Small seaside, independent room for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. beach on foot - superb sea view for this apartment.

it's a unique place... right on the water ... it's not paradise but it looks like it do you like the sea? The apartment has a great view ... do you like the beach? put on the swimsuit and you're there. The apartment 50M2 (1st floor) is designed for 2 people but can easily accommodate 4 guests. somewhat atypical with its glass on the bedroom and with its sea view while brushing your teeth. Recently renovated apartment, very clear, very clean.

Come and relax in peace in this elegant very bright apartment of 50m² refurbished with sea view. It is very well equipped for 4 people There is free parking at the foot of the residence as well as a launch hold. It is 50 meters from a small family beach, 1 km from Kaolins and Ploemeur Golf. Groix Island is just across the street. The center of Kerguelen is nearby. There are very nice walks to do around the residence without moderation.
