On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

Warm and comfortable house, located altitude 500m, 150m from the owner's house, composed of, 1 room with a double bed, another with a double bed and 2 single beds, equipped kitchen with wood stove, living room with fireplace, and 1 bathroom. Many activities nearby: hiking, mountain biking, climbing, swimming in the river, Omblèze gorges, Gervanne, Drôme, Roanne...

Entre Drôme et montagnes du Vercors, votre refuge est installé en pleine nature, sur la petite commune de Gigors-et-Lozeron. Venez profiter d'un cadre sublime avec de magnifiques randonnées au départ du logement, et la possibilité selon la saison, si la chance est avec vous, d'entendre ou même observer le magnifique brame du cerf depuis le refuge ! Vous pourrez aussi partir à la découverte des environs, jusqu'à Die et sa clairette, ou encore l'extraordinaire synclinal perché de Saoû !

Bienvenue dans notre gîte 3 étoiles 'An Kay Ou', logement atypique et chaleureux, où vous vous sentirez comme à la maison! Aux portes du Diois et du Vercors, vous y trouverez un environnement paisible et familial et de nombreuses activités accessibles à pied: baignades, balades et randonnées. Vous serez logés dans une maison du XVIIIe fraichement rénovée, au cœur du village, avec une petite terrasse privative pour vos moments détente, face à la rivière Drôme et ses reliefs.

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Its cozy spaces, its vault equipped with a private relaxation area (sauna spa) will allow you to recharge your batteries for your vacation or a peaceful weekend. Aurel, a sunny village, is a friendly destination for lovers of nature, swimming, outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, canoeing, water hiking).

The accommodation features a private terrace and a large park shared with the property's residents. In the summer, you will enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and a garden lounge area. If you are coming as a family with your baby, we have all the necessary equipment (crib, bathtub, play mat, baby bouncer, etc.). The cottage is located a 10-minute walk from the center of Die and a 5-minute walk from the train station. We also provide bicycles for guests.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Charming cottage in the heart of the village

Completely renovated and equipped accommodation in an old house in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Benoit-en-Diois, classified as historic thanks to its 12th century church. Ideal site for walks, hikes, mountain biking, canoeing, swimming in summer, and in winter, possibility of skiing (alpine and cross-country and sledding) at the Col du Rousset ski resort. Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

The house is located in Pontaix, a small picturesque, peaceful village, crossed by the river and nestled in the heart of the mountains and the Clairette de Die vineyard. The river is a stone's throw away and you can enjoy beautiful walks from the house. The house is warm, pleasant, air-conditioned with a furnished terrace offering views of the river and mountains.
