The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Private room, private bathroom, private entrance. Single occupancy. No kitchen access. Large room with vaulted ceilings at the back of my Victorian home, newly renovated with Mexican traditional tile and maximal natural light. If you want a quiet retreat setting on a longer journey, or are simply passing through for work and need easy access to the throughways in all directions, this is a perfect Marin rest stop. Private getaway atop King Mt. A newly renovated 1920's lodge adjacent to open space and hiking trails yet close to Hwy 101, just 15 mins. to Golden Gate Bridge and 45 mins. to wine country. Quaint Larkspur has fabulous restaurants, boutique shops and a classic movie theater. With its own private and enclosed garden space. This clean and modern airbnb is super comfortable. There are shared access to washing facilities. This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.
