Bathroom is extra clean, and the water is nice and hot. The hosts are experienced and professional. I stayed here for a work training, so private sleeping quarters was all I needed.

This house is very cozy fridge and microwave in your room, water pressure is great, bed is super comfy and ima very private person the hosts stayed out of my way the entire week with no hiccups or questions would definitely recommend.

It's a great place to stay. It was right on our way from home and super close to the express way. Everything super clean and you have a lot of privacy. The bedroom has low ceiling so if you're over 5'11'' you're going to have to duck down. Otherwise, it's a great place to rest you're head.

Great place!

Scott and Jennifer are amazing hosts and in general amazing people! They allowed us to hold a small private wedding ceremony and dinner at their chalet. Their one room looks like a small chapel with vaulted ceilings with a wonder lake view. They were amazing to communicate with and always available with any questions. Upon arrival, they left a sign congratulating us on our wedding and left a bouquet of flowers. Everyone loved the chalet with the beautiful rooms, location, and views. My husband <3 and I look forward to renting from Scott and Jennifer again in the future to enjoy the chalet during the warmer months and to reminisce on an amazing wedding day for us. Thank you again Scott and Jennifer for everything!

Wonderful stay, went for a week and was working near by. They owners have a wonderful since of humor and a fun spirit about them. As for the home. The fireplace kept this Texan thawed out and nice and toasty. Where I enjoying my home cooked meals, and enjoying netflix on the couch.

This was our first time renting an Airbnb so we didn’t know what to expect. We were very impressed. The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there. A box of chocolates was waiting on the table when we arrived. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace watching movies. There was also board games, hot chocolate, and popcorn available. Definitely would love to go back when it’s warmer and enjoy the deck and lake.

If your looking for beautiful views, spacious living quarters and great host then this is the BNB for you. I will never stay anywhere else whenever I'm in Ohio or Michigan! Best Airbnb ever❤

I have stayed at a number of Airbnb, Standard B&Bs, as well as hotels, house rentals, condos, etc. all over the world. This Airbnb experience was definitely one of the great ones. Scott and Jennifer from the beginning were extremely attentive, had excellent response rates and answers for most of my questions before I had even asked. Very friendly, courteous and understanding to a traveler’s needs. Yet far from overbearing . The home was very tastefully decorated inside and out, with all the amenities one could ask for. Great welcoming touches such as fresh coffee set out along with popcorn and a few candies to munch on. A beautiful yard with plenty to do outside on the lake. In a very safe, comfortable neighborhood which always makes traveling easier. I can’t say enough good things about this home and the hosts. I look forward to my next stay, or stays with family and friends in the near future. Thanks again Scott and Jennifer!

Nice, clean, and simple space to meet up with friends from Michigan. Everything you could need was included- we really enjoyed using the grill and full kitchen. Joseph was a great communicator and we will surely be back.

Excellent location for someone who likes it simple and tidy. I really appreciate it when a host provides tools (vacuum/ broom) so that you can keep up. We stayed a week and it really felt like a home. Perfect backyard for a pet - secure and easy to access. TV was easy to figure out and bed was comfy. Joseph is a pro at this and the house reflects his attention to detail and his understanding of what makes a good AirBnb experience. Additionally - we had extenuating circumstance regarding our arrival and our host was communicative and accommodating. Couldn't ask for more!

Nice, clean space. I do agree with other reviews that the next door dogs when they bark are very loud and annoying but they didn’t bark a lot so it wasn’t a huge deal. Good price for the location and place. I would stay again.

Cute & quaint house! Great location not too far from the highway with lots of restaurants nearby. The host was great and quick to respond to questions and late check in was extremely helpful!

Simple and clean with everything you need

Everything was so nice. We felt very welcome loved the special treats. We stayed for a week and stayed in a couple nights Joseph had tons of things for us to enjoy doing. I especially liked the wii bowling.

I stayed here for a month while working at a nearby hospital. The house was perfect for my dog and I. She loved the yard! It was wonderful having all the kitchen amenities, as well as a washer and dryer. Wonderful accomodations, especially for the price. You truly can't beat the value of this place. Kroger is less than 10 minutes away and easily accessible from the interstate as your drive in or out of Point Place. The TV's in the house both have Rokus, which was very nice. Joseph answered any questions I had very quickly and was always willing to help out. The traffic into downtown was not bad at all either. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Traci & Mike are fantastic and the property is perfect. The views are amazing, the personal touches are nice and it is decorated well. I was extremely happy to settle in after a long drive. I went to Graces for breakfast and it was delicious. The only issue which is out of the hosts control, was a flag in the neighborhood, that some might consider offensive. Again, the location was beautiful, the place was fantastic and I would stay there again.

Ronnie was an excellent host and the space was very clean and stylish. He lets you use the entire home and has all sorts of vintage decorations. I would highly recommend to anyone and will be staying again in the future

The Paris Suite is a warm and inviting place to spend the night at. The bed is comfortable and has plenty of fluffy pillows, and there’s a range of items to allow for a quick and easy breakfast. It also has a nice little fridge to store your goodies, which I use frequently. I love staying in any of the available rooms at Ronnie’s, but the Zparis Suite is my favorite. Ronnie always makes me feel welcome and is always easy to reach if I have concerns! I frequently drive to Ohio, and Ronnie’s place is the perfect halfway point to rest and be ready for the next day of traveling! I love staying here.

Ronnie’s place is extremely comfortable and clean. This is my third time staying at his place and each time his amazing hospitality and attention to detail amazes me. For sure my “home away from home”

Very stylish and well designed place. Good number of rooms. Very neat (the owner abides by a number of extremely detailed rules, but those rules help give you a very clean place). Late check-in was my main priority while booking a place so this was perfect. He replied at 12 in the midnight.

I only stayed one night, but how often do you find an Airbnb with an ensuite bathroom and a walk out patio door to a porch? private entrance on the side of the house with very clear instructions, nicely secure. WOW. Just, WOW. Victoria’s place is stunning. It is also very safe and oh-so peaceful and quiet. I loved it. Need something? Vicky is right there for you. Want to cook something and need a blender? Well, Vicky has a blender you can use. She goes way beyond the call of duty to make sure you are comfortable and happy. I really liked that Vicky is so close (her house is on the next street behind this little lake house). She is 100% available for you, but she doesn’t invade your space at all. The couch is ridiculously comfortable – so comfortable, in fact, that I fell asleep on the couch and never actually slept in a bed. :D The kitchen is well stocked and thoughtful snacks are available for you. Oregon is close to the downtown Toledo area, and Vicky’s place is perfect if you’re visiting Toledo – it’s close to all the things to do, but it’s nicely removed from the city-space. There is nice shopping (away from crowded spaces where you’d otherwise have to fight for parking). Grocery stores? Yep. Walmart for that facewash you forgot? Yep. And, hey, if you want to go to a mall, there’s one not too far away. For me, I had everything that I needed. I promise: you relax when you arrive at Vicky’s – the space is just so welcoming and lovely, it’s wonderful. There’s magic there. 😊 I will be back!

This house was even more beautiful in person! I felt like I walked into a luxurious magazine. Everything was cozy, there were so many thoughtful touches (surprise snacks after a 5.5 hr drive- OMG Amazing!! We were so grateful!) Everything was beautifully decorated, charming and even better than expected!! I can’t say enough good things about Victoria & her magical home!

Everything that you might need is available in the room, and if it isn't, she would be more than happy to help you out. The bed and bedding were phenomenal. So was the bathroom and shower. I could tell that Delores cares about her guests. She helped me out with a variety of things, and she did not mind sharing her kitchen with me. I could not recommend this stay more highly!

Montego Bay House is always the best place to stay! Easy in and out check and check out. The host is always looking to improve your stay and make your stay the best possible. The host is always looking to improve or make things the best possible. If you’re a travel nurse or physician looking to stay near to a local hospital this is THE PLACE TO STAY! I have stayed here multiple times and have always been satisfied. The host is fantastic hands down! Be it St Vincent’s or UTMC. If this stay is for pleasure or business it is perfect! The host is quick to respond to any questions you may have. I have never had any issues anytime that I have stayed and enjoyed talking with Ronnie and many of the other guests.

This how is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are stunning and put together in such a way that shows how much effort and care Ronnie puts into his spaces. The decor in the home is amazing and well thought out. It was clean. His communications were fast and he was able to solve any question or issue that came up. The fellow guests were helpful. It was probably our best experience with Airbnb to-date. The only thing I have bad to say at all about the experience is the roads are very bumpy in areas of the neighborhood but he definitely let us know before arriving, which helped prevent any damage. Overall, it was an amazing experience and the value was the cherry on top. 10/10 would 100% stay again

Very clean & easily accessible! It was my first time using an Airbnb & I can say I was highly satisfied with this one! Great location with local places to eat & drink!

Thank you for a great stay! Easy check in. Great view. Stylish decor. Even though it is winter, we had no snow and mild temps for our stay, so able to step outside on the deck in the morning and enjoy the peaceful/quiet view. Beds, sheets good quality and very comfortable. Kitchen/bar area into living room provide for comfortable fellowship-breakfast. We were gone all day for conference, so didn’t have much time for hanging out, but would stay again another time. Thank you for hospitality. God bless!

Great space tucked away in Point Place! We were in town for Christmas and this was perfect for us to have some private space while visiting with family. We even had time to make a couple bonfires and watch beautiful sunsets over Lake Erie. Place was clean with plenty of cooking utensils and plates and cups. Comfy foam mattresses and overall wonderful space. Highly recommend!!

Traci & Mike, thank you for an amazing stay at your cute little lakeside oasis!!! This was the perfect location that had everything I needed for my extended stay! The sunrise views in the morning were incredible!! & I loved having bonfires alongside the lake! :) Thanks for all your hospitality!!!

This is a very inviting, calming, and clean place to stay. Everything we needed was supplied. Our hosts were very helpful and hospitable. We recommend this place, and we would like to return. Two thumbs up.

Clean space with a lot of room. Great view and access to water. Will stay again. They left a binder with menus and places to order from which made settling in a lot easier after a full day on the road.

Great place to stay if you are visiting the Toledo area. Quiet neighborhood and good accommodations. I felt at home there. Be mindful of the cat that lives on the property, its very friendly and likes to take naps in the driveway.

Wonderful cozy little studio close to the lake And the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Terrah’s place was great—highly recommended

Everything about the Perch was lovely. It was clean, fully stocked with necessities, and located in a very quiet neighborhood. You can tell how much thoughts Terrah and family has put into this studio apartment just by all the helpful little notes and cute decors! Traveling with two dogs isn’t easy but we had a blast! They absolutely loved running up and down the shoreline. Maumee State Park is just down the road, and the Oregon Inn restaurant on the block is great and affordable. We even found a drive-in movie theater 10 minutes away! 10/10 would recommend.

Really enjoyed the space and location. Quiet & secluded, love the walkable neighborhood & nature park spaces. A very nice & affordable restaurant just a 100 yards away. It was all I needed.

We enjoyed our stay in The Perch. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We are from West Texas and the weather was still a bit cool for me here in Oregon, so I didn't get out much while my husband was working in the area for two weeks. The Perch is nicely furnished with a full size stove and refrigerator which allowed me to keep things on hand to cook/bake and I enjoy crocheting, so my days inside were not boring. If we ever come back to the Oregon area we will surely try to stay with you again.

Terrah is BY FAR the best host that I have encountered throughout all my travels. From the start, they were very hospitable. When arriving to "the perch", they had notes and guided instructions for the internet, radio and door code. The perch has a full kitchen, bathroom, living room and washer/dryer. The perch was clean and ideal for any traveler. As the pictures show, it has a homey feel with a few plants and pictures on the wall. (My favorite was the world map of butterflies!!) The area is very safe, I even left my vehicle unlocked multiple times while staying there. The best restaurant in town in located down the street, walking distance. The community was welcoming and I made a few life long friends at the Oregon Inn. While staying there, I was training for a marathon and there is no better place to train than there. Maumee Bay State park is down the street about a mile and will continue for many different hiking trails, boardwalks and paved sidewalks. I ran many times alone at 4 am and never felt unsafe. They communicated immediately when I had questions about appliances or anything. There is an area for your own parking, recycling, and trash. Terrah offered to help with food delivery and even watch my dog, Bitsy, multiple times. The family gives you your personal space but was always available for questions or concerns. The two boys were often in the yard playing which was so nice to hear laughter and made me miss my nephew back home. The kids had manners and would play with my dog all the time. I could write all the FABULOUS things the family did for me, but I think my favorite was during Christmas time. I had to work in the area and I was away from my family. I was feeling homesick and to my surprise when I arrived home one day, they had a mini Christmas tree decorated and a brand new vacuum cleaner with bow for me. They really made the personal approach and was better than I could of ever anticipated for an airbnb. I am sad I had to move but I would highly recommended to everyone, this is by far the best thing Toledo has to offer.

Michelle is such an amazing hospital person. She always asked if I ever needed anything or wanted to join her on her adventures around toledo. Her cats were also very friendly and never said no to some attention!

Michelle's home is charming and comfortable. Michelle is a most gracious considerate conscientious hostess. This is a GREAT place to stay in Toledo. The location is lovely, convenient to Toledo Univ. Michelle's two cats were politely reserved and only one was slightly curious about my down jacket that had farm and barn (horse, dog, cat) smells on it. I really enjoyed my brief stay at Michelle's and will try to book again here on my next visit to Toledo. Highly recommend.

Staying at Michelle's was easy going and simple. Nice cozy room with plenty of storage. Cute and cozy common area as well. Felt very comfortable there. Easy street parking directly in front of house. Safe area. Two cats will not bother you and Jack (a beautiful girl) will gladly enjoy pets once she knows you).
