We had such a great stay at this cottage! It has the most amazing view and is in such a convenient location. This is our second time at one of Becca’s cottages and she’s an amazing host! So easy to get a hold of, and she gives you so much information about the place and what there is to do on Orcas. We will be back for sure!!

We enjoyed our first time on Orcas so much in large part thanks to Becca's hospitality. The little touches, like labeling where everything was, were incredibly helpful and made it perfectly relaxing. All the recommendations were great. We look forward to coming back again—hopefully this summer!

The perfect getaway, and the perfect spot if you’re alone or a couple. Other than being in town, you can’t get much better location wise, and the views will leave you speechless in the mornings and at sunset. Rebecca was an amazing host, and goes out of her way to welcome you when you check in. Very cozy spot and will be back!

The space was so lovely and had everything we needed for an amazing weekend on Orcas. The location is great, the views are unreal and local tips were top-notch! There was nothing we wanted and didn't have during our stay! Would love to stay again on my next trip to Orcas!

our stay was amazing! becca was amazingly hospitable in meeting us, telling us the story of the cottages, giving us tips, and including all of the little touches in the cottage that made us feel so welcome (hand warmers, blankets, eco-friendly toiletries - thank goodness for the toothpaste that we had run out of!). i wish we had been able to stay longer! the internet worked perfectly for two of us taking work video calls, for future reference for anyone else who will do a workcation from the cottages. :) we saw some amazing stars the second night when the rain cleared up, and the reclining chairs on the deck came in clutch. we bundled up and spent hours out there drinking wine and watching the ferry come and go. one of my favorite airbnb experiences - i wish i could share pictures of the rainbow colored skies we saw.

Location was great, and Rebecca was very hospitable. She provided information of local restaurants and activities. They do a lot with the little cottages. We definitely would stay here again when we visit Orcas again.

Mike and Lisa’s place is the perfect oasis!! Every inch of the space is thoughtful, cozy and welcoming. And then of course the view from the deck is breathtaking. Close to Rosario Resort, Moran State park, and the Doe Bay Cafe!! We had the perfect weekend and will definitely be back!!

Incredible views from the bedroom and main floor, we woke up to rainbows over the ocean and bald eagles flying by. It was spectacular and magical. The drive up to the airbnb was a bit scary and steep for me, and we felt grateful to have 4-wheel drive during a rainstorm. We built a lovely fire in the evening, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We cooked several meals, but the kitchen leaves a little to be desired regarding space and amenities. Overall I would definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at James and Lisa's home. The view was amazing, especially from upstairs. The unit is fully detached from the main house and we never saw another soul while we were there except for the deer that usually greeted us on our drive in. It was so peaceful and quiet. There are two entryways to the unit, making it very easy to unload and load up our car. The bed was comfortable, and there's a second bed upstairs that seems to be a Tempurpedic bed if you prefer a different level of softness to the main bed. I was also pleased that the water pressure in the shower was nice and strong. The mini kitchen is small but well stocked with kitchen supplies. Although tucked away in a secluded spot, this Airbnb was a close drive to nearby hikes, a coffee shop, and the Doe Bay restaurant which is amazing. Also, it's only about a 20 minute drive to get back to Eastsound and the drive was beautiful each time we did it. We hope to come back! Thank you!!

Mike and Lisa’s bungalow can be described nothing less than a gem on Orcas Island with its breathtaking scenic views from both up and downstairs areas, an extremely comfy king sized bed, and wood fire place where we cozied up to after an afternoon downtown. We fell in love with this place and wished we could have stay longer. Thank you so much Mike and Lisa, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Second time stay and plan to make it an annual visit. Host is very helpful and accommodating for check in time and providing anything else you may need. A must stay in Orcas:)

Sarah Jane’s cottage is absolutely wonderful! You wake up with an incredible view each day, it’s a cozy space, and the location is as good as any. Perfect launch pad for a few day stay around orcas.

Amazing spot. Cozy, literally next to the water and the sunrise is beyond words. Island itself is mostly for those who like to get away and hike or walk trails. I loved coming here. Definitely have recommended it to friends and family!

We celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary at this cottage. The view can't be beat. The bed was incredibly comfortable with great pillows and sheets. Rebecca gave us great tips on some things to do locally on Orca's Island. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the ferries come and go. Everything we had from the market at the ferry dock was amazing! Probably the best scones we have ever had, great sandwiches, and anything you need. We enjoyed all the little touches at the cottage, games, puzzles, good coffee. Thank you so much for making our anniversary getaway wonderful!! Hopefully we will be able to make it back!

We loved this spot! What a cool view and a nice big deck to enjoy. Waking up to sunrise over the ocean is pretty unbeatable! We were met in person and shown around by Rebecca who was very quick to communicate and let us check in early once she was done cleaning. The bed is huge and so comfortable and the space outside is perfect for enjoying meals. We did cook in the small kitchen space, but don’t expect to be making anything too complex. It was great to have the option of a stove. Make some pasta, but since it isn’t a full kitchen washing lots of dishes isn’t ideal in the bathroom. Would recommend getting picnic bits from the local shop and enjoying on the deck! It was a good spot to be based to explore the island, be at an early ferry and walk to both beaches, and restaurants/cafes/shops.

We had an amazing stay at Sarah Jane's Cottage. Every amenity imaginable was available for us, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view was spectacular. We can't wait to return.

Could not love this waterfront cabin more! Had a great bonfire. Beds were super comfy. Lots of thoughtful touches. Scenery is top notch. Easy drive to town. Dreaming of going back!

Cozy waterfront cabin. Loved it!

Very quaint, natural setting on a beautiful, quiet beach/bay. If you like to “go back in time to a simpler time”, but with simple, modern touches, this will prob work for you. We stayed in a waterfront cabin, which was simply decorated, but clean, with a comfy bed, kitchen, loved the natural wood of the interior, and the wood stove! We were glad to have electric heat as well though, bc getting the small wood stove to hold a fire was a challenge. Not sure if bc stove too small, the wood too large, or we couldn’t figure out the damper? It would have helped to have that marked (air control), how to use, on the stove itself. We enjoyed having cheese, crackers, wine (easily obtained from town of Eastsound a few minutes away, but the resort store seemed to have a decent selection, too) and a campfire outside overlooking the water. Beautiful! Would have loved to use the outdoor grill for steaks, fresh local fish, but we didn’t have time-Next time! We saw bald eagles, otters, seals, lots of gulls. Be careful driving around the island- lots of slow moving deer along the road, crossing roads, especially at dusk/night. A unique, quiet, serene, therapeutic spot; a great base for exploring a beautiful island! And very romantic as well, with sunsets over the water.

This was the perfect place to decompress and get away from the city for a few days. The location is prime, and since it's on the west end of island we were sheltered from the windy bits we experienced throughout the island. The sunset was gorgeous and the experience of having a fire pit a few feet from front door of cabin was delightful. The staff was quite friendly and provided all the amenities we could need. They provided us with extra blankets and a hair dryer at the office/store/cafe. The cabin itself was quite quaint, with enough room for two -three people. It is on the smaller side, but wasn't uncomfortable. The water got nice and hot in the shower. They provide nice papaya shampoo, conditioner and soap. If you have long hair I would recommend bringing your own conditioner to tame your hair as the water is a bit hard. It was a great experience and I highly recommend!

Awesome cabins!

Beautiful view, cute and cozy space. A bit of road traffic below, but not too disturbing. The host made check in seamless and the space is lovely.

The place was great. It had a wonderful view of the sound and was close to town. The host added a thoughtful card and gift which was very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Kelly's place is perfect for a couple or 3 very good friends! It is small and wonderfully designed - we couldn't think of a single thing to criticize. Very private. The view upon waking in the morning is breathtaking! We'll be back!

This cottage was very cute and the perfect space for us to celebrate our anniversary. We lucked out on the weather so the view was incredible.

This cottage is an absolute gem! Every square inch is perfect, modern, and clean. The views of the water and mountains are incredible. I might recommend bringing a sleeping eye mask if you’re sensitive to light since there is so much natural light in the cottage (a big plus, but we were glad to have our eye masks for sleeping in). Location is great, right near Eastsound and a short drive from the ferry terminal. I appreciated how safe we felt in the cottage and that there was very easy and private parking right outside. Had everything we needed for cooking dinner, which was also an added bonus! Will definitely be returning soon. :)

Clean and close to Eastsound, so convenient to walk which seems rare in the area! Location is great so that nothing on the island is far away. Balcony great for sitting outside and getting some yoga/reading in!

We had an amazing time! The cottage was beautiful and the location was great. We especially appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was.

Great little cabin in a stunningly beautiful location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was the wifi. It was essentially unusable, and there was very spotty cell reception, so plan on disconnecting while you're there. But that's not always a bad thing.

We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend West Beach for a number of reasons; West-facing sunset location, cute comfy cabins, and prompt on-site service to take care of any questions.

A couple of girlfriends and I stayed at The Gnome House for a short getaway from the city, and I can't express how delightful. The house is incredible - So enchanting and cozy!!! We loved cooking food, soaking in the hot tub, walking around the grounds, and hanging out in the dining nook. Meg and Bob were super communicative and friendly. Our whole experience was magical and we hope to return to The Gnome House in the future :)

What. A. Treat. We came for an extended weekend in January to have a cozy home base (with a hottub) while I ran a trail race at Moran State Park. The Gnome House Chalet is just what it sounds like: a chalet-style cabin that feels like it is hosted by a team of Gnomes! It is a warm, cozy cabin with just the right amount of space for a small family, or in our case 3 adults. There are many fun details for those that like a cozy craftsman-built cabin with a theme. The hottub views to the water were incredibly relaxing. The kitchen was perfect for preparing feasts (we made several). The dining table/cupola was the center of most of what we did while awake, from eating to family-time types of activities. And an especially welcome touch was pre-split well-seasoned firewood and kindling waiting in the rack for us! We loved it.

Such a magical experience in a beautiful place. Even with wind rain and snow! Just so much comfort and coziness was experienced! Bob and Meg were both amazing and thoughtful, communication was also amazing!

This is such an incredible listing on Air BnB. A gorgeous hidden treasure located on a beautiful island just as magical as displayed. Each nook and cranny of the house is thought out to create such an inviting and whimsical stay that surely makes you feel every bit of a fairytale as you could imagine. I cannot wait to return. A stellar home, with amazing hosts. The communication is exceptional and everything is simple, from the drive, given directions, and ways to make your stay at the gnome house the best possible. Highly recommend - a true 10/10.

Great place for the 4 of us, location to Moran State Park was great. Hot tub and pool tab were added bonuses. All the little things and amenities have been thought of at this house.

Lori and Todd are absolutely outstanding hosts, and this home was by far the most comfortable, well-stocked Airbnb we’ve ever rented. Beautiful home, great kitchen, everything was sparkling clean, and Todd and Lori were extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be back!!

We have stayed in a few Airbnb’s on Orcas and this is by the far the best. The house is conveniently located close to Eastsound, Rosario resort and Moran park and it is stocked with basically everything you need. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the hot tub each night of our stay and we also loved the ping pong table! The hosts answered all of our questions very quickly and checking in was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is our second stay at Todd & Lori’s beautiful Airbnb. We love it there!! It’s a great location, you have everything you could possibly need, and the house is perfect for families or a group of friends. We try to make a trip here at least once a year and our preferred place to stay is this Airbnb.

We had a short but great stay at this place! The house is top notch, very clean, spacious and decorated with taste. Pool table is an especially nice touch! It is very close to Moran State Park which is a must on Orcas Island. The hosts provided great communication and appeared very organized.

Todd and Lori have quite the space! So close to the beautiful trails of Moran State Park and just a short drive from Eastsound, their location is definitely worth an extended stay. Your vacation will be supercharged with their amazing views, sounds and deck with a grill and a hot tub. We stayed in the winter so it wasn’t terribly warm outside, but the space warmed our spirits plenty.

Northbeach Cabin is a treasure! We loved the location, and peaceful vibe. Libi has outfitted the cabin beautifully: the bed and linens are soooo comfortable, the bright kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners every night to bring to our kids who just had a baby- happy first-time grandparents!! The shower is great, the amenities are beautiful and everything is sparkling clean!! Highly recommend!! Libi is a responsive and lovely host!

I adore this cabin! So many special touches- beautiful cook ware, very soft sheets and bed, sparkling clean shower, and a gorgeous view out every window. I loved how private it felt at all times. The decor was not fussy but simple and tasteful. I will never look any place else when coming to Orcas Island.

This location was a great place for exploring Orcas Island. It’s within walking distance to the beach and also a short drive to most of the restaurants in the area. It was very quiet and relaxing. All amenities covered (other than a tv, but we brought a laptop). We were able to cook dinners in the kitchen and enjoyed the pour over coffee. Sparkling clean! And thoughtful touches. I would recommend to friends and be happy to return again.

We loved the Northbeach Cabin! I probably said some version of “I love this cabin!” to my husband at least ten times in our two days there. It is the perfect mix of cool vintage bones and cozy, modern style. Basically, it is my dream cabin. And, the location is great—water views from the bed in the loft and close to Eastsound too. The Northbeach Cabin was our favorite Airbnb so far, and Libi was a great host. Thanks Libi!

Libi’s place made for the perfect getaway! The location is awesome, the view of the water when you’re in the bedroom was beautiful, the unit itself was so clean and the bed was comfortable too! We saw 17 deer outside the window the second night too! We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely cozy home in a peaceful wooded setting. We really enjoyed the beauty of the house which featured classic Northwest design and Joe’s gorgeous crystal glaze pottery, and incorporated locally sourced wood. Joe was an attentive host, providing extensive information to make our stay comfortable and fun. The house is close to Moran State Park which is great for hiking and sightseeing, especially from the top of Mt. Constitution. The house is also around the corner from Doe Bay Resort whose spa is accessible via day pass. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place to others.

Joe place is nice and peaceful. Very quiet and relaxing. Wood stove was an excellent addition especially with cold and rainy days.

A very clean and beautiful cottage that is very close to the state park and a short path to the shore. The cottage is very comfortable and has all the appliances we needed to cook with. Also Joe was a great host providing great tips for the area and making sure we had no problems with the ferry.

This is a great place to stay on Orcas and Joe is a welcoming and helpful host. The house is in an ideal location for hiking in Moran and Obstruction Pass parks and right down the road from Doe Bay. If you are willing to take a steep hike behind the house, there is a beautiful view of the landscape near the water. Definitely recommended!

Love this place!

This is the kind of place that immediately gives a sense of deja vu, as if your grandparents brought you here. It’s quaint in the best way. Nothing shabby, nothing so new that it looks out of place. The property is beautiful and peaceful. I didn’t want to leave.

West Beach Resort is absolutely lovely. We came in December so 90% of the island was in its offseason. We didn't use any of the amenities but had a wonderful time regardless, the staff was friendly and the cabin was clean and cozy and just what we needed for a simple overnight stay.

If you are looking for a warm cabin with access to the Eastsound water for a polar plunge this place is it!

Rose Cottage, is one of the sweetest places I’ve stayed in a long time. It is also located in a quiet, beautiful, nature and wild life filled area. The horses and Kate’s friendliness was the icing on top of the cake!

This place is a step back in time. The old fashioned kitchen and antique touches were awesome and made the whole stay very quaint and relaxing. Watching the horses through the window, enjoy both lake and mountain views and being on a quiet street made it very enjoyable. Great place to stay!

Very cute cottage, a great peaceful retreat and home base if staying on the island for multiple days. It was so quiet and peaceful that all we could hear were birds, horses and the nearby creek.

This is the cutest coziest cottage, small but well designed and with plenty of space to sleep 3. Kate is very responsive and kind. It felt like staying at a family member's house. I hope to be back.

A perfect overnight stay for some much-needed R&R before school starts back up in a few weeks. The cottage was very cozy and conveniently located. (Traveler's hint: Be sure you have your RETURN ferry tickets off Orcas Island, which are limited and released in tiers, so you can maximize your stay!)

The Rose Cottage is absolutely delightful, and Kate and Ken make it that much more enjoyable. I can’t imagine a better place to stay if you are headed to the islands.

I loved both the house and Jan the host. The house is spotlessly clean, nicely furnished with quality furnishings that are both comfortable and stylish, and is stocked with lots of eco friendly products from the soaps and shampoos to the laundry and dish soaps. The deck is fantastic - whether sitting in the sun reading a book or looking up at the stars with a glass of wine. The house is walkable to Moran State Park and Rosario Resort and an easy drive to Eastsound. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property is very new and totally spotless. We had a wonderful time walking down the hill to the Rosario resort and drove a quick 5 minutes to the trail heads at the summit of mt. constitution. This home is in the perfect location for those wanting to explore Orcas!

This lovely home is in a beautiful secluded area near Cascade Lake which you can walk to from the house. Its also very convenient to Moran State Park with its beautiful hiking trails and vistas. The view from the top of Mt Constitution is not to be missed! We appreciated how clean and beautifully furnished this home is. Beautiful amenities and furnishings. Our host was quick to respond and very hospitable. We can't wait to return!

This is a beautiful, tranquil place to stay on Orcas Island. I enjoyed my time here immensely!

Perfect escape from the craziness of the mainland! You can sit on the deck and watch deer grazing continuously. A few stops at the market and you’ll not have to leave again!

Beautiful house.

A group of women friends and I rented Jan’s house for a fun Winter get-away. The house is absolutely beautiful and full of light! As a designer I appreciate the style and comfort of the furniture, the tasteful textiles, and the very fine art. When you see an interior this nice you know much thought went into every detail! The house is well equipped with all the basics for cooking. We decided to explore the local food scene for lunch and dinner but enjoyed leisurely mornings sipping coffee and tea with delicious pastries from Brown Bear Bakery. Each day we were off hiking nearby trails to Cascade Lake, shopping in Eastsound, or relaxing at the Spa at Rosario. This location is fantastic. So near to the best Orcas has to offer! Jan is a terrific host who is prompt with communication. She is very knowledgeable about places to eat amazing local food and unique shops to explore. We loved Darvill’s Bookshop & Material Wit. We had such a wonderful time we are already planning to return!

Such a great location - and the space was warm, inviting, and it felt like home! Very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend! Susan is a wonderful host and was highly responsive to our needs.

While the stunning view itself was worth the price of admission (if you've ever swooned at the landscape while dining at the Madrona Grill or upstairs at the Loft, you'll know what I'm talking about), the room was AMAZING. Well-stocked with high-quality products, beautifully furnished, and replete with anything you could possibly need (extra fresh towels? binoculars for bird-watching?), it was the most sparkling clean place I think we've had the pleasure to stay. The location was also top notch, literally next door to some of our local haunts, and as a frequent visitor over the past decade, we easily have a new favourite spot to stay in Eastsound. Can not recommend anything Susan runs more highly.

Really great location in the heart of Eastsound. This place was sparkling clean & the view was beautiful. We loved checking out the really neat local restaurants & bars within walking distance from Susan’s place. We took a quick drive to Rosario for a spa day & that was amazing, too. Susan’s place was a really great place to stay.

Susan's studio is delightful. Being right on Main Street is great with all the shops and restaurants steps from your door. The view from the balcony overlooking the Sound is lovely too. The studio was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. We had a great time there and I would highly recommend it!

Such a beautifully remodeled home with great touches inside and outside the home. We loved having an outside area that felt like we were camping, and then coming inside to feel like we were at a resort spa!! Absolutely loved the hot tub, sound system, espresso machine and the jacuzzi tub inside. Todd and Lori offered great communication and seem to go above and beyond. Thanks again!!

Had a great stay!

Todd & Lori were great hosts and their place was in a nice central location for exploring the island. Check-in was very easy and the welcome binder had all the info needed for enjoying the amenities. They were quick to respond to any question that came up. Can't wait to return to Orcas and stay here again!

This is a great place if you want to be close to the beach and love to do outdoor activities. You can hike, bike, walk or go for drives around the island with great views. We recommend the Lower Town Tavern for fish and chips, Darvill’s Bookstore and the Madrona Bar for seafood. We will be back again next year for our third year. Al and Gretchen

We loved our stay here! The house was very clean and welcoming. Todd and Lori were great communicators and the location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Came here for the Orcas Island 50k, and the hot tub was the perfect place for post-race recovery. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Todd & Lori's place. The house was beautiful, and everything was well thought out and easy to find. It was just a 5 minute drive to Eastsound and less than 15 minutes to Moran State Park. We loved being able to stay in a space that was super nice but also dog friendly, as that can be hard to find!

The Heart House was a delight to stay at. Very thoughtfully appointed, we really enjoyed the space. We ended up indoors due to weather more than expected and the wall-to-wall windows with a view helped us feel great about our visit. The space gets as warm as you'd like it to, and the kitchen and bathrooms were especially clean. We hope to visit again during the summer!

Enjoyed Heart House for 3 nights to celebrate my dad’s birthday with friends. Loved the fire place, hot tub, well-appointed kitchen and central location. The Heart House hosts were also very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Heart house was very peaceful and lovely. It exceeded our expectations. The beds & furniture were very comfortable. Every thing was up to date and clean. Communication was great. We have nothing but great things to say and can't wait to come back. The dog didn't like having to stay on the main floor but he learned to live with it, he really enjoyed watching the wildlife.

Kimberly's place is gorgeous! It is tucked into the woods with some sneaking views of the bay. Four of us stayed very comfortably, and had a wonderfully cozy weekend.

We had a fantastic time staying at the Garden Cottage! John was a gracious and informative host who gave us great tips for enjoying our stay but also provided us lots of privacy. The cottage itself offered us the perfect landing place after a day of hiking or exploring, and the freshly ground organic coffee was a definite highlight. We would absolutely stay here again - maybe next time in the summer so we can take advantage of more of the outdoor amenities!

Enjoyed our first visit to Orcas Island. John was easy to communicate with and understanding. The cottage was near the water so the views were very pretty. And the cottage had many resources for visitors like maps, where to eat, DVD’s/books to read. My husband really enjoyed being able to try Rocky for the first time.

Stayed here after running a 100-miler in Moran state park. The hot tub was just what I needed for sore muscles. And the indoor fireplace made the garden cottage perfectly cozy. John was also eager to share his local knowledge to help find a place to eat. Would definitely stay again.

His property has so many cool features to keep you busy including a hot tub and a barn full of things to explore. We would definitely stay there again!

We LOVED staying at Jackie’s cozy seaside cottage! Morning coffee on the beach and quiet evenings in the cottage was exactly what we hoped for (and got) at this little Orcas Island gem! We thoroughly enjoyed Jacqueline's Tiny House on the island. This was our first time on Orcas, and staying at Jacqueline's place was the perfect experience. Very close to the water, with rustic charm and beauty. Jacqueline maintains great communication, is wonderfully friendly, and was accommodating when we had small needs. We will definitely return to the Tiny House next time we're on the island.

The tiny house is actually spacier than we expected! It's still a "tiny house," but not at all cramped and an absolutely perfect size for a cozy, romantic weekend. We had everything we needed and Jackie allowed us to use anything in the larger house as well. We didn't need anything, but it was nice to have access to just in case. Crazy beautiful views and very quiet. The only problem we had was not enough hot water for a shower, but a new water heater had just been installed the day of our arrival so I think Jackie was still figuring out the best temp to keep it at. Other than that we had an amazing time!!

This is such a great place. I'd say the photos on Airbnb don't do it justice! It was so fun being between the cows, deer, and the beach. Perfect location on the island - it's quick to get anywhere, it's easy to find and yet very secluded.

Georgia is a cute little cabin near the beach! It’s perfect for a get away if any kind but I am excited to bring my family back here. You can also get an amazing view of the sunset from the beach (at least I got a spectacular view one night in October). It was also nice to be close to Eastsound and have a little kitchen. Overall, a great place to stay on Orcas Island.

Th location was beautiful and perfect! The hosts are top notch and were available and accommodating in every way. I will stay there every chance I get! What a wonderful experience!

I can't say enough great things about Toni & Buck Bay Getaway! I can't say what it looked like before the remodel - as this was our first time visiting, but I'll tell you it was decorated so nicely and it felt so fresh and clean. The bed is also extremely comfortable! Toni was so sweet and offered us oysters upon arrival and stayed in touch during our visit incase we needed anything! Turbo (their sweet cat) also welcomed us and kept us company. If this is your first time visiting the island or you've been here before, this is the place to stay! Toni will give you all the tips and tricks on the best places to visit and see, and the view of the bay is absolutely incredible!

We will return again and again! The location is perfect. Steps away from their seafood shop where we sat outdoors eating fresh crab, amazing ceviche and house smoked fish while sipping wine and taking in the view of Buck Bay. Other nights we steamed their clams in their perfectly appointed kitchen. Toni even shares a dozen fresh eggs. Beds were super comfortable. Toni was super warm and welcoming and introduced us to all that Orcas has to offer. Buck Bay is a great location. Just a few miles from Doe Point that has a Thursday open mic, great cuisine and outdoor hot tubs and sauna open until 10 pm. Also close to hiking at Moran and Obstruction Pass. We had a fantastic experience.

It’s hard to say anything negative and easy to say everything positive about our stay. The house has everything you need to be comfortable and to feel like your home. The restaurant on the shellfish farm allows you to enjoy some fresh local treats. Toni was super great giving tips and having quick responses to any questions. Turbo killer, the friendly cat, on the farm was super sweet and amusing. My favorite part was the daily views of the bay and also the comfy bed. I highly recommend the Buck Bay Getaway. I most likely will return and I was holding back tears as I was leaving. Thanks again Toni 😊

This was our second stay at Buckbay, after our first incredible experience we could not wait to come back. Our second trip was everything that we hoped for, comfortable, clean and inviting. The house was stock with extra blankets, toiletries and extra kitchen necessities, to make our stay feel more like home and to help us cook and prepare our meals. Besides the comfortable lodging, you absolutely cannot beat the view and the proximity to the oysters, delicious! We enjoyed oysters, prawns and smoked salmon during our stay, Toni and Mark are fantastic host, Toni also provides excellent advice for what to do and what to see on the island as well. We hope to come back year after year, Buckbay is truly a gem and our stay was everything that we knew it would be again. Thank you so much Toni!

Our stay at the guest house (the Getaway was under repair) was terrific! Toni is a great host -- so friendly, accommodating and accessible. We really appreciated her tips of what to do on the island. Despite how busy she is running the shellfish farm, she took time to give us a tour and was always around to answer questions. The seafood was delicious. The house is fully equipped and in a great location with a stunning view. It was a great introduction for us to the Pacific Northwest. Thanks Toni!

One of the most perfect spots on the island. The serenity when I step out onto the deck here is something I have found nowhere else. I was able to walk to breakfast at the Catkin and take the dogs to the nature preserve! It is such a gift to stay on this end of the island.

Carol's place is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. It was absolutely perfect. We also asked for an early check in and everyone worked hard to make that happen. We really appreciated the hospitality and local tips! We plan to come back soon.

Carol Jo's presence was so warm and welcoming. The view of the San Juans through the big picture window, the other windows, and from the deck is incredible! The locale is wonderfully quiet - we could hear the gentle lapping of waves on the beach, birds everywhere (including eagles and hummingbirds), and even the splashing of a seal and an otter. The proximity to Moran State Park was a special treat; we drove/hiked to the lookout tower three times during our stay to take-in the 360 degree view, including getting up early one morning to watch the sun rise over the mountains and the Sound: breathtaking! Highly recomend!

Sara and Matt’s house was absolutely amazing! The view was spectacular! The house is secluded and tucked away on Orcas Island, overlooking the ocean and several islands— in the distance you can see an expanse of a snow-capped mountain range. It is breathtaking! The house feels remote and private, but is conveniently located close to anything you could need. We stayed in and cooked the entire time, and the house has everything we needed, including additional cooking supplies that were very helpful, like spices, olive oil, etc. The house is cozy and comfortable. It is very clean and fully stocked with anything you might need. The loft bedroom view is also amazing! The king size bed was very comfortable. Loved this house! Loved Orcas Island! And we highly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely time at Sara and Matt's home in Orcas Island. The view was lovely and the hot tub was the best place to end the day after some light hiking. The house was exactly as pictured and close driving distance to Eastsound for lunch/dinner. We look forward to booking again over the summer!

This place is just lovely! The view is jut breathtaking. It was raining most of the time while we were there, but the place just made it more fun, even if we just stay in and chill. We just enjoy the hot tub under the rain, and everyone just cooking at the awesome kitchen and enjoying the view.

A beautiful place with a magnificent view. Spacious. Close to town. Perfectly clean. Large kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were very nice and communicative. And so perfectly quiet! I don't think I heard a single car the entire time. We came with a group of 5 and we were all very happy that this is where we chose to stay!

This spot was amazing! The views are truly remarkable and the hot tub was an amazing place to hang out. This was the most well stocked kitchen at an Airbnb I've ever experienced, and we were so grateful for that - made cooking so easy and fun. We'll be back !

This is our second stay at Sara & Matt’s house. The location is quiet and feels secluded. The view looking toward Vancouver can’t be beat. It’s a clean and accommodating space that we would recommend it to others.

This is an absolute gem of find. I highly recommend a stay at this cabin. It has all of the comforts of home with the added luxury of being somewhere new and exciting. The location is nice in that it’s private but still accessible to some of the best island activities. We will absolutely consider another visit and are excited to share this experience with friends and family.

This cabin is very nicely situated just a short drive down the road from Moran State Park, where we spent most of our time while on the island. The cabin has a well stocked kitchen and included some complementary tea. Laundry worked great, and we had no trouble letting ourselves in using the keybox. Ann was very responsive and got back to all our questions promptly. It was great to find a pack n play as well as cots and sleeping pads to accommodate a variety of sleeping arrangements for families. The board games and puzzles were a nice touch.

A wonderful location near trails, and public beaches. It was super quiet and private. It felt like we were in the middle of the woods. It was a perfect home base for our Island adventure.

The Olga cabin is a beautiful home. Very clean and ultra quiet. Deer visit regularly and the grounds are well kept. Beds were comfortable, cozy linens, fluffy towels and a fireplace! We played scrabble and enjoyed one another, void of modern distractions. We will definitely be back next year.

Very clean, comfortable and good location. The master was very comfortable, but the third bedroom has a small bed, good for a child or small adult.

This is a huge space with so much privacy. It’s surrounded by wooded areas and is just off a main road into town which makes it easily accessible. The fire pit is wonderful- located in the front yard with lovely chairs to enjoy. Great value for the amount of space you get!

Leith's apartment is really a perfect place for a weekend getaway, nicely furnished, it feels really cozy. Leith has a great selection of suggestions on what to do. The apartment is conveniently location in a quiet street really close to the city center with a gorgeous view of the bay.

Leith’s place is a wonderful place to stay in the town of Eastsound. Despite being within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and just about anything else you might need, it’s a quiet and peaceful location. The bed is super comfortable and the view from the deck is unbeatable. I’ll definitely be staying here any time I’m on Orcas Island for business.

We loved our stay in Leith's condominium. There were many great touches, such as fresh flowers and an eclectic mix of quality furniture. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The view of East Sound is spectacular. The condominium is comprehensively equipped. The location is fantastic. It is very quiet, yet within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, book stores, and charming art galleries. Leith is a delightful and responsive host. Orcas Island offers endless opportunities for biking and hiking. We had a fantastic vacation and hope to be back soon!

This is a cozy gem of a place, a room with a view. We loved our stay and recommend it highly. It’s so convenient to everything. Leith has decorated everything so nicely and she welcomed us with chocolate chip cookies and fresh flowers in tiny vases on the kitchen sink window. There were green plants everywhere and wonderful, interesting books stacked on the shelves to read. We had a great stay there!!!!

Wonderful remote place that sits above the great island expanse yet minutes from Eastsound. We loved the hot tub and the roaring fire. The kitchen is large and easy to use. The master bedroom is fantastic with both bathrooms that are equally nice. Nice touches for our puppy to enjoy the stay. Super quiet and the essence of why the PNW is hard to beat

Outside porch is the star of the show with great place to relax and get in the hot tub. Nice and quiet. Recommend for multiple families to relax next to the ocean.

We loved this place! The view from the hot tub/deck/window is absolutely gorgeous. And the private rocky beach was lovely. We even saw a curious seal swimming close to shore. We would definitely love to come back in the summer and bring our paddle boards.

I've been burned by AirBnb in the past, but this location absolutely delivers. The deck is private, the view is second to none, and if you like a nice shower, I don't think I've ever been in one so neat! Absolutely blown away and can't wait to return!

Staying at the Honey BnB is like staying in a warm, honey soaked, perfectly appointed dream land. The house has beautiful light in the morning that literally turns the house into a beautiful honey color haven, and the bed is perfectly positioned with a beautiful view of the pond to open your eyes to, and a panoramic view of the water and Mount Baker to your left. The pot belly is delicious, even though it is not needed for additional warmth as the house is super cozy. The kitchen is well appointed, with every thing you could ask for. The house is located in a beautiful and convenient location, within close driving distance of Eastsound. Mona was super easy to get in touch with and made the stay completely effortless. Would HIGHLY recommend staying at the Honey BnB if you're looking for a serenely beautiful and relaxing getaway.

A great cozy cabin next to a pond and with a view of the oceans and distant mountains. It was exactly the escape we were hoping for. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay on Orcas.

This was the best airbnb I've ever stayed in. The fireplace, view, location, and the kitchen made this experience better than we could have expected. We could have left our own comforts behind because Mona has thought of everything. We didn't want to leave!

It’s readily apparent to see why Mona has a perfect rating for her house and hospitality. The house is much larger than the photos convey; and while the photos are gorgeous, the house is even more so in person. Healthy live pants and fresh flowers inside are a nice touch, in addition to many cozy spots throughout (lots of throw blankets and spots to curl up in.) The kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook! Very well-appointed with quality appliances, cooking supplies, spices, etc. Mona had a bag of fresh coffee beans and a bottle of wine waiting for us, as well as firewood for the wood-burning stove (my husband was obsessed with the fireplace and it was amazing to have a fire during the snowstorm.) Smart TVs upstairs and down meant we could stream movies via our Amazon and Netflix accounts. The full bath upstairs has radiant heat tile floors and a double set of shower heads and sinks, with nice bath products. The bed is one of the most important features of any stay and this bed is super comfy and lush! Loved the linen bedding ❤️ We spent a lot of time watching the private pond behind the house...lots of birds, deer, squirrels, a flock of resident wild turkeys, and even an otter came to hang out. Mona’s communication and graciousness made us feel completely at home. If you are seeking solitude, this is your place, it’s legit. Can’t wait to come back!

A goody basket greeted us, along with many other thoughtful touches. We appreciated the local tips, wood stove, and fully stocked kitchen. The perfect post-holiday getaway! Our only regret is that we couldn't have spent more time on the patio enjoying the stunning view -- guess we'll have to return in warmer weather!

This place is truly magical. A slice of heaven. We came out on a chilly December weekend and enjoyed hanging by the wood burning furnace and soaking in the views while waiting for breaks in the rain to go hiking. At night you can see the lights from Vancouver across the water. Vicki is an awesome host - super friendly and ready to provide great local recs. Book this place, it will not disappoint. We'll certainly be back.

We had a delightful weekend at Vicki’s place. We arrived in a rainstorm, so we were actually living in a cloud for the first night and day. It made the view from the deck that much more special when the clouds parted. We appreciated all of the warm, colorful, and cozy touches throughout the apartment — slippers, fresh flowers, tea and coffee. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, pots and pans and we enjoyed cooking there. Vicki also sent us an excellent list of activities and recommendations in advance of our trip which helped us make the most out of our time here. We highly recommend this stay!

Egads, we nearly don’t want to gush about this fabulous place because then we’ll never be able to book it again. The view is absolutely breathtaking, the space is beyond comfortable, and the amenities and personal touches are bar none, the best we’ve ever experienced. Vicki went above and beyond a host’s duty by coming down the hill and escorting us up in the dark for our own comfort, which we really appreciated. She was quick to text and communicate, superbly helpful, and just wonderful to meet. We woke up the next morning to robins singing and grazing baby deer right outside the door and THE most spectacular vista. It was so gorgeous! Kitchen is well equipped, and it was nice to have a washer and dryer en suite to take care of our hiking clothes after a long day out and about. Fresh flowers, warm booties, and guidebooks and puzzles made it so homey here. Also, lots of blankets, excellent heating, and a super soft bed made this a squishy awesome hang out home for a wintertime visit. It was hard to want to leave and go see the island versus just sipping tea and enjoying the view from the comfort of Robin Song!! Thank you, Vicki, for this wonderful, wonderful stay. We hope to see you again soon!

We spent an extended time at Vicki’s gorgeous studio. It was fabulous. The space has everything we needed, along with some extra special touches. The view is amazing and never got old. Vicki was a wonderful host, always there when we needed anything or had a question, but definitely gave us our space. We will be back for sure, as we love Orcas and we loved this air bnb.

Robin Song is such a special place and Vicki is an exceptional host! The decor, personal touches and environment were perfect. One of our most favorite Air BnB's we've stayed at. I could have stayed on the deck the whole weekend but thanks to Vicki's recommendations we had many adventures. We are headed back home rested and relaxed and ready to make our next plan to visit!

This place is great for dogs. We had a dog-approved unit right on the beach, classic beach cabin decor, super cute and cozy. The set up makes it easy to clean up after the dogs and we appreciate that the unit is fairly dog-proof. Loved sleeping with the sound of the surf and warming up with a real wood fire.

Cute cabin, not far from town but still in a nice bay away from weather. Check in was friendly and quick and staff is outstanding. Will definitely be back!!

Even with the rain and the cold, this cabin was exactly what we needed for a short weekend getaway. The cabin itself has all the necessities and none of the frills. We really enjoyed not having a television and unplugging for a day. Main Street is only a ten minute drive for restaurants and grocery stores. I can’t wait to revisit in the warmer months.

The beachfront cabins are awesome, and the whole resort is wonderful! The store/front desk is great for quick snacks, coffee, wine and beer. Everyone who works there is incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. We stayed during the winter when it’s much quieter on the island and some of the restaurants are closed for the season, and being in the cabins was perfect because we had a view of the water from our windows, an adorable and warm wood burning stove, and a full kitchen for cooking when we didn’t want to go out. It’s very convenient to Eastsound and other parts of the island we wanted to visit, but also a great place to just enjoy the lovely island scenery. The fire pits outside on the water were excellent as well as the front porch with grill and table and chairs. I’ve read some other reviews that are grumpy about there not being a TV in the beachside cabins, but for $12/night we rented a tv/dvd combo from the front desk, and it was perfect for nighttime movies. And no, you definitely don’t need a TV out there, but if you do want to watch movies, it’s very convenient. We were also traveling with our dog, and it’s a wonderful place for dogs. Plenty of areas to walk around both on pathways, the front lawn of the cabin and on the beach. It’s a very dog friendly property, and everyone was very respectful of the dogs, and all the ones we encountered were incredibly well behaved and seemed to be having a wonderful time. We truly enjoyed our stay...my only complaint was that we had to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for our one year anniversary and the location was beautiful. We were notified that our room was ready earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. The cabin was very clean and we loved being able to have our two dogs with us! We loved our stay and would come back again!

Todd and Lori provided us with such an amazing experience of Orcas Island! Their space is perfect for relaxing with your group and having enough room and activities to keep entertained- especially for us when there was unexpected, strong gusts of wind. They were responsive and provided great suggestions for things to do on the island. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in and the hot tub was certainly the cherry on top. I HIGHLY recommend their space for your island getaway- they are incredibly kind and work towards making sure your time is well had.

Todd and Lori’s home far exceeded my expectations. They thought of pretty much everything we could possible need or want, even providing a backpack for hiking (I took mine out of my car by mistake just that morning!) They were very responsive when we had an issue with a neighbor’s dog escaping, even offering to come stay with the dog until it’s owner’s returned so that we wouldn’t miss our dinner reservations. My only gripe is that we didn’t stay long enough/have clear enough weather to utilize the bbq or fire pit (next time, for sure!)

Stayed for a work trip, I’m used to getting a mixed bag when it comes to house rentals, but this place is great. The quality of the kitchen ware made cooking away from home enjoyable. Comfortable beds, good water pressure and a great view of the sound.

Top-notch house: It’s exactly how it’s described and everything is in perfect working order. The views are epic and it’s just up the road (walking distance if you don’t mind a hill) from a fun bar/restaurant at Rosario. Inside, it’s clear care was taken to ensure we’d have everything we needed.

The house was everything and then some! I was amazed by the house having EVERYTHING needed! Things I forgot to being where already there. The dog bowls and dog bed just in case you bring your dog was great! We will for sure bring our little pooch next time. The hot tub was amazing with the view. We were lucky enough to have snow and oh the trees just were gorgeous! The book with all directions and suggestions were perfect! You will not regret staying there!

Cozy retreat with the perfect location near Rosario Resort and a quick drive away from Eastsound! The house was well stocked which made it easy to cook meals. While we spent most of our time exploring the island, it was very relaxing to have a morning coffee on the sundeck.

This house could not be better situated, better adapted to the environment, or better appointed for a stay on Orcas Island. It sits maybe a 1/4 mile from the dock below, and maybe a mile from Moran State Park. It is far enough from town to offer absolute quiet at night but close enough so that you don't feel like you are stranded if you need anything from the supermarket or anywhere else. And, if you're not interested in doing anything but watching the weather from inside or outside of the house, it is an extraordinarily well-designed oasis. Everyone should be so lucky.

Perch was even better than I could have imagined. Merrill has thought of everything to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of spices and condiments to make cooking at home easier, plenty of toiletries are provided, and there is even a “junk” drawer with anything random you may need. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed using the provided binoculars to look out on the water. The interior and exterior of the home is fantastic. We especially loved the fire pit and deck outside. Hiking access to Moran State Park is just down the road, too. Seriously, this place is great! Thanks Merrill!!

My husband and I Highly recommend The Perch. We have stayed at plenty Airbnb’s and this one was our favorite. The location was amazing and perfectly secluded. The house was clean as a whistle and the views were breathtaking. We loved all the sliding glass doors that opened you up to nature. We cooked two amazing meals and we had everything we needed in the house. The fire pit was a bonus which we enjoyed every night. The beds were very comfortable giving us a good night’s sleep. Merrill's place was fantastic! The location was stunning, the space was thoughtfully laid out, and Merrill was a welcoming host who communicated with us regularly in the lead up to our stay. Merrill has thought of every detail, from the kitchen utensils to the bathroom products to the house guidebook and beyond. And of course, that view! The entire living area faces the water, and it looks even better in real life than it did in the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

Perfection. This was out second stay in three years and it is one of our all time favorites! Great location, amazing view, and super well designed space. No better match for Orcas than the Perch House!

Beautiful house with an amazing view and top-notch amenities. Our group had a few relatively serious cooks and we were more than satisfied with the supplies available. Everything was really thoughtfully done. Didn't want to leave!

Spectacular! The view is even better in person. Cozy, super clean, and amazingly located in downtown Eastsound. Enjoyed watching the birds (including bald eagle) from the balcony. We will absolutely be staying here again.

We've stayed here several times because we love it. It is comfortable and clean, on the water, next door to a wonderful bookstore, across the street from the best coffee house and bakery in town, and only a block or so from several great restaurants. We'll be back soon.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Susan’s property. The location is fabulous and the views are stunning. I found the space provided just what I needed in a comfy cozy setting. The local Orcas coffee grounds provided an inspired way to start the day. The propane stove kept me warm inside while the rain pattered down outside. The check-in process was easy as was the offsite parking. I would recommend this space to anyone wanting to enjoy a stay in ‘downtown’ Eastsound.
