35 m2 cottage with garden and stunning views of the southern slopes of Vercors. A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Domaine Thym et Romarin - Nature Lodge

The Domaine Thym et Romarin, a nature gîte open year-round, is a house attached to our living space but totally independent. It is located on an atypical estate of 5000 m², with furnished terraces. On sunny days, our free-access swimming pool with stunning views of the 3 Becs mountain, without any overlooking, in order to fully enjoy this authentic nature. In the off season, nature takes on beautiful colors, and in the evening a wood stove provides warmth and relaxation

In a natural environment conducive to rest and leisure, atypical gîte in a stone building in the heart of a hilltop village. Its cozy spaces, its vault equipped with a private relaxation area (sauna spa) will allow you to recharge your batteries for your vacation or a peaceful weekend. Aurel, a sunny village, is a friendly destination for lovers of nature, swimming, outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, canoeing, water hiking).

The accommodation features a private terrace and a large park shared with the property's residents. In the summer, you will enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and a garden lounge area. If you are coming as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide bicycles for guests.

Welcome to our 3-star gîte 'An Kay Ou', an unusual and cozy accommodation where you will feel right at home! At the gateway to the Diois and Vercors, you will find a peaceful and family-friendly environment and many activities within walking distance: swimming, walks, and hikes. You will be staying in a newly renovated 18th-century house in the heart of the village, with a small private terrace for your leisure time, facing the Drôme River and its hills.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Between Drôme and Vercors mountains, your refuge is located in the heart of nature, in the small town of Gigors-et-Lozeron. Come and enjoy a sublime setting with magnificent hikes from the accommodation, and the possibility depending on the season, if luck is with you, to hear or even observe the magnificent deer rut from the refuge! You can also explore the surroundings, up to Die and its Clairette, or the extraordinary synclinal perched in Saoû!

Completely renovated and equipped accommodation in an old house in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Benoit-en-Diois, classified as historic thanks to its 12th century church. Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).

An intimate terrace, a wood-fired Nordic bath, a king-sized bed and the calm of Nyons just a few minutes from the center. Hermès is designed for couples who want to get away without going far: arrive, slow down, enjoy the hot tub, dine out, and stay in their bubble. A 15-minute walk or 3-minute bike ride (bike included in the rental) from the center of Nyons, you can enjoy the calm while keeping restaurants and markets easily accessible.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

Hamlet house located in the beautiful Quint Valley, 15 minutes from Die. You will appreciate the calm, the swimming areas, the walks, the local producers... The house consists of a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and a reading-game area (with 1 bed for 2 people) overlooking a small terrace on the 1st level. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace that is highly appreciated in summer.
