Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom apartment located on the south side close to the college and hospital (4 blocks away). It comes fully-furnished on the third floor with great balcony. Recently renovated with upgraded finishes and built for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi and Netflix are included. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. Our building is secured and we offered a gated parking lot for extra security. Short driving distance to all major amenities and shopping centres.
