In heart of Zagreb pedestrian zone, next to many bars and restaurants. Great starting point for exploring city. Free: WiFi, cable tv, towels and linens, detergent for washing dishes and clothes, spices for simply cooking and coffee for coffee machine. I will try to help you as much I can to make you enjoy your stay. The building is in the heart of Zagreb's pedestrian zone, just steps from main square. There are bars, restaurants, bakeries, and shops right in front of the building and there are tram stops nearby to explore other parts of the city. Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.

The well-equipped house is ideal for 4 people, its own wine cellar can accommodate six people, and the cool cellar has great wines to relax in. The building is under monumental protection and has been extensively renovated. The house is located along the Hamvas Béla Wine Route on the Monument cellar. Lake Balaton is just 10 minutes away by bike. It's surrounded by a large terrace, a magnificent view of the lugas, and a vibrant vineyard garden. In the mornings, in the endless silence, the cornfield across the street is delighted by the deer and rabbits.

Szarvaslak was built in the middle of the last century from natural stone on the hillside, and was completely renovated in 2020, and was tastefully decorated. The living area includes a huge double bed and a fully furnished, modern kitchen with dinnerware, utensils, coffee maker. It is directly connected to the wooden paved terrace, from which we can almost touch the canopy of the walnut trees standing next to us. It can be requested from hosts after an abundant morning arrangement.
