Ground floor apartment of a house , fully independent of 60 m2, equipped with beautiful volumes, including a US kitchen, a dining room and a relaxing living room. 2 bedrooms with separable double beds, a double sofa bed, and 1 bathroom/bath, a1 wc. Opposite the Parc de la Garennière and the edge of the Bois de Notre-Dame. The accommodation is close to shops and 10 minutes by BUS from the RER A train station. The BUS is opposite the apartment. By car, Porte de Bercy 20 minutes and Euro Disney 40 minutes away.
