Built using reclaimed and green materials to be a garden oasis, both buildings are bright and sunny. **Please note that the bathroom is located in the Studio and the Annex bedroom is a separate building 20' away (see photos). It is located two blocks from the Deer Park trailheads and within easy walking/biking distance to town & shops. There's plenty of storage and closet space for longer-term stays!

The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Located in an ideal location in Mill Valley providing guests “the best of both worlds” including, easy pedestrian access to downtown Mill Valley and immediate access to a gorgeous natural environment filled with redwood groves, creeks, waterfalls, and hiking trails. 20-25 min drive from the Golden Gate Bridge adjacent neighborhoods including the Marina, Pacific Heights, NOPA, and Richmond District. The home is also ideally situated to enjoy Mt. Tam State Park, Muir Woods, and Stinson Beach.
