda expensive. Overall a great place to stay to visit Key West. Will return. Thx Monique

Great condo with a wonderful patio overlooking a bay. Updated and modern. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was a great value. Although, with the traffic it can take a little bit of time to get to Old Town Key West. It wasn't a huge issue for us but something you will want to be aware of.

We stayed two nights in Louis' apartment in Key west, ca. 10 km from the heart of Key West. Very nice communication and easy in and check. We found and handed a key to the specified localization. The apartment was spacious, clean and very nice. The kitchen delicious and with all equipment. There was a fine view and a nice big roof terrace. Everything was as described and a nice place to stay. We'd love to stay here again and gives the place the best recommendations!

The place is great & Yvonne is very cool. The location is very good, 5 miles from Downtown Key West. The apartment has EVERYTHING, trust me, everything! I plan to come back many times, I recommend.

I never met Louis or had a conversation with him but the unit was extremely nice & clean once inside with plenty of space and a nice modern kitchen. The area was quiet and about 15 minutes to Key West. I would recommend this property for anyone who can climb three flights of stairs and has access to transportation.

We stayed for 2 nights at Helena's beautiful apartment. Everything Was perfect and apartment is So clean and better than some of the hotels we stayed in. Highly recommonded!

Helena is a great host! I feel "home" all the time. The apartment is nice and clean.

We stayed for 1 night at Helena's, straight out of Miami International from Europe. Helena welcomed us personally and very friendly as if we were family! The private apartment was very nice, had a kitchenette and a bedsofa that our 3 year old son used. The bathroom was clean and had enough towels for everybody. We had our own entrance and parking space which was also very nice. Highly recommended if you want to spend the night outside Miami centre or are on your way to the Gulf coast! This was our 1st AirBNB experience.

Staying with Helena was awesome! We arrived for Valentines Day weekend- and she was more than accommodating. Though we arrived later in the evening, Helena stayed by her phone so we could let her know once we we in the apartment, safely. Not only is her property 20-30 minutes from main attractions-- my partner and I were able to travel in-town to have authentic Colombian and Venezuelan cuisine, which was necessary! Helena has an awesome space with an amazing comfortable bed, and great shower. The mini living room gave us a place to unwind each night of our stay. Definitely, can not wait to get back to stay with Helena. Thank you !!

We absolutely loved this place! It was a perfect quiet little place for my boyfriend and I. Just the only complaint was that the air conditioning was a little loud and it only came on a couple times at night so it got a little hot. Other then that, 5 stars!

Helena is a wonderful host. We stayed for 1 week and everything was as described if not better. The only compliant I have is the clock in the dining area can be loud at night but this issue is solved by closing the bedroom door. The area is residential, quite and safe. It's approx 25-30 min from Miami Beach. We rented a car and didn't have any issues with parking. It was our first time using Airbnb but will most definitely use it again. Overall fantastic experience

Very nice, spacious apartment. We stayed here when the hurricane passed by Miami, but felt very safe here. Very good neighbourhood and the host was super helpful. She gave us some great tips on which roads to take in the rough weather, and took great care of us. She made sure we were all good. She has paid a lot of attention to details and we felt very comfortable and at home. It's also very close to the airport. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We were reluctant to stay the night at a boat at first, but it was suprisingly comfortable. We had a warm welcome from Kevin and Dana when we arrived. The place is very relaxing. Star gazing on the boat, kayak through the sunset...definitely worth it. Thanks Kevin & Dana!

This place was perfect for our 3 night stay in the keys. The boat is exactly as described, clean and cozy and the perfect place to lay your head down at night. The surrounding area is also great, with beautiful views (and plenty of seating to enjoy the views), fish in the area off the dock, and other outdoor lawn games. The restrooms are easy to access. I would definitely recommend staying here, hope to come back again!

Linda and Mike are good managers and on top of things. I stayed in the boat at the place they manage. It was similar to camping, and exactly what I was told to expect. Linda and Mike made sure that everything was ready and that I had all that I needed. Mike was kind enough to take my traveling companion and I out on his sailboat, which was neat. I would recommend staying with them.

What an amazing place!! The property is beautiful, awesome views of the sea with plenty of hammocks and chairs to enjoy the view. The sailboat was really nice inside and has a/c to keep it cool. Having the kayaks and the snorkel equipment was great! Loved waking up and going snorkelling right by the property. Kevin is the best host. Really friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again!

We loved our time with Kevin and Dana! Kevin greeted us warmly, offered us a beer, and showed us around. He even drilled a hole in a coconut so that we could drink out of it! Also, they have a cute and friendly dog that follows the owners around! The yard/dock was the perfect place to relax and read all day--and get a little tan. We were also lucky to be provided snorkel gear--flippers, goggles, snorkels--which let us explore the parrot fish and other tropical fish under the docks and nearby. Kevin had great advice on where to kayak and snorkel. We stayed on the boat and it was just like luxury camping--since we were able to shower, grill, and make coffee in a real coffee maker. It was nice to sit out on the dock at night and listen to the waves while star-gazing. We did find ourselves craving a couch every once in a while but were pleased with the boat. There was plenty of fridge space and the grill worked great. Also, Kevin took us out sailing on our last night to see the iguanas in the trees and the sunset. The sailboat was a perfect base to explore the keys and we really enjoyed the snorkeling, kayaking, and biking! Thank you Kevin and Dana for a wonderful time!

A great place to stay while seeing Key Largo - LOVED LOVED LOVED the water access and snorkeling. Enjoyed the open room, light & airy bathroom and convenient location. We were snorkeling and in the water within 10 minutes of arriving - all the equipment is there to borrow and included in the cost of the room! Rate is very reasonable and overall we really enjoyed ourselves. The host made sure to greet us and make us feel welcome. I recommend the Tree Tops apartment though only if you don't have any knee issues or reserves about with kinda steep-ish stairs. The description and communication were excellent.

Leslie was the most gracious host! The property is wonderful, accommodations were great and the view is phenomenal! We couldn't ask for a better place to get away.

Owner seemed impatient when I tried to explain that I was not receiving complete messages. AC was not running when we arrived so room was extremely hot. Took a long time to cool down.

Hiran's place is a great place to stay if you are visiting downtown Miami.. The condo is in a good location and well equipped. There is a metrorail station just neary if you need it but the valet parking is a fantastic feature and means you can easily rent a car and not worry about parking. Great little food shop on the ground floor means that you dont need to search very far for anything. There is also a lovely lap pool if you are a swimmer! Hiran was very helpful and was more than happy to help if I had any questions. Would love to stay again if I come to Miami in the future! I'm glad I got to stay here for my first experience with Airbnb.

We stayed in Hiran's apartment in mid April. While the condo unit itself was a bit shabbier than the pictures show, the building quality, service, and communication were incredible and really made the stay worthwhile! The view is also really spectacular. I have rated 4 stars because of the service and communication! You really can't beat the value for the area. The good: -The condo building is indeed upscale and in a great location. The valet parking was always prompt, convenient and pleasant; the secure building access always made my husband and I feel safe. -The service was top notch. Karen, Hiran’s agent was so kind and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. She also waited for our late flight to let us in. -The view and location were really spectacular. -We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked lovely from our balcony! The bad: I will say that the condo looks in slightly better condition in the photographs than in reality. There is a general shabbiness (stains on the carpet, cracked stove top, bed frame was functional but a bit broken under the mattress) about the apartment. While I would say the apartment was clean (especially the bathroom and kitchen), the shaggy rug under and in front of the bed seemed to retain some dirt/dust/hair.

Checkin with Hiran was so easy! He kept in contact with us while we were on the way and met us at the front! Even helped carry bags up! The place was very clean and exactly as the pictures show! The view is amazing!!! We didn't have any issues during our stay and Hiran even checked in to offer advice on where to eat and what to do during our visit! I would love to stay at his spot again!

Hirans place was wonderful. Me and my girlfriend stayed their in Miami for a weekend and it was great. The host was very helpful and very nice, she helped with what ever we needed and directions to the place. The place is exactly the way it looks in the photos it was very cozy and comfy it was great for a couple. The valet parking was very convenient also. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Miami for a weekend you won't regret it

The condo was amazing! Hiran was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving us with the keys. He always responded very quickly if we had questions. The condo was amazing! The location was super convenient with free valet parking which if you've ever been to Miami, is certainly a plus! The view from the condo is breathtaking and we definitely took advantage of the pool and convenience store in the lobby! We will definitely be contacting Hiran for our next trip in Miami!
