Master bath features a steam shower with rain head. 2nd bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. Hardwood floors throughout, washer, dryer, large dining table, outdoor shower, grill. Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available. Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

The home is 300 yards from the Elizabeth Carter Private Beach-6 badges included - small children do not need a badge. PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it. The Ark restaurant is a short walk from the house.
