Vacation home with sauna and swimming pool on the heath

Detached split-level holiday home with 4 beds, kitchen, toilet, shower, sauna, forest garden and swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, Nespresso machine, pans, crockery, cutlery, microwave oven and refrigerator. The house is located in the wooded area of Sterksel, near the heath and many green cycling routes. On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), picnic table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, campfire, trampoline and BBQ.

Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Fully equipped guesthouse with a beautiful garden and the option to use a hot tub. The stay is on the property of a former calf farm. There is a nature reserve around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, cycling, and mountain biking. When booking 4 nights, one (1) evening of hot tub use is included. Hot tub bookable for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a wall of closets and a curtain. Smoking indoors and pets are not allowed. Visits not permitted without prior notification.

Met 15 minuten per bus bent u in Eindhoven. Er is een koelsysteem aanwezig in de gehele woning door middel van een warmtepomp (vloerkoeling). De tuin is gelegen op het zuiden en biedt volop privacy. Een privé parkeerplaats is aanwezig en er kan gratis worden geladen indien u beschikt over een elektrisch voertuig.

Binnen is het licht en ruim, met een woonkamer, keuken en moderne badkamer. Boven vind je een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een kast vol boeken, plus extra bedden op de vide. Meer zin in stad? Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden.
