  • The Cardiff Lounge is really special & Brent was an epic host! He was accommodating and generous with his time & it is clear that he puts a lot of care and positive energy into hosting visitors, & maintaining the integrity of the home. My business partner and I had to plan a last minute retreat since our conference was cancelled, and he helped us settle in even at the last minute! We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay! The place is rich with so much history, and unique touches that made us feel like we were on a movie set! We felt like we got to travel to another time and place without having to fly anywhere. The place was quiet and peaceful, very private, and super COOL!! All the doors & the character made it just magical, plus, it was sooo close to so much to see and do! We can’t wait to come back, and plan to host retreats here in the future with the rest of our business team!

  • The lodge in Brent's fabulous home was all that I hoped it would be. We were looking for an overnight get away from the city where I could relax on the tail end of my recovery from the flu while resting my mind a bit from all the demands of my job as a middle school dean. The warm decor, the cozy furniture, the peaceful location, and the history and unique architecture of the place all combined to make the lodge the perfect respite for me and my husband. Brent was an accommodating host, answering all of our questions and going out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. The house was also clean and just as depicted in the photos. We highly recommend Brent and his lodge for those looking for a lovely place to stay in the New Hope area.

  • This was a beautiful apartment for our family weekend getaway. It’s in a perfect location, in a quiet area but an easy stroll to Bridge Street and great restaurants and shops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and was a great place to relax after a day around the river towns.

  • This loft is absolutely wonderful! It could not be more beautifully decorated with stylish, but minimalist, designs. The kitchen nook (with a microwave, water, and coffee set up) was adorable; technology everywhere made the space modern; everything was absolutely gorgeous. Steven responds so quickly and made everything perfect. The location is fantastic - a quick walk just about anywhere. I rented this as a work retreat and it was ideal. I can't wait to go back.

    Jennifer2020-02-22T00:00:00Z

  • Stevens place was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway in Lambertville/New Hope! The space was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was beautifully remodeled, great bathroom/ shower, and my favorite of all was the small coffee bar :) unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of the porch but it was adorable as well and would be perfect for warmer months. I would highly suggest Stevens place to anyone visiting the area!

  • This is such a wonderful mini home that I loved! The location couldn't be more convenient on the direct road in and out of the main street of New Hope. I especially liked that its close to a historic and wooded area. The home has all the essentials and is cozy. I really enjoyed the open backyard and patio area with the firepit and greatly appreciated being able to use the firewood during my stay as it was provided for the pit. The upstairs loft bedroom has great morning lighting and I liked the windows. I can see how taller people would be wary of this location but as someone who is barely 5 feet tall it was great for me haha

  • The location was wonderful. Quiet and cosy and comfortable.

    Doreen2019-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • Roberts place hit every expectation I have for an air bnb. It was clean, close to everything, has parking and bob was super friendly! Upon arriving Bob met us to give us the key to the place and came in and showed us a few extra things there is to know to make our stay comfortable. He went out of the way to write a handwritten note thanking us, providing tips and suggestions of what to do in the area, leaving snacks and making sure we were comfortable. The suite was private, secure and clean, with a cute corner with menus and local things to do along with pictures. You can tell in the details that they really enjoy hosting people in their home. Although my friend and I were in a rush to get to a wedding; his place and hospitality was over the top and I will definitely be staying with Bob again when I am able to have more time to explore the New Hope area!

    Roxanne2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • This was my first use of AirBnb. Wasn’t sure what to expect being a first time user & since we are from the Mid-west, not East Coast. Bob & Kay were absolutely great! Very accommodating & hospitable. As soon as my friend & I arrived they were there to greet us and explain everything for our stay. The area is gorgeous & everyone is super friendly. Definitely recommend Bob & Kay! Hoping to make a return trip with my husband to do some sight seeing.

    Paige2019-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice couple; came out to greet us when we arrived . The apartment was perfect for our one night in New Hope. They were helpful in answering our questions about the area. There were many nice touches that made the place homey and welcoming

    Louise2019-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Robert’s place was a perfect place for our night away in New Hope. Perfectly sized for an overnight trip, the cottage was cozy, warm, clean, and relaxing. Bob and Kay were adorable and personally walked me through the ins and outs of the place. It’s a 5 min drive from New Hope but secluded enough to watch the animals outside the window as the sun rose. We’ll definitely be back!!

    Kelly2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Robert and his wife were so welcoming! The space is so cute, clean and lots of personal touches. Everything in the space was well thought out. Thank you so much for the card and little box of chocolates, so sweet, made my night! We cannot wait to be back!

If you Uber or Lyft to New Hope to eliminate the hassle of trolling for parking, I recommend pre-scheduling the return trip in the app to make sure you can get someone late in the evening.

  • Cute stylish space. Very clean and well taken care of. Only downside was thin walls - could hear folks in the other part of the house

    Douglas2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • Such a beautiful place to stay! Close to the downtown area but far enough away to take in the amazing surroundings. Already recommending it to friends that visit the New Hope area.

    Jasmyn2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • We actually drove by this house twice we had no idea that this beautiful was the place that we were going to be staying in for a couple of days. It is Ultra Modern, very green with a huge amount of thought put into the building. Surprised to find beautiful bamboo heated floors. We had a big beautiful glowing fireplace and fantastic linens. To our delight we even found a back massager in one of the drawers that housed books and games. There was a shed that we could go to to find wood that was for our use. The suite we had was called " The Wine Bar" which was very appropriate since it had a beautiful wine bar with a huge ice maker. All of the appliances are ultra-modern. It comes with a sink / microwave /coffee maker/ dishes /knives and forks. For people who are looking for a stove that is not in this particular suite. However, it had everything we needed since we had a fridge and a huge one at that. The architecture of this building is unbelievable. We are going to come back and stay in this Suite again and take another one for a family relative. It is about five minutes from town. Frankly, we liked being a little bit out of town because the property has a lot of land attached to it and it is very peaceful especially when you get up in the morning and look out at all of the trees and grass One thing to note - parking in New Hope is tricky so you might want to read up about how to fund the meters before you go otherwise you have to try and search around for parking. As suggested by the host grabbing a taxi is not a problem. I totally recommend this Airbnb because it is so clean and so modern I was in awe walking around looking at everything.

  • We have stayed at their place twice and absolutely adore it and them. I really didn’t want to write anything because I’d love to keep it and them a secret!!

  • We love this place. It is great for us and our dogs. Barb and Dave are amazing and we can’t wait to go back! Everything we need for a quiet weekend out of the city.

    Jamie2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • This place is like a dream. Immaculately clean, picturesque, and relaxing!

    Alyse2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Dave and Barb were excellent hosts. I planned to do more local sightseeing but I just loved the space so much it was just great having a lazy day with the fire going and catching up on reading and painting. It’s hard to leave! I got to spend some time with Dave and Barb and they are just beautiful people with great taste. Their “boys” were also awesome fun (their doggies and their main coon cat). I’m grateful for all the extra touches like muffins, fresh flowers and even butter! I hope I can come back someday.

    Maya2019-12-14T00:00:00Z
  • This is the best Airbnb I have had. Everything was perfect. This house has everything you need and it was the most relaxing, beautiful and fabulous weekend! Location is perfect, so close to excellent restaurants and fun activities. Bucks county is such a lovely place. Thank you Dave and Barb for hosting such a fabulous home! We can’t wait to come back in the summer!

    Ellen2019-12-08T00:00:00Z
  • We have traveled extensively and stayed at many Airbnbs around the world, but we must say that Harvest Moon Farm is one of our best experiences ever! Dave and Barbara are MODEL hosts. They welcomed us and gave a tour of their cottage. We were so impressed with the beautiful, comfortable, well- appointed space. They also shared awesome tips for local dining and shopping. This is a magical, very special place and we can’t wait to return!

    Susan2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful place! We loved our stay. Host was very hospitable and the place was better than pictured. The ground are beautiful. We were able to use the patio with outdoor fireplace and grill. I would highly recommend. We had a great time!

    Kelly2019-11-28T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome experience! The "cottage " is amazing! So many thoughtful little touches, extra towels extra blankets, condiments in frig, soda, water, butter etc. So many extras. Stay in a gorgeous completely private 2 bedroom converted 19th century firehouse apartment in the center of beautiful Lambertville New Jersey. Our 2 story home features two bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen with restaurant quality gas stove, original antique gingerbread woodwork room dividers, and a 500 sq ft roof top deck. Our house is loaded with fascinating treasures on top of all the other amenities. That being said if you are uncomfortable with contemporary art and antiques this might not be the place for you. Please review all of the pictures and read this listing thoroughly before booking. The particulars: The apartment is located on the second and third floors of the firehouse so there are some steps involved. The bathroom includes a 4 jet shower and a deep jetted tub to help melt the stress away. The master bedroom is contemporary with a platform bed and a king size tempurpedic mattress and a large walk in closet. The contemporary second bedroom is one floor up so guests will have maximum privacy. It has a full memory foam bed with storage underneath for all of your clothes as well as a wardrobe for clothes that need to be hung. The large eat in kitchen boasts six gas burners with griddle, double-oven stove. Perfect for anyone who wants to plan an unforgettable evening with friends or something more intimate but equally memorable. A stainless steel french door fridge is yours to fill with groceries from the many local farmers' markets. The very large island is granite with a leather finish and comfortably seats five. It is perfect for preparing food or for entertaining. The kitchen is bordered by beautiful golden cherry wood cabinets with antique oak floors. The dining area features huge floor to ceiling bay windows that overlook downtown Lambertville. The drop leaf dining room table comfortably seats six. Enjoy the full sun or breezy shade under the umbrellas on our 500 square foot roof deck. There is a glass table that seats six with a large umbrella for shade. Take the bus straight from NYC Port authority and be here in 2 hours. The bus drops you off one block from the apartment. There are over 25 restaurants within walking distance and most of them are BYO's so stock up on your favorite wine from local wineries or Walker's liquor store which is one block away and stash it in our wine cooler for your dinner out.
Lambertville is a cute little town with loads of restaurants, galleries, shops and a few lovely bars. Our favorite spots for restaurants in Lambertville are The Broadmoor, El Tule, Tacos Cancun, More than Q, Aztlan Mexican Grill. In New Hope they are Zoubi, Cafe Blue Moose, Tastebuds, Karlas... For bars in Lambertville hit the Boathouse or the Swan for cozy fireside cocktails. The Swan also serves food in the bar with a great offering of salads, burgers and pizzas. Love the mashed potato pizza and the beet salad. In New Hope Zoubi has the best Martinis and great French fare. Our favorite thing to do is hit The Golden Nugget flea market 1.5 miles down the road. It's open year round every Wed, Sat and Sun from dawn to about 2 or so. People start packing up after the big waves of people are done so get there early! If you venture down the road a bit further towards Washington Crossing, It's Nuts! is a roadside restaurant serving up some sick fried chicken and tomato pie. There are also many lovely shops in town especially America Antiques right down the street and Jessy Lee's Antiques right by the flea market a couple miles south on 29.
  • Jenny and Mark’s home is beautiful! This spacious rental was perfect getaway to the Lambertsville / New Hope area. This rental is located right next to the main strip of Lambertsville with great restaurants, shopping, and coffee options minutes away. Parking was very easy and we were always able to get a spot close by. Check in and out was seamless and we appreciated the flexibility of being able to arrive late. Thanks for being great hosts!

  • A great stay! Wonderful hosts and home!

    Seth2020-03-07T00:00:00Z
  • Incredible home, the art was so interesting and fun to look at. Spacious yet cozy. Really comfortable bed and a jacuzzi tub which was a perfect for relaxing after all the walking we did.

    Molly2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great space. The artwork was very interesting.

    Jonathan2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This house is delightful, and exactly as promised. I have already booked it again for a future stay. One thing to note - I don’t know if it wasn’t obvious in the listing or if I just didn’t notice - but the master bed is essentially on the floor. It’s a platform bed and the platform is literally about 6 inches off the floor. So if getting up and down from the floor is a problem for you, this probably isn’t ideal. However, the mattress is VERY comfortable. So if you’re good with the low bed, this is one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed in (and I’ve stayed in a lot.).

    Susan2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • Funky comfortable AMAZING space in the center of everything that Lambertville has to offer!

This unique small apartment attached to owners residence is nestled in the cute town of Stockton New Jersey.
This apartment has a bright updated bathroom and small kitchen areas. The bedroom retains awesome views of woods and fields with added light from a large skylight.
The Liana is located a short 3 min walk to the Stockton center (about 600 steps per my Fitbit). You are welcome to walk the lovely wooded path from the apartment to Old Prallsville and Route 29 (Daniel Bray Highway). Walk to the farmers’ market purchase some fresh locally grown organic supplies and make yourself a simple meal in the Liana’s equipped kitchen. Stockton has an amazing Food Court/Farmers Market sometimes with music, open Fri nights, Sat and Sun . Stockton Fine Wine and Spirits store is 20 steps farther. The Stockton Food Store is like a Convenient store and Deli for easy meal planning and snacks and is open Mon-Sun. Relaxed Hiking and biking is available on the beautiful Delaware River canal path. Local land trusts have created well maintained hiking trails through the nearby woodlands. Excellent mountain biking trails are available at High Rock/Ralph Stover State Park about 7 miles distant. New Hope, Pa is most famous for being an art colony which it has been since the late 1800's. New Hope and Lambertville are both packed with many great restaurants and cafe's, art galleries, museums, unique shops and live music and theater. You can explore the main street and all of the little side streets you'll be busy all day.
  • We had a wonderful stay at Bob & Petra's place. Their spot is super clean and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Bob was very kind and offered an ample amount of suggestions for food in the area which was much appreciated. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm weekend getaway!

This 1800s hideaway in the heart of artsy Lambertville NJ has a knock-out kitchen (complete with marble countertops and authentic cabinets from Jim Morrison's last US residence out in West Hollywood), that opens up onto your secluded courtyard and garden. You'll have 1 Queen bed, made up with Egyptian linens, plus 1 twin sleeper sofa in a separate 2nd floor dan. These 2 sleeping areas share a full modern bath (tub and shower and even dressing table), with Juliette balcony that opens out over Secret Garden. For your convenience, there are 2 TVs, an ipod with everything from Billie Holiday to Rockpile, and wireless internet. It's all just 1.5 hours from NYC and 1 hour from Philly (see below for public transport) But why would you want to leave? You'll be surrounded by art galleries, antique shops, more than 2 dozen cool restaurants -- and you'll be right on the historic Canal path which is treasured for biking, kayaking, paddle-boarding! Can there be more? A short stroll over the bridge'll take you to New Hope PA for Friday fireworks in summer, a newly re-opened Bucks County Playhouse, fun global music at St Johns Church, and an active historic society. These 2 river towns host special festivals throughout the year -- Shad Fest, Winterfest, Autumn House Tour, Spring Garden Tour! Plus, you're only 3 miles downriver from the incredible Stockton Farmer's Market (F/S/S, throughout the year) and 6 miles upriver from Washington Crossing State Park, where George Washington made his famous crossing during our Revolution. It's easy to reach Lambertville by car, and Secret Garden comes with a parking spot (this is a BIG DEAL in Lambertville) but you can also get here from NYC via the TransBridge Bus ($40 one way, 1.5 hour trip from Port Authority, free wi-fi on board) and get dropped off 2 blocks from the Secret Garden! Check out my photos and feel free to message me, Melanie, with any questions. Welcome to Lambertville!
Lambertville is a village of artist studios, galleries, one-of-a-kind restaurants, quirky coffee shops, a vintage music salon, and a host of outdoor eateries (yes, even in the winter). Our sister city, New Hope, is a short stroll across the bridge and there you can find breweries, bars with bands from New Orleans, biker bars, shopping, and many more fine restaurants. New Hope is the racier big sister to quaint Lambertville. Just down the river is Washington Crossing Historic Park. And just upriver is Stockton, a tiny crossroads with a magnificent year round farmers market - smoked pork stand, truffle table, handmade tamales, Tunisian olive oil, a great bakery, a juice bar, and more. The Canal Path, used by mules in historic times to pull barges, is today a recreational path that runs 25 miles upriver to Frenchtown, down to Trenton, and also on the PA side of the river, making loops via the many bridges an interesting activity on fair days.
  • Awesome host! Very cute place with a great location!

    Amanda2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • What an amazing location. I was shocked with how close Secret Garden was to everything I wanted to do in Lambertville and New Hope. The towpath is literally steps from the front door-- very convenient for runners! Melanie has created an absolutely charming cottage. The bedroom, in particular, is picture perfect, and the back patio is so peaceful. I saw some so-so comments about the bed, but I found it really comfortable; it's on the firm side, but I thought it was quite supportive. Water pressure (and temperature) in the shower was superior to average hotel quality! Will definitely recommend this adorable AirBnB to my friends.

    Lauren2020-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • The term secret garden is spot on. It is deliciously quiet steps away from New Hope and lambertville proper. The house has a style and richness that makes you instantly at home. Melanie and Dan greet you warmly, and give you the sense of welcoming and private time at a well-honed balance

    Mike2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • So cute and charming! Lovely cottage vibes on a tiny canal. Parking and getting inside were easy, Melanie was very much in touch with us. Walked across the bridge to new hope for drinks and then back to eat dinner in lambertville, very convenient. Thanks Melanie!

    Robin2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful space and location. Lambertville is a pretty little town and this Airbnb is in a super convenient location.

    Nicholas2020-02-21T00:00:00Z
  • What a delightful place to stay! We love both Lambertville, NJ, and New Hope, PA across the river, and Melanie's place is a perfect location - near several local Lambertville coffee shops and restaurants, and plenty of other shopping, and just a couple of blocks from the bridge to walk to New Hope. Lovely, old construction with low ceilings and beams, a modern, high-end kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a TV. And Melanie couldn't have been nicer, a pleasure to communicate with. We plan to go back.

    Steve2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • Melanie’s home is perfect for a little get away or to spend longer. We parked our car and walked every where. It’s cozy and has loads of character. It’s about 5 steps from the canal which is a great place to walk. The pictures don’t do it justice. The Viking stove and refrigerator made us feel like we were in a very special place. Thank you, melanie, for providing a wonderful home away from home for our valentines weekend get away!

    Susan2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Stunning place. My fiancé and I stayed on our engagement weekend and we had a wonderful time. Can't wait to come back to the area and would 100% stay here again! Melanie was more than thoughtful and quick to respond. Great host.

When you step on your porch the river and surrounding property will take your breath away. We have a huge variety of birds, beavers, foxes, deer and many more. You can kayak on the river or bike on the Appalachian trail. Visit New Hope Lambertville and Frenchtown! FYI. *********There is a kitchen but no stove. There’s a coffee maker, microwave and a grill outside.
Separate apartment, private entrance, magnificent river views, large porch. No oven but microwave, and outdoor grill. Wild life, birds of all kind, eagles, hummingbirds.
It's a little paradise . Minutes from New Hope, Lambertsville, and Frenchtown.
  • Stuart and Pat have "Super Host" on lock down. First, it is a beautiful place. Being right on the river is wonderful, plenty of parking, and the apartment is truly a home away from home. With two private bedrooms this apartment was ideal for our stay, especially since my sister is a smoker, she could go out to the deck from her own room without disturbing me and my son. The decor is lovely and it was great to have a space for movie night and a table for breakfast and board games. We were pleasantly surprised to find some amazingly delicious homemade brownies waiting for us in the fridge, it was a sweet gesture and very appreciated. There is a path that runs right in front of the house for some great adventuring. We are already trying to figure out how we can come back when the weather is warmer and everything is lush and green. Thanks for an amazing stay!

    Jacquelyn2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Having grown up near the river in Bucks County, my fiancee and I wanted to visit the area and Stuart's place was a great choice to stay for a long weekend. The view of the river is incredible and lots of birds were around in the morning. There were local recommendations that we followed which we were quite happy with. Near by is a foot bridge crossing the river which brings you to an amazing cafe! I would stay here again for sure.

    Peter2019-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment is very private and quiet. We felt lucky that there was an Airbnb in this quiet little town. You couldn't ask for a better location. From the sunny front deck, only a few steps from the river, there is an unobstructed view of the water. We loved the early morning fog! The biking and hiking path is also close to the house. We walked the path to the foot bridge, to Bull Island and crossed for lunch on the Pennsylvania side. For breakfast we enjoyed the friendliness and coffee at the newly opened "Market Cafe" in Stockton. Thank you!

    Ann2019-11-03T00:00:00Z

  • We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the guest house at Paxson Hill Farm. The grounds are breathtaking, and the guest house itself was just well appointed and serene. It was the perfect mid-winter breather from the hustle and bustle of the daily grind. The bed was extremely comfortable, the decor playful, and amenities plentiful. Our dogs had a blast too and settled in quickly. An ideal spot for nice relaxing getaway, and only a short scenic drive to all the activities in the center of New Hope. I highly recommend it.

    Ronald2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • The sheepshed was a perfect quiet, clean, and cozy escape from the city. We loved that our dog was able to stay with us. The kitchen was spotless and fun to cook in. Darlene gave us a tour of the farm through snow and rain. Overall, we had a beautiful and restful weekend on the farm.

    Jay2020-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • We arrived in a snowstorm and found ourselves in a warm oasis (with underfloor heating)! To echo what others have said, the sheep shed was amazing. It was hands down one of the best places we’ve stayed in: quiet, isolated (no cell service, but great WiFi), comfy memory foam bed, kitchen with all the cooking utensils, thoughtful food supplies in the fridge, lots of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. and the outdoor space was lovely - we look forward to using it in better weather. The grounds are also gorgeous, and it was only a 10 min drive to New Hope. We hope to stay again!

  • A super charming, well-designed cottage in a great location. Walking distance to all key spots. Loved everything about it-- highly recommended!

  • I’ve stayed in many AirBnB’s in many cities, and this is among the best I have ever seen. Everything is as described, it’s clean, the bed is comfortable, the hosts have anticipated every need. Plus, it’s just charming and easy walking distance to anything in downtown Lambertville. I highly recommend it with no reservations.

    Susan2020-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • This is a really neat place to stay. It looks over the canal and has access to a walking path next to the canal. It is basically a one-bedroom house with a lot of neat approaches for how the space is used to make it feel larger than it is. My wife and I felt very comfortable there, which is not always the case with Air BnB, probably because the space was clean and well-organized, and it felt like we had a home to ourselves more than staying in someone else's home. Our experience with the host was great, where she was super-responsive to everything we needed or asked. It was a pleasure to stay there.

    Jeff2020-01-08T00:00:00Z
  • This cottage is wonderful with elegant design and a great location next to the canal towpath. It’s easy walking or cycling into shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

  • I was looking for a place for me and two of my friends to have a little getaway for a few days. Nancy's cottage was absolutely wonderful for 3 ladies to sit, talk, laugh and even play the piano. I was so happy with the cleanliness (not one speck of dust, fresh white towels, crisp white sheets, impeccably clean bathrooms), the location (lots of antique shops, amazing food and beautiful scenery) and the cozy inviting space. I HIGHLY recommend.

    Shelli2020-03-04T00:00:00Z
  • Nancy & Jerry's place exceeded our expectations. The rooms were absolutely charming, classy, and extremely cozy. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the entire home, and every room was immaculate. As for Nancy & Jerry, they were delightful, and very accommodating. We wish we could have stayed longer, and do hope to come back someday. We HIGHLY recommend it!

    Eddie2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer than just one night. We had a separate entrance which away from the main part of the house which was very nice because we stayed out late going to a play at Solebury and we were glad we didn't have to disturb anyone. It has a wonderful country feel and very beautifully decorated. We highly recommend it.

    Jill2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! Absolutely perfect stay and so considerate with phone chargers in every room, plenty of amenities, clean and beautiful space. Can’t wait to return!

  • What a beautiful space! Cozy, warm, spacious...everything we were looking for. Nancy is an awesome host: responsive, kind, and had great local suggestions. The house is in a picturesque location; great for both warm weather and winter getaways. What are you waiting for? Book now!

    Michelle2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • It was absolutely a dream house for me. All the decorations, the appliances, and every detail is so adorable and thoughtful — they even had a guidebook for guests in the town. The landlord couple are living in a twin house separately right next to the house. So it’s really convenient if you wanna ask for their help or anything like that. In a word, our stay in this house is nothing but perfect.

    2020-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • Nancy's place is quintessential Bucks County. The space is immaculately decorated and clean! One of my favorite features is the small coffee bar and snack area- such a treat. Nancy and Jerry are very kind and it's obvious they care about their guests. Do yourself a favor and book this lovely home.

    Elizabeth2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Nancy & Jerry are very very kind people and hospitality. Their house is more amazing than your expected, don't have any doubt and hesitation. Everything is perfect. They gave us a wonderful and memorable weekend. Thank you so much! Nancy&Jerry.

Our morning walk along the towpath made us want to return in the fall to ride our bikes. We enjoyed Marsha Brown's, The Black Bass, The Marketplace, Duck Soup, and even Jule's Thin Crust restaurants. Got great sale prices in town and loved the warm cider offered at one of the quaint little stores. No question that we will return and hope to invite friends to enjoy the artsy flair and museums.

The walk into town was a bit further than we had expected but the weather was amazing for January so we didn't mind walking 45 minutes on the towpath . We would definitely recommend this stay!

A cozy room with a double bed in a private home. Room faces the east and a quiet street. There’s a chest, comfortable sitting chair, closet, desk and desk chair.
My home is attached to another home. There’s a side porch with a rocking chair that looks out on to a quiet one way street with a small, inviting garden in the back with a bistro set.
My home is within walking distance of the main shopping area of Lambertville where there’s antique shops, restaurants, etc. The tow path is close by for walking, biking, and running. I have a men’s bicycle and helmet you can use on the tow path. Bell’s Tavern for a drink or dinner is a block away and there’s a coffee shop, artesian ice cream place, and a pizza restaurant about 3 blocks away. CVS drugstore, a bank, and a Chinese take-out are also within walking distance. Up the road - a pretty drive along the Delaware River - is Frenchtown. About 15 minutes away with more shops and restaurants. And of course New Hope, PA is just a walk over the bridge.

  • This is such a lovely spot. The neighborhood was all decorated for Halloween! Close walking distance from New Hope and good spots in Lambertville. Comfy soft bed with extra blankets. The shower was a bit narrow, so may not be comfortable for a bigger person. We used the kitchen to make dinner one night to save money and that was very easy for us. Lori was very hospitable and professional. You can tell she cares about being a good host.

The house was built in 1839 for a nearby silk mill that once was a residence to Andy Warhol. It is located by the Aquetong creek and Ivyland railroad. The tourist train runs about 8 times past the house on weekends. It can get pretty loud when it passes. During the week only a few times. We also have a rooster who crows once in awhile. Otherwise its a quiet part of the town. Far enough from hustle and bustle, close enough to walk. (12 minutes)
New Hope is a vibrant, liberal and artsy town. It has a very European feel where historic fieldstone buildings host outstanding restaurants, live music bars and small shops. A walk on the tow path takes you to waterfalls and passes charming hidden gardens on both sides of the river. Surrounding areas have picturesque farms where one can pick fresh berries, flowers and vegetables of the season. The town is a famous getaway for tourists due to its rustic and romantic atmosphere. Countless galleries host First Fridays and fireworks on the river are displayed first Friday of every summer month.

It was the perfect accommodation for us and our dog, with easy access to the outside and a little yard. From the moment you pull into the driveway and meander along the stone pathway, you will feel a sense of tranquility, warmth, and comfort. The cozy environment is perfect for a romantic getaway, a relaxing weekend with your family, or a solo trip.
This 100-year-old cottage has the rustic feel of days past, outfitted with hard wood floors, handmade tiles, and aged brick, paired with every amenity for your modern-day needs. The cottage has a queen-sized bed in the upstairs loft, with an additional king-sized pullout couch in the living room, and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a small set of stairs leading to the charming upstairs loft. The living room also has a fireplace stocked with unlimited wood. The bathroom includes a jacuzzi and an array of personal care products such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo & conditioner, lotion, bath salts, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking and washing needs. We provide a Keurig for coffee and tea, and the refrigerator is always stocked with half & half, bottled water, and Pellegrino. On the counter you will find artisanal snacks and my famous homemade banana bread. The cottage has its own terrace sheltered by a lush, vine-swept pergola - a great place for morning coffee or evening wine & cheese. The Property The cottage is situated on a 3 and a half acre estate that has a main house and another guest house. Enjoy waking up surrounded by the beauty and tranquility that our green setting provides. Our extensive gardens have been featured in magazines and on garden tours, which guests are welcome to freely roam. The Location Although the cottage is located on a quiet road, it is just a 3 minute drive into the heart of downtown New Hope. The area is a thriving destination due to its proximity to Peddler’s Village, Lambertville, and the countless river towns that line both sides of the scenic Delaware River. Whether you enjoy shopping, antiquing, hiking, wineries, live music, strolling or biking along towpaths, eating at new restaurants, or seeing a show at our historic Bucks County Playhouse, this quaint area offers something enjoyable for everyone. The cottage is right down the street from Bowman’s Wildflower Preserve and Washington’s Crossing State Park.
  • Andrea's cottage is wonderful. This was our second visit and so enjoyable. The place is spotless, and beautifully decorated with so many perfect touches that you feel pampered and at home all at once. Andrea has all the amenities ready at hand and even left us delicious bread to have with our morning coffee. She is a thoughtful host, flexible and extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations. We'll definitely be back.

    Heather2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful stay at Andrea’s beautiful, comfortable, cozy cottage. All the little touches, from the banana bread, to the lotion, to the towels, to the little handwritten signs throughout the cottage, made for a lovely stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. Andrea was a very helpful and responsive host. Would absolutely recommend.

    Liza2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage is perfect. Has a great location and great amenities. There was a loaf of banana nut bread waiting in the kitchen upon arrival along with other snacks and breakfast items. If you happen to forget to pack something for your stay I’m sure you will find it in the cottage. From individually wrapped tooth brushes and tooth paste in the bathroom to firestarters, newspaper and plenty of wood to warm yourself by the fire. It’s a nice relaxing home away from home and just what I needed for the weekend.

    Steve2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Andrea’s space was so cozy and she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable; we even checked in to homemade banana bread! 😊

    Nikki2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • We wanted a quiet stay near New Hope and this cottage was perfect! The cottage itself was exactly as pictured: charming, cozy, stylish and secluded. Everything was spotless and from the kitchen to the bathroom there were SO many amenities. Really, if you forget to pack something, you’re probably gonna be OK. We’ve stayed at several AirBnB’s and we both agreed that this was the best we’d ever experienced. The owners had the perfect amount of communication and even acquired a personalized vegan birthday cake for us and had it waiting in the refrigerator. I seriously can’t recommend this cottage enough.

    Jim2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place!!! Warm cozy and quite inviting, beautiful property and would highly recommend, can’t wait to return!!

    Katie2020-01-23T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place to stay! Very comfy and cozy, and it was clear that Andrea thought of everything and was very well prepared. Absolutely plan on staying here again in the future.

    Angela2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • You will never find a cozy cottage like this ever again! Everything about my stay for New Year’s Eve with my boyfriend was wonderful! Andrea is an absolute amazing hostess! We loved cooking in the kitchen and enjoying food in front of the fireplace!

Enjoy a quiet bedroom, private bath, private entrance with sliders to your own patio. Fresh sheets & towels with each new guest. We have 5G network and a brand new router. You'll have no problem working from our home. Extensive dining, coffee shops, galleries, and antique shops in town. 3 blocks to Main St. Heroic Pubic Speaking is close. We are a smoke free environment. 1 bed/2 guests only. No friends of guests allowed on premises. Please meet them in a public area.
Ours is a contemporary home on the order of a Frank Lloyd Wright construction. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Feel free to have "take out" meals as there's a kitchen table and chairs. In Lambertville everyone has their own unique style where we live and let live. A bit of history: Music Mountain was once the site of the first "Theater-in-the-Round" located under a tent called St. John Terrell's Music Circus in Lambertville. The venue thrived and featured jazz greats such as Dave Brubeck, Louis Armstrong, Count Basie and Duke Ellington. The locals tell stories of Liberace buying ice cream for the neighborhood kids! During the month of October you can stroll down N. Union Street where the neighbors out do one another in decorating for Halloween. They average 3000 Trick or Treaters on Oct. 31st. That's a lot of candy! Lambertville is a very artsie community, and a short stroll across the bridge from New Hope, Pa. There's plenty to do here. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Important: We are Perry ROAD. We are NOT Perry Street. There are two Perry's (1 is a street the other is a road, we are ROAD) so please make a note of it when using your GPS. Fun any time of the year! Extra guests may not be brought back to our home unless they register through Airbnb.
Residential neighborhood where you can walk or drive 4/10 of a mile down to Main Street (if you are attending the Heroic Public Speaking on 278 N. Union St., I'm told we are 15 minute walk to there from here). You'll find the canal tow path a block over from Main Street; it's 60 miles of pure beauty; stroll or ride your bike. You'll also find Rojo's Roastery just before the Canal Path on N. Union; pick up a cup or coffee or tea here to sip as you stroll along the scenic canal. There's also a nature trail at the end of our block that you can follow all the way to York St., which is 1 block over to Bridge Street. Bee keeper around the block will sell you his local honey! Doctors office 1 block away for emergency's. HEROIC PUBLIC SPEAKING I'm told by attendees is a 15 minute walk down our hill!
  • We’ve stayed with Susan several times now and would go back again in a heartbeat! A great space and this time we got to use the patio out back!

    Lindsay2020-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely fantastic host, great location, very comfortable house perfect size for two people looking for a 3 day stay in the New Hope/Lambertville area, I will 110% be staying here again when the weather warms up!!

    Daniel2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Susan’s such a great host we’ve stayed with he multiple times. From leaving us some extra diapers to entertaining the baby while I unloaded the car, Susan has made travelling with baby feel like home!

    Lindsay2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • Susan’s place is super clean and private. It has a ton of space (much more than I was expecting). Susan is also extremely welcoming and helpful. If you’re training at HPS this is a great option for lodging!

    Lindsay2020-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • Just stayed here for my second time, and I can guarantee I will not stay anywhere else when I come to this area. Susan has a beautiful home and seems to love sharing with her guests. She always has excellent, and spot on, recommendations about the area. I cannot recommend this place enough.

    T.J.2020-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Susan was wonderful! This space is very private and Susan has added a lot of amenities such as a coffee pot and refrigerator. I had a comfortable stay and an overall great experience.

    Annissa2019-12-18T00:00:00Z
  • Susan and Kevin are great peeps. There place was perfect for me. Truly comfortable. Also, since I was driving, I had easy access to Lambertville and New Hope. I grew up in the area but was amazed how much as changed, especially in Lambertville. Great coffee (go to Rojo's), food (El Tule rules), and Belle's Tavern (memories from year's ago) isn't far either. I'd suggest having a car or being able to Uber or Lyft it, since the walk into downtown Lambertville (maybe 15-20 minute walk) and New Hope is about 30 minute walk from there pad. Mostly, I just enjoyed staying at their place. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom spotless. I felt at home. Also, there place just fit me and what I needed during my visit. Thanks again for your hospitality, Susan and Kevin. I'll be back! Jason

    Jason2019-12-10T00:00:00Z
  • Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Susan was very responsive to questions and requests, and gave us great suggestions on places to visit during our weekend stay. Was able to drive the car a few turns down the hill to find parking in the heart of Lambertville, where we spent most of the day sightseeing. The lower level floor has large views of the front and back of the home, and was very private from the rest of the home. There's a small minifridge and microwave to prep your leftovers from fine dining restaurants downtown. The temp was 30deg F outside, but warm and cozy inside. Would love to spend another weekend in Susan's home!

  • This house is perfect for one or two couples or a small family looking to stay in walking distance to all Lambertville has to offer. It was clean and nicely decorated as well as offering off street parking which is important in the area. Cindy was a great host and very easy to reach. She went above and beyond leaving us wine and homemade bread as well as letting us know that late checkout was available.

    Brooke2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, wonderful property, and helpful owner. Highly recommended.

    Michael2020-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • This adorable house was perfect for two of us traveling for business. Comfortable beds, thick towels, and loads of extras- coffee, tea, shampoo & soaps, wine, banana bread, etc. and off-street parking for 2 cars. Great restaurants, antique shops and the canal trail are steps from the house.

    Beth2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • Great little house in a perfect location. Close to downtown, shops and restaurants. House was clean and had everything you need. Will definitely be back.

  • Cindy’s home was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway. Cindy is the ultimate host with quick communication, extra touches, and going above and beyond to accommodate special requests whenever possible. Her home is in an ideal location and is well stocked with anything you think you might need (hair dryer, tea kettle, washer/dryer, and so much more). We brought our 10 month old and the middle bedroom upstairs was perfect due to how quiet and dark the room was. Overall five star home and host, if you are thinking of visiting Lambertville/New Hope stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

We loved the vaulted ceiling and LED recessed lighting, giving the suite a very stylish look. The views out the window are lovely and will only get better as we head into spring. I hope you enjoy your stay at this beautiful location. We can’t wait to return.

  • For my first visit to New Hope for a wedding at Hotel du Village, I lucked out when I landed on Sandra’s place. It was literally a minute away from the wedding venue which was a huge bonus! The accommodations exceeded my expectations. This was my first Air B&B experience in the States and the bar is now set really high. 😃

  • Perfectly located place in New Hope. This is ideal for two couples because both rooms have en suite bathrooms and they are a little separate from each other (no shared walls). The place has a gorgeous view and is right in the middle of everything. Easy, keyless access. Stylish space. We would definitely recommend and will likely rent again!

    Lizabeth2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Great space!!!

    Adam2019-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • This apartment in New Hope is a very well designed space. We were very comfortable in the extremely clean space. We were sad to see we couldn’t use the balcony, however I hope it will be usable in the future. There are quite a bit of stairs that were if no problem for myself and my husband. The location can not be beat. I would suggest earplugs though. Being RIGHT in the middle of all the best of New Hope can be slightly noisy early in the morning. Great place!!!

    Danene2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • You cannot get a better location in New Hope than this. You don't even need your car. Walk to everything. Pretty view of the river and bridge. At night it is lovely. Space is clean, roomy, and modern. Comfy beds. Clean modern bathrooms. Washer/dryer a plus. We enjoyed walking downstairs and literally a few steps across the back parking lot to the bakery for early morning coffee. There are seats outside the bakery right on the river and its shaded. Would absolutely stay here again.

    Beth2019-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • This place is right in the center of the action but, we never had an issue with noise. It's close to the French bakery and next door to the ice cream shop. It's beautifully appointed and very open / modern; we loved the space.

If you haven’t been to Carversville (Airbnb lists New Hope for GPS) imagine a historical village, in a bucolic setting, with a gourmet general store and a traditional tavern/Inn that hasn’t changed since the 1800s. Our cozy studio, 6/10 of a mile from the village along a secluded tree-lined road popular for walkers, runners and bikers, is perched high above a gurgling creek in a wooded setting. Sit on the deck and rock in the motion chair, while sipping coffee and enjoying the spectacular view.
Our studio is a very large, comfortable and cozy space; it is a bedroom, living room and kitchen all in one with a private bath and deck overlooking the creek. For sleeping there is a very comfy queen and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Four adults can sleep, BUT it is most comfortable for two adults and one or two children. Amenities include bar sink, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee/tea pot and cable TV.
We are a short escape from Philadelphia and NYC. (50 minutes - 1.5 hours) and a 12 minute drive to bustling river towns: New Hope, Lambertville and Stockton. Lahaska and Doylestown are close by too! They offer everything from a quaint movie theatre, museums, art galleries, casual and fine dining, shopping and much more. Near the studio everybody’s favorite is the Carversville Kitchen, a .7 mile walk (or drive) along the creek. A short drive or walk on our peaceful, tree-lined road towards the river is the Lumberville General Store and the Black Bass Inn, one of the best restaurants in the area. Both sit on the towpath, popular for bikers and walkers.
  • Quiet, peaceful location.

    Alice2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • I loved the privacy and thoughtful touches of this space. A great weekend get away to relax and unwind, close to the cute towns of New Hope, Stockton, and Lumberville. Everything you could need in a calm space with private entry and wonderful amenities. The only feedback is to make sure to pack layers as it can have a bit of a chill in the space if you come in the winter months, but not enough to negatively impact the trip!

    Alice2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Paul's place is a great getaway in the woods. The space is just as it is described in photos and write up. This is a well appointed relaxing space, close to many points of interest.

    Deborah2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great for a relaxing getaway in a tranquil setting. The big windows looking out over the creek fill the room with light and make you feel close to nature, even in winter. The bubbly sound of the water can lull you to sleep. Inside the studio, everything you need is close at hand. You will be comfortable staying in, but there are also hikes, history, and shopping to explore. We found the provided binder of brochures and menus helpful and had the best breakfast at Carversville Kitchen.

  • Paul’s place was my first Airbnb and it was a great experience! The space looks exactly like the pictures. The deck was amazing, the creek in the back was so peaceful, such a tranquil place to be. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean. The parking spot on the side of the studio is extremely convenient as well. We got to meet Paul and Heidi and they were great. Paul has an adorable cat that we were lucky enough to meet as well. Overall great experience and we can’t wait to come back!

  • Great place! Quiet and well appointed for a weekend getaway. Great views of the creek and woods. Quiet and cozy. Surrounded by several old towns to enjoy shopping, sightseeing, and entertainment. The hosts were the most responsive I have dealt with. Would definitely go back.

  • Carol Ann is a fantastic host and her place is one of the best experiences I ever had in Airbnb. She was very kind and helpful. The house has the perfect location and was clean and charming. She provided coffee and cookies the whole day and paid attention to all the details. My experience with her was awesome. If I ever need to go back to Lambertville, it will surely be in her place.

  • This was our second stay at "The Nest." Wonderful as always...so delightful to sit in peace on the porch swing in the morning sun. Jeff and Laura provide everything that is needed for a relaxing get a way. Looking forward to returning!

  • A great place to get away from the city.

  • We had a lovely quiet relaxing weekend at the nest. The location is very private and quiet but also just a few minutes drive from Stockton. We loved seeing the animals out the window (goats, chickens, ducks, etc). The apartment was very charming and cozy, and it was nice to have fresh eggs and cake left for us! There’s just one thing worth mentioning, that other guests might want to know: there’s a very low clearance into the bedroom. There are ample signs warning about ducking down but I am a forgetful gal. I’m also quite tall. So I just think any other tall and forgetful people out there should just know about this. Otherwise, it was perfect, cozy, and very relaxing.

  • The Nest is a wonderful place to stay. The farmhouse is quaint and quiet. Jeff and Laura left farm fresh eggs and cream in the fridge for breakfast. We woke up to see chickens and goats grazing out one window and deer out the other window. It was cozy, warm and quiet. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again!

  • This place was super cute and a unique place to stay. We were visiting for a holiday train ride and were so glad to find this cozy, relaxing location. Very thoughtful touches by the host which included fresh homemade bread and farm fresh eggs. Would recommend to anyone wanting some quiet time away equipped with a woodsy backdrop and clear view of the sky.
