"You'll love our breakfast and we know food" We're a small home grown bed and breakfast in rural central Utah with a private setting for our guests in a separate dwelling just a short stone's throw from our residence all in the quiet setting of Manti, Utah just 4 blocks directly west of the Historic Manti Temple.
Our lofted bed and breakfast is built on the "tiny home" concept. It's cozy and private with a full standard height kitchen, bathroom with shower and a 5' high lofted bedroom with a queen sized memory foam bed and living room. In the loft living room there is a large 50" flat screen TV equipped with Netflix via ROKU, Amazon Prime, YouTube videos, and free wireless internet. Perfect for 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children so if you're adventurous and can climb our "Jefferson" stairs we'll make ready for you. We also have an additional private bedroom on the main floor with a standard 7' height ceiling with a super comfortable Queen sized memory foam bed and its own 35" flat screen TV. Your stay includes a full home cooked breakfast which includes delicious crepes (topped with fresh berries), farm fresh scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, 100% pure maple syrup, Kodiak mountain berry syrup, orange juice and upon request, raw milk from our Jersey cow named Matlida. Each additional morning we also offer our fresh tomato and basil omelettes and pan seared breakfast potatoes and turkey sausage. Other options available are our delicious buttermilk waffles with fresh berries. We'd love to have you as our guests!
Our neighborhood is a vintage neighborhood by the Manti temple set back in the small rural location of Sanpete valley with a rich pioneer heritage settled by early Mormon settlers at the invitation of Chief Walkara. Nearby favorites to visit are Maple Canyon which is a favorite for hikers and climbers due to the beautiful forestry and conglomerate rock formations towering at an elevation of 6,700 feet. Even closer is Manti canyon. It is a favorite spot for hiking and 4 wheeling with beautiful trails and greenery and Yearn's reservoir is a great place to fish.
  • Chris and LeAnn’s place is great. We just wanted to get out of our home and go explore and we found their Airbnb and it was everything we could have hoped for. We specifically picked her Airbnb because of the meals feature which we thought were neat, my steak was a little off, I don’t know if it was just bad meat, or if it was grilled on the bbq after seafood being grilled, BUT I didn’t not let the hosts know and didn’t give them the opportunity to make up for it which was my bad. My boyfriend ordered the Balsamic Grilled Chicken which was great. Breakfast was good, I’d definitely recommend the Buttermilk waffles with berry syrup. The loft was awesome, they had a firewood stove heater which we loved and definitely took advantage of that. The upstairs loft was perfect for us 20 year olds, we were easily able to go up and down the stairs and and we would recommend it to any of our friends. With everything being closed due to this quarantine thing, we still ended up finding and awesome slot canyon nearby with waterfalls you could hike up with some nice person previously anchoring some ropes to help you climb up. All in all it was a fantastic trip and it was money well spent. I definitely would like to return to this Airbnb for a little getaway in the future.

  • Breakfast was delicious! Leann was very welcoming and understanding of our late arrival. The fire was started when we arrived and we were able to have a perfect night’s rest!

  • Chris and LeAnn’s guest house is beautiful! They are very accommodating and we will definitely come again next time we are in Utah.

    Taylor2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Such a quiet peaceful space, perfect for a weekend to slow down! You HAVE to try their meals, they're so great. AND we went home with some of their honey, chapsticks, and soaps, which are also just to die for.

    Wrenn2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • LeAnn and Chris’s place is a very cute and cozy tiny house. We expected it to be on a rural farm but what we learned is that Manti has little farms right within the town. We had LeAnn prepare us two of her dinner meals. Everything we had was excellent, so take advantage of her reasonably priced meals! Communication was easy and as hosts they went above and beyond. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area.

    Connie2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great little place! I really enjoyed this little loft. I was there for just a quick night but, everything was perfect. Thanks!

    Riley2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a great time here! The space is darling as pictured, food was delicious (we had the BBQ chicken and crepes) and it was the perfect space for a quick getaway. 100% would recommend!

    Aubrey2020-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • I really enjoyed my time here. It was super nice to stay in a small town and enjoy the quiet there. Chris and LeAnn were amazing hosts and made sure I was comfortable. The food was amazing! I’d definitely come back!

  • Clean, peaceful and cozy! Wow, I didn’t want to leave this cottage after staying here. Located in a quiet, rural ranch town. I met a few friendly ranch cats. Nice place to walk around to enjoy the farm life and vast scenery. Kate made our stay very, very cozy with heaters in each room and a coffee machine. The towels in the bathroom were amazingly plush! Definitely give this cottage a try!

  • Amazing little cottage with everything you could possibly need! 10/10 would recommend!

    Natasha2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this amazing little cottage. I would say it’s a hidden gem, as well as the place. Kate had the place beautifully decorated and had more than enough amenities for us. Communication was great and prompt and we received a ton of great local recommendations. We’re probably coming back here again in summer!

    Imtiaz2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • What a great place! Clean with all the amenities. Hosts were prompt with information and great to work with! The city is perfect for casual exploration! Loved our stay and look forward to doing another get away again soon. You will love it!

    David2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Kate’s cabin is an adorable, quaint getaway that my puppy and I really enjoyed. It felt like staying in an authentic pioneer cabin but with all the modern conveniences of course:) Kate was very prompt at responding and very kind. The set-up was organized and everything was very clean. I definitely recommend this place!

Enjoy a heritage experience of peace and comfort staying in a rare, unique, well-preserved, & original pioneer cabin built in the 1860s updated with the comforts of the present plus a refridgerator stocked full of fresh & local ingredients to make a fabulous, self-served farm to table breakfast. Locally made chocolates atop your pillow, chilled bubbly, & lavender (distilled by the hostess) spritzed linens are only the beginning . . . Relax, recharge, & reconnect with your stay at Heritage Cabin.
In addition to a fabulous night’s stay in one of three bed options: a “grounding bed” for optimal sleep quality, a feather topped bed for those wanting extra cushion, or a queen-sized sofa bed (not my favorite, but it is a brand new mattress), guests are welcome to use the grounds surrounding the cabin including a covered picnic area and delightful fire pit (marshmallows included!). The heritage cabin is located 5 1/2 blocks from the historic Manti temple, 1 block to the town’s grocery store and gift stores, and 1/2 to the best pizza we have to offer (the creamy sauce and artichokes on the Mediterranean pie are my favorites). We are just a small jaunt away to some of the best ATV trails in the state, day trips to national parks such as Bryce Canyon and Arches, as well as minutes away from scenic waterfall hikes and the beautiful Palisade’s lake.
Just five blocks south from the historic Manti temple, one block from a grocery store, antique store, and places of refreshment, as well as a stone’s throw from all the personal service we have to offer from the main house.
  • The value far exceeded the cost and the comfort level of this beautiful little cabin was far better than the large hotels that were available to us along our route, for a fraction of the cost -- merely for taking a scenic, relaxing drive through the mountains rather than staying on the crowded interstate, looping us back to rejoin our original route with only a minimal cost of time! The hospitality was exceedingly warm, thoughtful and caring but not intrusive, the cabin was spotless with more amenities than we needed. Our only regret was that our schedule didn't allow for more than one night -- we would not hesitate to return in our travels and would heartily recommend it for anyone seeking an experience rather than just another hotel.

  • Tiffany was a very friendly and responsive host. I enjoyed my stay in this comfortable, clean, and unique property. Thanks for providing a delicious breakfast and recommendation for dinner. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Manti area!

    Aaron2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay and experience so much. All the little details from decor to the farm fresh meal provided were absolutely perfect and added to the experience. Such a cute place to stay. Will totally stay here again.

    Kayla2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • I have stayed at Airbnb's all over the world and Tiffany is the best host I've ever had plus her cabin is really lovely. I stayed at the cabin with a coworker on a work trip and Tiffany's thoughtful touches and beautiful snug little cabin made a work trip into a vacation! Tiffany pampered us and made us feel special. Tiffany's sweet notes and warm and friendly personality made everything so extra nice. I hope to stay at the cabin again in a couple months and bring my family so they can also experience this charming cabin and wonderful hostess.

    Saren2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Tiffany and her lovely 1860's cabin has exceeded our expectations in every which way. Lovely vintage decor in a most stocked rustic cabin. Cozy fireplace and sitting area. Kitchen fully stocked. I hope life will bring me back to Manti to once more stay in this most special place. 10/10 for the fresh home-farmed breakfast Tiffany left for us in the fridge. If you are lucky enough to be passing through or near Manti, look no further)

    Dov2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • This is our go-to place when we visit the area. The hosts are always so welcoming and the place is so great! We love it!

    Kristi2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • If your trip takes you anywhere close to Manti, Utah, you HAVE to visit Tiffany’s Heritage Cabin. She is like your beloved sister that you did not know you had. The cabin is an updated 1800’s gem, that is immaculately clean inside and authentic “Little House on the Pairie” outside. Tiffany’s little touches are everywhere-delicious, beautiful, and thoughtful. Try to schedule so you can spend more than one night. You will not be disappointed with the hospitality.

    David2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • We came home strengthened by the hope that that little cabin gives off! We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin and the relaxing aura of the place. We met Tiffany's cute dog and kitty and they kindly greeted us. They were so sweet! My husband and I were so grateful and impressed by the sincere greeting from Tiffany, despite our late arrival. We deeply appreciated the history of the cabin that she gave to us and we were in awe every time we looked at those beautiful walls. Manti is a beautiful, small town!

  • Super cute farmhouse! Very clean and had everything we needed.

    Lizeth2020-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our stay in the quaint little farmhouse. Easy to get to and away from the city enough, not that Ephraim is that huge to begin with but it was nice to be off the main road a bit. Everything was clean and warm and cozy. We loved the hot tub under the moon and stars on a nice cool winter evening. Everything was great. No complaints at all. Loved it.

    Mark2020-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • Do not pass up this wonderful stay if you are in the area. We loved this farm stay. The house is so cute and comfortable that we hated to leave. The aged wood, decorating, hot tub, comfy bed, thoughtful touches and friendly hosts will all make you want to return. I know we hope to!!

  • The pictures of this do not do it justice! The inside was so cute and thoughtful. It was beautifully decorated. It was easy to find and had a fun outside space. The stars were so beautiful while sitting in the hot tub. We sat in it when we got there and also the next morning before the sun rose over the mountain. This farmhouse is also pretty close to maple canyon which was such a great hile and amazing views! We will be back in the summer again!

Located atop the historic ZCMI building, this charming studio apartment features stained glass windows, gas fireplace, and 1,100 square feet of living space for magic or mayhem! There is a large sunlight over the dining table, a full kitchen and a view of the valley. Air conditioning, three screened windows and four ceiling fans. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 sectional sofa, 1 hammock, and 1 toddler bed. Sleeping for 4.5 people plus the sofa.
Amenities include a vintage thrift and consignment store on the main level with handmade gifts, a bakery & cafe. Novelty candy, homemade sweets and, of course, fresh baked deliciousness. Free wi-fi. Plenty of local adventures - including Maple canyon, an internationally renown hiking place, 6 miles away. Fairview museum, 15 miles. Manti, 20 minutes away, and Palisades Lake for great fishing and kayaking 30 minutes from the condo.
Moroni had a bustling dance hall and opera house back in the day. One might still find the same friendly, fun-loving neighbors in this cute little farm town that houses more turkeys than humans. The opera house has been restored on the incoming curve on the west side of town and is a gathering place for families and celebrations. On the west side of Main Street as you leave town, there's a newly dedicated Veteran's Memorial Park. Other sight seeing adventures in town include the old Feed Mill where my grandpa worked, the twirly slide by the Center Street ball field (about 300 North), a couple gas stations, a credit union, and two restaurants: Juanita's Mexican food and Biggie's (both on the same block on Main Street, hard to miss). My super favorite thing about Moroni is the 4th of July celebration... everything from the Fireman's Breakfast early morning to fireworks in the evening. We even have a ping-pong drop before the Main Street parade and a fun kid's carnival at the Center Street ball park. For me, Moroni doesn't just feel like home, it feels like family. I hope that you like to be here too!
  • A cute loft apartment. Has lots of old time charm. Host was super awesome.

  • Beautiful, peaceful, stylish space. I live in Salt Lake and used it for a little weekend get-away. I spent time reading and writing and hiking in Maple Canyon and exploring Sanpete county. What a nice area! I also loved the little boutique downstairs. So cute!

    Brooke2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • The space was very spacious & clean. We had all that we needed to relax, have fun & prepare meals. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Aubri & Eva were quickly available and responsive to any questions we had. They even went out if their way to get us a bottle opener after we had asked if there was one available. The location was above the Mainstreet Boutique. Aubri runs the boutique a few days a week. Aubri personally checked us in and let us know if there was anything we needed to let her know. After settling in we went back to her shop and purchased some great little finds! The location was within walking distance to a burger, shake & coffee shop, a Mexican restaurant and a gas station. The closest grocery store is in Ephraim about 15 minutes away. Great space & great host!

Cooper's Cabin at the Osborne Inn is the ideal spot to discover Spring City's stunning landscape, on foot or on complimentary bicycles. Whatever your reasons — whether they be historical exploration, adventure, romance, or relaxation — your stay in Cooper's Cabin at the Osborne Inn will remind you to slow your pace and savor life. It is our hope that the serenity of Spring City and the warmth of the service found here will make the Osborne Inn your tradition.
Get away to Cooper’s Cabin, a newly restored pioneer cabin in 2012. It was found in ruins in the back corner of the property. The logs were numbered by Snow College’s Traditional Building Skills Institute and reassembled behind the inn. This cabin, circa 1860, was probably standing during the Black Hawk War of which William Osborne was a veteran. The pioneers could not have conceived the luxuries we take for granted in Cooper’s Cabin.
In the heart of Utah, nestled under Horseshoe Mountain, is Spring City: the town that time forgot. It was founded in 1852 by James Allred and is a registered national historic district with all of the charm of a 19th century community. The town “graphically documents the techniques of Mormon town planning in Utah” and the “architecture is remarkably well preserved with an abundance of religious buildings, homes and small commercial establishments which predate World War One” (National Register of Historic Districts Report). Spring City’s early population was largely Scandinavian, influencing many of its buildings’ architectural designs. The town retains much of the same atmosphere it did when first established.
  • The little cooper cabin was an adorable and cozy place to stay. It was also incredibly quiet, I’ve never heard silence like that before. Would definitely recommend to anyone passing through!

  • Cooper’s Cabin was super clean and thoughtful. Access was a breeze and it had everything we could have needed. Host made sure we were content and taken care of!

  • My wife and I loved staying in Coopers Cabin over Valentines Weekend. It was quaint, cozy and rustic. My wife and I also loved the local food recommendations Barbara provided us especially Das Cafe. We definitely recommend staying in Coopers Cabin if you are planning a trip to Spring City.

  • This cottage is cozy and clean and adorable!! It was just what I needed. I was there for a writing retreat, so I didn't get to explore Spring City like I wanted to, but I will definitely be back! The cabin was sparkling clean and plenty warm with the heaters going. It was perfect!

    Kimberly2020-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • This cabin is adorable and a perfect retreat. The big tub was great to soak in. Despite the freezing weather over the heater was on the space stayed nice and toasty. The bed was also comfortable.

Cute country home with 1 Beds and 1 Bath. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen air mattress in living room. Relaxing atmosphere. Minutes away from outdoor activities like fishing, atv trails, and horse back riding. All the comforts from home located in the beautiful Sanpete valley.
  • Really nice old home, our main hesitation in booking was that there is no central air conditioning or swamp cooler, we stayed in the end of August and were very comfortable, all the rooms have ceiling fans and it cools off outside at night nicely. I can’t think of anything to complain about, we had an enjoyable stay.

  • Such a super cute place and very easy to get to! Easy to check in to and the best thing was all the amenities they left for us to use in the kitchen! Loved the location and just how clean it was! It was perfect for our family. You will love it!!

    Tricia2019-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • We have stayed in Cassie’s place several times. She has been amazingly accommodating with us. The house is cozy, super simple and has everything u need. A full kitchen, plenty of linens. Comfy beds. There is not a lot of outside space for hanging out which was not an issue for us as we spent the days in nearby Maple Canyon. A surprise was how cool the interior of the house stayed during hot July weather. If you go to the trouble to close windows and shades during the daytime, it’s practically cold!

Spring city is a historic town and there are such great pioneer homes which have been restored to their former glory. The Main Street has several art galleries and there are many art festivals throughout the year. This was originally settled by early Mormon Pioneers. The City has a fountain with natural spring water coming from it and it has been voted the best tasting water in the nation! Go fill up a bottle for free!
  • The apartment is super clean, very large. Great location, with an awesome morning view of the mountains.

  • This home was very clean and comfortable, in a nice quiet location. The communication was superb. I was nervous that there might be some issues, because I booked just 8 hours before our stay. But everything went smoothly. There was lots of extra bedding, and plenty of pillows, and towels. Would definitely stay again!

    Melodi2019-10-06T00:00:00Z
  • This space has a bunch of room to spread out in and would be great for a longer stay since it has a washer and dryer. It was clean with the basics you need for a nice stay. The natural light was also lovely. I didn’t experience the dry sauna, but the area is just beautiful.

Beautifully decorated, cozy comfy Home. Only 7 miles to Manti Temple. Beautiful canyons to explore with fishing lakes and ATV trails.
You'll love this quiet, peaceful home away from home.
Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Don't be surprised if people wave as you drive down the street, just wave back =) Up the hill east of the home is an Elk Ranch you can see from the patio. in the fall you may hear them bugling.
  • You can expect a good night’s sleep because the bed is awesome. Diana is an amazing hostess who will make you feel like you are home. We did have a little issue with Google maps not directing us to the right spot but Ephraim is small enough we were able to figure it out on our own.

This is a great home within walking distance to the best pizza in town. There is a great bowling alley as well as a great Mexican restaurant in town. College activity center with swimming! Beautiful mountains and desert to ride atv/fourwheelers in! Snowmobiling in the winter! Golfing at the state park and others just minutes away. Rafting, swimming and laying on the beach at palisade state park. This final Mormon miracle pageant! Sanpete county Fair and many other Sanpete attractions!
This is a very homie place to stay. It has a unique lay out of the house. The front door goes right into a cozy living room with a nice wood burning stove. There is a separate entrance to the kitchen or just walk through the living room. Lots of counter space to make a nice home cooked meal. There are a washer and dryer in a room off of the kitchen. There is a back door that is right by the rooms. Upstairs there is a beautiful queen log bed in the loft area and a room right off of the loft has a full bed. On the main floor there is a shared bathroom. Down stairs there is a big king bed and just to the side of that is a room with a queen bed. Down stairs also has a private bathroom. There is a lovely fire pit in the back yard to enjoy the country sky! Very peaceful place to come and relax with the family!

  • What we loved most was that there is plenty of private space (sleeping/hanging out) as well as room to be together. The layout of the house is unique and great for a couple of families.

    Tawna2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • This house is awesome for family gatherings! There are so many beds and enough space for a family of 10 plus friends! The kitchen and living room are big enough for a group. Everything you'd need for cooking is available. The rooms are clean and cozy with cute, rustic decor. Note that not all the bedrooms are private (don't have doors).

The Carnahan Room in The Osborne Inn is the ideal spot to discover Spring City's stunning landscape, on foot or on complimentary bicycles. Whatever your reasons — whether they be historical exploration, adventure, romance, or relaxation — your stay in the Osborne Inn will remind you to slow your pace and savor life. It is our hope that the serenity of Spring City and the warmth of the service found here will make the Osborne Inn your tradition.
This Victorian home is in the midst of Spring City, a National Historic District with over 50 historic homes. Each of our four charming guest rooms offer a private bath; three include a jetted tub and gas fireplace. The Carnahan Room is our largest room and includes a jetted tub and gas fireplace.

This apartment is called "The Nest" because it is nestled in the trees with a beautiful large deck and private access. It is cozy and clean with a small kitchenette and comfortable beds for up to 6 guests. Come and enjoy a relaxing get away in our haven.
"The Nest" was recently renovated into a fully separate guest apartment in our home. It was created to be a space of relaxation, quiet and peace. We know you will enjoy our cute little apartment nestled in the tree tops. The bedroom is equipped with a memory foam California King size bed, and a cozy sitting area. The memory foam twin hallway beds are comfortable and fun for single travelers or children. The queen sofa bed is comfortable and equipped with a memory foam mattress. The standard occupancy for "The Nest" is 4 guests, additional guests will be $5 extra per night. The kitchenette has everything you need to enjoy a nice meal. There is a convection microwave oven and a portable induction cooktop for your use. We don't have a full size stove and oven in the unit. The living room is equipped with a large TV and Netflix for those guests that want to enjoy a movie or their favorite show. The outdoor space matches the charm of the apartment with a grill, and outdoor dining set. Sit out on the large deck and enjoy reading a book while sitting in a comfy chair. We hope you enjoy our space as much as we do and look forward to having you stay at "The Nest".
"The Nest" is located in the center of town but makes you feel like you are all alone in a cute cabin in the woods. It is a 2 minute walk to Snow College's main campus and less than 1 minute walk to the only coffee shop in Ephraim, the Solid Rock Cafe. The neighborhood is safe, and the noise level is low most times of the year.
  • We had a wonderful stay! We love the Nest - it is always so clean and so well-decorated (love all the bird/nest touches) and so welcoming! Also, we truly love the bed - we both slept better than usual, and even contacted the owner to find out the manufacturer!

  • I enjoyed staying in Amy’s place. The location is wonderful and was walking distance to Snow College.

    Crystal2020-01-08T00:00:00Z
  • Amy’s place was perfect for what we needed. If you plan to cook bring all of your own paper goods n spices. They kitchen is stocked with cooking items and dishes but there are no spices, plastic wrap, foil, etc. You also need to bring whatever you want to store leftovers in. The beds are not extremely comfortable but they are doable. We will definitely stay here again, but will be more prepared on what to bring with us :) Luckily there is Walmart a couple miles away.

    John & Tara2019-12-08T00:00:00Z
  • Nice place, best bang for your buck. Will definitely book again.

    Francisco2019-12-02T00:00:00Z
  • I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this condo is. The location is easily within walking distance to Snow College. It was updated, and clean. My friend brought her own bedding because she is a little hyper-sensitive about hotel bedding, but she didn’t end up using it. Charlie was very attentive to our needs and checked us in with a smile. Overall, I would definitely recommend Park Place Apartments.

    Reed2019-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • This was like getting away to a wonderful relatives house. Connie and her property were so wonderful. I cannot tell which I liked more, the beautiful mountains and horses in the back yard, or Connie’s smile and wonderful nature. The kids loved seeing horses in the back yard and enjoyed the homes well taken care of lawn. This place was exactly what we needed, and we will be back. The place was super clean and was BETTER than the average hotel. Check in was so easy that I almost couldn’t believe it. Connie has slam dunked with this Air B & B.

    Jeff2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved staying in this adorable Bunkhouse! It was spotless, comfortable, and decorated so cute! Connie thought of everything like extra towels and lotion in the bathroom, extra pillows/ blankets and a little space heater for chilly mornings. We loved hanging out in the gorgeous yard under a huge shade tree. Connie was available if we needed her and so friendly and welcoming! Such a peaceful respite. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The historic charm of this pioneer home will surely enhance your Manti experience! Built 1851 with the same rock as the temple, yet fully updated for comfort (all new utility services, granite, Led's-but all hidden underneath authentic pioneer finish!). Come stay in one of the state's oldest homes! 2 blocks from temple. 1 block from high school, swimming pool, & fairgrounds. Great location! This home won a 2015 Utah Heritage Foundation award.
You're going to love the way you feel in this handcrafted home! A sense of wonder and awe as you appreciate history in a real live way...except you get to enjoy fully updated modern conveniences of course! Hidden notes are tucked away throughout the home giving you an opportunity to go on a self-guided history tour if you choose – enhancing the experience it is to stay at the cottage! The home was fully remodeled in 2014, fully up to code, however great effort was made to keep and restore moldings, original floors, exposing rock surfaces, etc. New Water heater, furnace, central air, and windows will give you modern comforts but the historic charm is even more impressive and completely stealing the show. Decorated with some authentic Mormon pots and Furnature (mixed with comfortable beds and couches-you won't feel like you are in a museum:). High speed internet, 4K tv also allow you to connect to the “real world” if you choose. Our family lived in this home one year while we built out new home, you'll love it! It’s more than a place to stay, it’ll be an experience for the whole family!
You'll be right in the middle of all the excitement this small town has to offer! Close proximity to high school events, the fun swimming pool, fair grounds with the rodeo and demolition derby and carnival. It's also the best place to park for the Mormon Miracle Pageant. And it's walking distance to the temple. A perfect place to stay for your anniversary!
  • Really cool historic home. A lot of work has clearly gone into it. Has modern amenities such as a nice, updated kitchen.

  • This is such a wonderful and charming cottage, I only wish we had more time to enjoy all it had to offer! We brought a group of 7 high schoolers and 4 chaperones through for a field trip and we had absolutely zero problems. The hosts were wonderful to work with and so accommodating. Highly recommend!

  • We enjoyed Christmas this year in the Manti Cottage. Staying in this historical home was very comfortable and cozy. Our children loved learning about the history & the unique features in the cottage. Our hosts were fabulous and even gave our children rides on sleds behind their four wheeler. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect spot for visiting family in the area, visiting the Manti Temple, fishing, hunting, 4-wheeling or if you need a place to stay while you are visiting your son or daughter attending Snow College!
Each apartment has six bedrooms with one twin size bed in each room. A dresser, computer desk and chair.
Ephraim is central to Manti, the Manti Temple located seven miles to the South and the historic town of Spring City nine miles to the North. Sanpete County is bounded along its Eastern side by the Wasatch Plateau.
  • I booked Amy’s place, for me and my siblings to stay, while visiting my parents for a holiday. It was very comfortable. Each room was cozy and clean and had all we needed. I loved the extra touches like extra trash bags, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. It was so nice not to have to buy those items while on vacation.

    Mary2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • Don't hesitate to work with Amy. The apartment setup was perfect for what we needed, but don't be fooled. These are nice dorm rooms. It is open and roomy! Mattresses are brand new, but nothing premium. Everything else exceeded my expectations. The pictures undersell this rental. We loved the comfort and amenities of this space. Also, this is an end unit, and we had zero noise issues. We didn't have time to use hot tubs or the game room, but that is just gravy to what we needed. Check-in, checkout and communication was very user-friendly and warm. Thanks, Amy!

    Paul2019-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great option in Ephraim for riding Arapeen with a group. New, clean apartment. Mattresses are predictably low-grade (it's student housing after all) and you need to bring your own shampoo, but everything else about the apartment is fantastic for what you're probably doing with it. Much better option than a motel.

Experience the simple life in one of Spring City's original pioneer homes. The Stone Cottage will take you back in time, and remind you what is truly important. Just a short one hour drive from Provo (or one hour, forty five min. from Salt Lake) yet you feel like you are worlds away. Stone Cottage is one of three homes at Spring Farm - for large groups, rent them together, or find our website for more information. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/16983068 https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/21346450
Built in 1860, it was one of the first stone homes in the community. The mason was paid “a young steer and 2 dollars a day” to lay the thick stone walls, and the cottage has retained its sense of history and permanence. Yet it has been recently restored, and enjoys all the modern conveniences that we expect today. With the original wood plank floors and 2-foot thick stone walls, you will be charmed by the history in the cozy living room. It is like stepping back in time, and will make for a memorable stay in one of the loveliest towns in the country. Enjoy our small, but hardworking kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals for your small group. You will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable, so you can focus on exploring the town, hiking & rock climbing Maple or Spring City Canyons, Golfing at Palisades Park, or taking part in the community events. The cottage has one large bedroom, a bathroom and a washer & dryer for your convenience. It is the perfect size for a couple's get-away, or for a small family - and has all you need for your perfect escape. Relax, breath and take in this beautiful historic town, the art, and all the charm it has to offer.
Slow down and enjoy Spring City’s unhurried pace. The town has no traffic lights - but it does have an award winning café, a celebrated pottery shop, a delightful soda fountain and many art galleries and studios. Having been discovered by artists years ago, Spring City has grown into a vibrant arts community that attracts visitors from far and wide. The main gallery is housed in the restored Strates Garage, a turn-of-the-century auto showroom that now displays the work of local artists. Whether you come for the historic architecture, the quiet rural pace, or the art events & festivals, Spring City is sure to capture your heart.
  • Stayed at the Stone Cottage for two night. All arrival instruction were easy to follow and Holly even left us a welcome note with great information. The cottage was well maintained and had plenty of room to fit 4 big humans. Great dining options were just a stone throw away if you don’t want to cook at home. Quiet town with great views and easy access to Maple Canyon. Would definitely come stay again!

    Christian2020-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • We had the best time at Holly’s! It’s the cutest little cottage with modern and stylish decor. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you need. I would definitely stay there again! It felt like home!

  • Beautiful place. Thank you.

    David2019-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome place! The house itself has some history, it was built by a mason a while back. The flooring and everything seemed original, yet if feels modern in some way. The town itself is small, and very fascinating. This place is right next to an art gallery and local diner. Great stay!

    Lucas2019-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • A charming cottage well suited for four (sleeping in the same room). No steps at all, so perfect for someone (like me) with sore knees. Great location on Main Street, right next to the art gallery. Their other houses in Spring City are great, too!

    Kristal2019-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • This is our second time staying at Holly’s place and it was as comfortable, charming and clean as the first time we stayed. The home and location connects you to the historical Spring City-memorable experience!

  • Wonderful place to stay.

  • Beautiful home! We enjoyed looking around and choosing our rooms to stay in. The beds were all comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were within walking distance from the art gallery, restaurants, and things to see. Fun relaxing trip.

    Jenny2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • This home is a total gem and I so enjoyed it! It is cute as a button inside and out, and so neat and clean. Every amenity has been thought of: ironing board, iron, toaster, coffee maker, tea in the cupboard, everything! There is room for a crowd, although it was just me on this trip. I stayed in the downstairs bedroom and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Holly is such a thoughtful host, and the house is immaculate. There are plenty of towels and they are soft and luxurious. If you were staying with a group, you would be very well accommodated as there are plenty of beds upstairs, too. The dining room is spacious and the table can fit a crowd. Self check in was so easy and Holly‘s communication was perfect and timely. I wish that I had needed to spend more time here!

    Jennifer2020-01-14T00:00:00Z
  • This house was way above what we would have ever expected. It was so cute and cozy. We did Christmas dinner here and had everything and more that we needed to cook with. They had board games for the adults and kids to enjoy. I was extremely impressed with how clean this place was by far the cleanest and nicest place we have ever stayed. They went above and beyond with the nice towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, and coffee. I’m in love with this cute place and our family can’t wait to come back and enjoy this house. I could go on and on about this place it was outstanding.

    Kelcey2019-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • The Hollyhock house was amazing! It was fun to learn the history of it and be able to stay there, but with all the modern amenities. Holly was unbelievably great to work with and is a great host too and we loved working with her.

    Nicole2019-11-30T00:00:00Z
  • The a Hollyhock Home is perfectly situated on a darling street. Beautiful front and side porch to enjoy the Fall foliage. This home is inviting and comfortable in every way. The host has created a beautiful home that everyone instantly feels comfortable in. The beds, linens and pillows were top notch. Games for families to enjoy in the late evening. Lovely sitting area in the darling kitchen for conversation over coffee in the morning. Many nuances of the original home that you cannot help but to adore and appreciate. Must stay longer next time to fully enjoy Spring City.

Come and enjoy the peace of the country. Our quaint 1,200 sq. ft. Farmhouse is located just north of Fairview in quiet Milburn Valley. We are great family friendly place for a "Stay-cation" or just to get away for a while. You can also work from home while staying with us. It has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, central heat & AC, gas fireplace & a large two car garage. Plenty of room for ATV's & toy trailer parking.
You are welcome to use any item you need while staying in the Farmhouse. We've tried to stock the Farmhouse with everything that we would want if we were staying there ourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools and seasonings/spices you need for a home cooked meal. Ever cooked in a cast iron skillet? You can at the Farmhouse. A BBQ grill (propane) with tools, is available on the covered back porch for you to use. Steak, chicken, fresh caught fish, hot dogs and even veggies always taste better on the grill. (S'mores are great, too.) There is plenty of space for an outdoor picnic and kids to run around the yard and play games, they won't bother the neighbors :). Or, maybe just soak in the fresh mountain air and watch the sunset, then the stars come out. Yes, you can really see them here. We also love watching the seasons change in the backyard. Board games and books (for 'kids' of all ages) are available for those quieter moments. The TV has internet and Roku capabilities, so you can watch Netflix, Hulu, listen to music, etc. (no cable). A DVD player is available with a variety of movies. Have a couple more kids? There's a queen size sofa sleeper, two toddler mattresses, a Pack and Play and room for an air mattress in the common area. Or, maybe throw down a sleeping bag, if you're so inclined. Plenty of extra bedding for those colder nights. If you have any personal needs or need to tweak something, just reach out to us and we will do our best to help accommodate you, (even if it's for a cup of sugar). We want you to feel at home.
Milburn is an unincorporated community in Sanpete County, Utah, United States. It is mainly an outgrowth of Fairview on the Sanpitch River, but once was a recognised town which was skirted by the railway. Milburn has had several names in the past such as Milborn and Millburn, all of which were related in some way to the early sawmills built at the mouth of nearby canyons. Others coined it 'Yellow Rose Valley' due to all the wild yellow roses that grew in the valley. Today, Milburn is mostly an agricultural region, but remnants of the original town remain. If you are looking for peace and quiet, except for an occasional tractor or cow, and a little bit of nostalgia, we are the place for you.

  • This cabin was wonderful! Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out and everything looked new and really clean. We saw deer and wild turkeys right outside our door and the fall colors were amazing. Our boys loved the basketball courts and the lawn for playing football. We hope to come back in the summer to take advantage of the pool and other amenities too. We found a great fishing spot at Gooseberry Reservoir, a fun family-friendly golf course just 10 minutes away, and our host was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this cabin!

Mormon Miracle Pageant. Snow College campus. Paddle boats for rent in Palasade Lake, about 13 minutes away, and a golf course. Maple Canyon, near Wales, Utah (about 32 minutes) is world famous for rock climbing. There is swimming at Snow College and Manti. Snow College also maintains a zip line. No Pets!

After Snow College, the most interesting feature is the Manti-Lasal mountains. Go 1/2 block west and turn south on 300 East. Follow the road up to the canyon - about 5 minutes. There is a Latter Day Saint temple in Manti 10 minutes away. There is a good selection of places to eat. My personal favorite is Molina's. Roy's Pizza is a favorite meeting place for the college kids. You also have an assortment of a hamburger joint, Little Caesars, Subway, McDonald's, a Chinese Restaurant, and various other eating places, all along main Street There is a Walmart and some hardware stores.

This humble treasure called Spring City, UT, is a trip back in time. It is a registered National Historic District and is full of nostalgic charm. Most of the homes are on acreage, just as our forefathers planned it 100+ years ago. The "mormon acre" had everything on it for a family to live quite contentedly on. The original Osborne family related that they had no idea that there was a "Great Depression" as life went on normally here. They had everything they needed on their acre. Spring City is very walkable and convenient to a couple of galleries, Horseshoe Mountain Pottery, and our two delicious eateries, Das Cafe and the 89 Grill. The neighbors are quiet but watchful of their city. A short drive to Spring City Canyon or Canal Creek will get you right into the beauty of the mountains where peace and respite can envelope the traveler.

Beautifully decorated, cozy comfy Home. Only 7 miles to Manti Temple. Beautiful canyons to explore with fishing lakes and ATV trails.
You'll love this quiet, peaceful home away from home.
Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Don't be surprised if people wave as you drive down the street, just wave back =) Just up the hill east of the home is an Elk Ranch you can see from the patio. You may hear them bugling in the fall.

  • Barbara was an absolutely wonderful host!! The Osborne Inn is truly a gem. It is a wonderfully charming place in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The guest room that I had stayed in was just adorable. It also had a gas fireplace and a whirlpool tub that was immensely enjoyable. The kitchen and other common areas were spotless and comfortable. Barbara was lovely to talk to and easy to get in touch with any time that I had needed to. This was by far one of the best places I have ever stayed at.

  • I was in the Louise room and adored staying there. Just a really neat place to experience. Quiet, rural town, comfy room and fire, and a tub with jets! It's a very old fashioned little place, which makes it fun to look at and explore, but with all the touches needed to make it a retreat to rest and relax in. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever passing through.

  • The Osborne Inn is a delightful old pioneer home, retaining the charms of 1994 but having amenities to suit travelers in the 21st century. Our room was comfortable, and the in room gas fireplace was really a nice feature on a cold, rainy winter night. Check-in was a breeze and the room was well-equipped. The house was an attractive and well-kept Victorian home in an interesting pioneer town. We will definitely bstay there again!
