This newly built 2 level villa (2024) is self-contained, self-catering with direct access to the beach! It has 3 queen size bed bedrooms + 2 single beds. The master bedroom has its own entrance for additional privacy! We aim to complement the beautiful natural scenery with comfortable facilities that are in harmony with the environment and the peaceful location. The villa's architecture is based on the traditional style using colours that blend in beautifully with the surrounding environment!

The house is in a peaceful green area with a stunning view of the sea and the orange-tree-filled valley, 5 min walk from the beach with facilities for swimmers, 10 min walk from the village and the small ancient theater of Epidavros. 10 min drive from the most famous ancient theater in the world, the large theater of Epidavros, 30-60 min drive from the city of Nafplion, the archeological site of Mycenae, the Corinth Isthmus canal, Methana volcanic spa, the islands of Poros, Hydra and Spetses.

Feel like a god In the footsteps of a Muse... Named after Thalia, the Muse of Comedy and Poetry this villa reflects pure Greek evzoía, a life in full bloom. On top of a hill, Floating Heaven gazes over the endless blue of the Argosaronic Gulf—a breathtaking natural panorama. In this blue-on-blue oasis the infinity pool merges with sea and sky as you dive into the water, Hydra, Spetses, and Dokos feel close enough to touch.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.

Villa Artemis is located in Agios Emilianos, the most desirable and exclusive area of Porto Heli. It is a luxurious villa surrounded by a beautiful wooded and landscaped garden. The villa has a wonderful view of the sea opposite Spetses Island with a direct and private access to the beach.
