This is a cozy little studio cottage located at the back of my property where you have complete privacy with a private entrance and a self check in. Inside the room is a king bed and a small bathroom. There is a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and a Keurig machine and light snacks and water. There is not a full kitchen. My place is a 15 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes away to the closest shopping center/movie theater. There are many walking trails and a 15 minute walk to the shopping center.
