The house has been completely renovated and the work has been completed for about a month, it consists of an access floor where there is parking available for two cars and, crossed the entrance, the kitchen from which you can use the terrace through a window door; from the living area you can access through a marble and wrought iron staircase to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The subdivision of the interior spaces has been preserved as provided for in the typical Ligurian village model.

L'appartamento è sulla via principale del paese, è un monolocale con tutti i servizi necessari. Meglio arrivare in macchina perché non servita bene dagli autobus. Dal 2024 un terrazzino vista mare lo rende ancora più grazioso. The flat is on the main Street, small but with everythings. Better coming by car because there aren't so many buses. Since 2024 it's more confortable thanks his balcony sea view.
