Cob Cottage
Channel the pursuit of pause in this one-of-a-kind earth house. The cozy retreat was hand-sculpted using local and sustainable natural materials, and features a central living space with cantilevered slab stairs leading to the loft bedroom. Guests have access to the entire cottage and surrounding property. We live in the neighbouring house, and are happy to give advice or answer questions to help you make the most of your stay. The neighborhood is quite rural and mostly agricultural with several farms and a small private vineyard. The home is a 10 minute walk from the beach and a 20 minute walk from a family grocery and deli specializing in local organic produce. Mayne Island has a small community bus. Times and routes are limited, particularly in the winter. It will stop at the driveway. We also have an official hitch hiking system with signed Car Stops where you can wait for a ride. Usually you don't have to wait long. We are happy to offer pickup and drop off at the ferry dock as a courtesy to encourage car-free travellers, on days when the community bus is not running. Please let us know ahead of time that you'll be coming without your own transportation, and we will make sure that either we or the community bus (which will drop you off at our driveway) are there to meet you when your ferry arrives. The BC Ferries terminals near Victoria and Vancouver are easily reachable via public transit from their respective airports and downtowns.

Sunset Suite is located in the heart of Channel Ridge and all that it has to offer. Situated at the top of the ridge with ocean views looking down The Sampson Narrows this suite is walking distances to the vast trail network knows as "Channel Ridge Trails". Located 8 minutes from Ganges village and a short drive to many of the islands best beaches. Contemporary design, bright and airy, this suite is self contained with all you will need, suite has it's own entrance and private outdoor area.

Adults only, comfy spacious cottage on a private setting! Close driving distance to parks, hiking, art and culture, great views, restaurants & the beaches. A light breakfast of organic granola and fruit in the fridge is offered, as well as teas, coffees, etc. The seaside farm is down the driveway where horses, sheep, chickens, cats, and a dog live. Feel free to wander. Come have a taste of West Ganges with amazing sunsets, Mt. Erskine hiking, Earth Candy market and Wild Cider, all nearby.

The Sea House
Our place is close to public transport, parks, the beach, great restaurant, grocery store, other shops and coffee shop.. You’ll love our place because of the great SSI neighbourhood, the comfy bed, the cosiness, proximity to the ocean, lovely gardens and flowers, friendly hosts and a nice continental breakie and snacks. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and furry friends (pets). We have a friendly dog and cat on the property.

Welcome to our Seaview Retreat. A cosy, private and beautiful guesthouse B&B, ideal for writers, birdwatchers, booklovers, artists, dreamers and hikers, looking for a peaceful environment.
