My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

House with amazing view and patio-pool

The house is located 5 minutes from the center of Porto Heli with all amenities: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, supermarkets and the port. One of the best beaches in Ververonda is just a few minutes away, there you can find various water sports and a beach. A 10 minutes drive is the port of Costa, from where you can reach the famous and cosmopolitan island of Spetses. Also nearby are the beautiful villages of Kilada and Ermioni, from where you can get to the picturesque island of Hydra

Memorable stay in cosmopolitan Portoheli.

Apartment 51 sqm (bedroom and sofa bed), huge balcony , endless view to Port of Portoheli. In the center of entertainment ( restaurants, cafes , bars),close to market, taxi, supermarket, flying dolphins. The public parking is 50 meters away. From the apartment, there is the possibility of walking along the harbor, as well as a walk around the village, in the picturesque harbor of Baltiza. Great breakfast with sunrise, idyllic sunset.

Summer house on a wonderful place, right in front of the sea, only a few meters from a beautiful beach. With a magnificent sea view to Porto Heli, the island of Spetses and south Pelopennese.
