The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Our lovely studio is a short drive (or walk) to downtown San Rafael, about 20 minutes from San Francisco, and about 30-40 minutes from Napa and Sonoma. We're located on a hill in a safe and quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and walking trails nearby. Please note: The road to our house is narrow and winding, but it's only 1/3 of a mile from Lincoln Avenue, one of the main streets running through San Rafael. There is plenty of street parking (no restrictions) in front of the house.

With its own private and enclosed garden space. This clean and modern airbnb is super comfortable. There are shared access to washing facilities. This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.
