Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Just relax and enjoy your time  – in the quietly located apartment. The apartment is in the charmingly located district of Pflummern. Surrounded by blooming apple meadows in the spring and great bus and Alpine views of the hills. The apartment is a good starting point for hiking trails such as the biodiversity trail. There is also plenty to discover by bike, the Danube cycle path is in the immediate vicinity. There are numerous nearby getaways. E-car charging option (Type 2 Wallbox)

Sie verbringen Ihren Aufenthalt in einer farbenfrohen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung, welche über einen privaten Eingang verfügt. Auf der 20 qm großen, überdachten Terrasse mit Lounge vor der Wohnung, können Sie den Blick in den Garten genießen, grillen, essen oder einfach ihre Seele baumeln lassen. Die ca. 54 qm große Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres 2-Familien-Hauses. Alle Fenster der Ferienwohnung sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Enjoy life in this quiet and centrally located cozy accommodation with charming garden, which we can use and enliven together, birdsong, the proximity to the lovely Danube, the historic old town with half-timbered houses, ice cream parlors, nice pubs to sit outside, an original cinema, and so on. I will be happy to provide information about numerous recreational opportunities and excursion destinations in the area. Brochures, regional guides and maps are available to borrow.

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Apartment on the first floor with separate entrance and private terrace. Our facility is decorated in modern and country house style. You have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed in the size 180/200. In addition, in the area of the living room, there is a pull-out couch with the dimensions 140/200. All our beds are equipped with toppers. Towels on site.

Small house, rich breakfast, organic, homemade

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

Modern cozy and lovingly furnished basement apartment in Warthausen with private terrace in a great location. A newly furnished 1-room apartment, 50 m² with kitchenette, dining area, living area with sofa bed, double bed and workstation; hallway with wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. We have newly furnished the terrace overlooking the countryside with a nice seating area and a great beach chair. We're sure you'll feel at home here.

Just relax on the terrace or explore the region - everything is possible to enjoy an all-around perfect vacation. ! Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us.
