La maison est un vieux corps de ferme typique du Trièves, tout juste rénové, avec 3 grandes chambres donc une avec douche privative , le linge de lits et de toilette sont fournis, cuisine tout équipée , 1 salle de bain, 2 toilettes, 1 séjour avec poêle à bois, tv et internet.Parking privé. Grand terrain attenant avec un joli four à pain (non utilisable) . A 2km du centre de mens. Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme.
