  • Staying at Stephanie’s house was a pleasure. This a a very nice and safe neighborhood. It was easy to find, inviting and comfortable. Our hosts were understanding of our late arrival and made us feel very welcome. If you are looking for a nice, peaceful respite, this is the place to stay!

  • Very beautiful place to stay! Amazing amenities! Very nice neighborhood!

  • A cozy private space that feels like a home. It had everything I needed for my business trip stay, internet, easy to find electric outlets, great LTE signal for my work modem, etc. Also, the communication between us when needed was quick, accurate, and very friendly. I would stay here again! :)

  • Casa Roswell was the perfect place for my birthday getaway! Check-in and out was a breeze and Stephanie was very polite! We enjoyed having coffee available, as well as other drinks and snacks. The living room was very cozy and comfortable to hang out in while in between outings. The pillows in the bedroom were the BEST! Stephanie really makes the little space feel bigger than it is and so inviting. We will definitely book here again next time we are in the area!

    Krystle2020-02-18T00:00:00Z
  • I was very pleasantly surprised. The pics on the listing don't do the place justice. It is much cuter and well appointed in person. Quiet and just enough space. Do note for guests with mobility issues that there are multiple levels including the bathroom space. Stephanie has thoughtfully put motion lights where the levels change.

  • Stephanie made my stay at Casa Rowell a perfectly enjoyable experience! She accommodated a last minute request by me on the eve of Thanksgiving due to a snowstorm that hit the area. She graciously accepted my request and had the place ready in just a few minutes. The next morning before I even awoke, the walkway and driveway were shoveled to clear the snow from my path. This was definitely going way above and beyond! This Airbnb is a perfect place for one or two travelers. The host has made excellent use of the space and you truly feel like you have the entire space to yourself despite the fact that it's attached to the main house. The Airbnb suite has its own private entrance and includes a kitchenette, sitting area, bathroom with a shower, and bedroom with a TV. There is a spot reserved in the driveway just a few steps along a lighted walkway from your private entrance. The location is excellent! It is in a very nice, safe neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. It is near State Highway 550 and just a couple of miles from the Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel and Gold Club. There are lots of other indoor and outdoor activities within easy driving distance. The value of this Airbnb is unbeatable. I highly recommend Casa Rowell to anyone traveling to or through this area!

  • We had a delightful stay at Stephanie’s place which consists of a sitting area with a dining room table, a kitchen area with dishes, utensils, microwave, toaster oven, and a bedroom with a comfortable bed with soft sheets, and a bathroom with fluffy towels. Stephanie thoughtfully provided snacks and coffee. All of the areas were tastefully and interestingly decorated. Stephanie was immediately responsive to our communications. We look forward to staying with there again. It is a cozy place for a get-away.

    Karen2019-11-20T00:00:00Z
  • Stephanie's place is very cozy. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. There are a few steps from bedroom and bathroom. Place was very clean and included some coffee/tea for the Keurig. The kitchen is not a full kitchen but had a small fridge stocked with bottled water, a toaster oven and microwave. All we needed since we ate out most of our meals. Very convenient location. Enjoyed our stay and would consider it next time we visit my brother.

The bathroom was large and water pressure awesome. 3. They provide either hot tea or hot coffee to guests. 4. We were able to store our bikes in their garage with no issues. Highly recommended. They were so nice and helpful but also let us do our own thing!

  • My first concern was finding a place for my two Scottie dogs. Debra and Nick love dogs and have a great fenced yard they could run around in. The room and bathroom were very clean. Another big concern was safe parking for my Tundra and 4x6 trailer. The street they live on is very safe and I often walked the dogs after dark. I had a lot of items that were not secured in baskets on the side of my trailer and nothing was taken. Easy to drive to Albuquerque and Rio Rancho also made 2 trips to Santa Fe. Fabulous location. Debra gave the dogs lots of treats and I got to meet her wonderful Grandfather a fellow ceramic artist. Nick fixed a loose wire on my trailer hook up and gave me advice on how to not let it happen again. (Wrap around twice and tuck the end in.) Oh the shower head is great as well as the hot water. The room is small the bathroom is not. I will stay here in the future!

    Elizabeth2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Beyond exceeded my expectations! Debra’s place is immaculate and cozy. It is located in a completely private space of the house with separate entrance through the backyard using a lock keypad. There is even a jacuzzi in the backyard. She provided snacks, coffee, ice, water, and single use toiletries. I slept so well on the memory foam bed! Amazing value for the price.

    Anna2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • They were wonderful. It was like being at you favorite sisters for a visit. A we got to meet grandpa as a bonus. Everyone should be so lucky.

This community is nestled on the mesas at the base of the Sandia Mountains. We are close to walking/biking trails (out our front door) and nature is all around us. You may see rabbits, bobcats and lots of birds on any given day.
  • Beautiful views from Roxsan and Paul’s home. And R + P were ultra warm and welcoming when I arrived. The granola bars were perfect for the drive to Santa Fe where I spent most of my time. They gave me great recommendations and had a number of books about New Mexico that I perused. Stayed there for a weekend and drove to Sante Fe both days — if you don’t mind driving 45 min to get to Sante Fe, it’s a perfect place to stay. Will be back again!

    Alexx2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • This is THE place to stay if you are visiting New Mexico. My partner and I were simply not ready for how brilliant our stay would be! We woke up everyday to the sunrise coming over the mountains (in view from the bed) and were surprised with how perfectly located their home was in relation to the many things we wanted to see in New Mexico. There were many fliers and local trail books at the ready, along with coffee, power bars, kitchen and laundry use, and a beautiful home and views to match! Roxsan and Paul were willing to spend time talking to us about their favorite trails and spots to eat and hang out at, and about what drew them to New Mexico (we are thinking about moving here as well, so this was extremely helpful). They have the two cutest dogs as well who are extremely well behaved and quiet. Overall, this was an incredible place to stay and we would highly recommend this home to anyone!

    Brenda2019-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • Roxsan and Paul have the best balance between welcoming you and respecting your privacy and make perfect hosts! Their home is beautiful, clean and has gorgeous to die for views all around the house! It is so easy to be there. I highly recommend their place. I would go back in a heartbeat. Roxsan even went out of her way to connect me with a friend who lives in an area I’m looking at relocating to. Their recommendations for restaurants were spot on. Delightful couple!

    Beth2019-12-16T00:00:00Z
  • Two most amazing people you ever have the pleasure to be with. Great view of the mountains, wonderfully warm inviting home. The price is so worth it. Our summation: the very best Airbnb we have experienced this far. We will be back.

Charming, spacious casita in the shady, quiet pinyon-juniper woodland at the north end of the Sandia Mountains. It's an easy walk/bike ride to Nat'l Forest trails. Well-equipped kitchen, ample parking, private entrance & shady covered patio, wood stove, big windows & mountain view. Easy drives to Santa Fe (35 min) & Albuquerque (20 min). Pets welcome (max. 2) at $20/night (paid before check-in). Bring your pet bedding. NO SMOKING! Prices $39-$109. Texting or knocking are best ways to reach us.
The casita is built partially into a hill, which makes it extra quiet and helps to keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. There are lots of trees and birds all around, which frame the views of the Sandia Mountains. There is a queen bed that sleeps two and a futon that sleeps one adult or two small children -- both in the bedroom and cannot be moved. We also have a fold-down twin bed in the living room/kitchen. We have bedding for all of these arrangements.
Our home is on a Forest Service road (bumpy, but easily driveable) that ends at Tunnel Springs, where hikers from all over start their treks into the designated wilderness areas of the Sandia Mountains. You can start your hike right from the casita's front door. And although it seems remote, we are just short drives away from Albuquerque and Santa Fe. There are also ample services of all kinds in Bernalillo, just 5 miles away.
  • Great location with grand views and nearby trails. On the north side of Albuquerque; only 45 minutes from Santa Fe. Clean and well-appointed. Be prepared for a stairway to carry your bags up and down.

  • Expect a gracious host with a quiet, spacious and scenic property. There are hiking and biking trails all around. There is a state forest access point at the end of the road. The views are amazing and we'd love to visit again. Thank you Larry & Leslie

    Mark2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • This little house is in a great spot and it is so fun to stay somewhere with authentic regional character. I love how the house is dug partially into the hill and the wall extends to form a sheltered little porch. I also enjoyed walking up the hill in the morning and sitting on the bench with a view of the mountains. Larry was also very welcoming and fun to chat with. I even learned some interesting local geology from him. Overall it was a wonderful quiet spot and it worked very well for our family of four plus dog.

    Slava2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you so very much for the time you allowed us to spend at your amazing casita!! I was going to ask you if we could move in but we didn't see you before we left.. lol..

Home is decorated with Southwestern art, Native American art, as well as authentic relics of the Old West. Enjoy beautiful vistas both from within and outdoors (see photos that have not been manipulated, these are typical skies, not the exception but the general rule out here) . Watch beautiful clouds dance across turquoise and crimson skies with beautiful sunsets. Sunshine is the rule, not the exception. Experience the natural beauty that surrounds in an Old Western atmosphere. Garunteeded to be a memorable experience of the Southwest and New Mexico. While off in the country, the home is located off excellent major paved roads and is paved all the way until the driveway, which is pea gravel. No all-terrain vehicle necessary to access the home. I -25 is very close distance wise.
Spacious neighborhood all properties on acreage and well separated by trees and arroyos (small canyons). Nestled in a small valley below the old town of Placitas on part of the San José de Las Huertas Land Grant (land Granted by the King of Spain in 1765) http://sadlhlg.org/history-of-sadlh.html . Not unusual to see and hear coyotes sing in the valley, see bobcats and wild horses (www.placitaswildhorses.org/AboutUs.asp).

We are situated in a safe and peaceful neighborhood on the northwest side of Albuquerque. We are ten minutes from Paseo Del Norte with access to the I25/I40 and historic downtown. We have beautiful views of the Sandia Mountains to the east. and the Petroglyphs to the west. The neighborhood is very convenient, with shops and restaurants close by, as well as hairdressers and nail salons, supermarkets and gas stations.
My home is single storey, modern, clean, warm and well maintained. The bedroom is very comfortable, with a spacious closet and dresser. There is a fully stocked private bath. There is parking on the drive and you will have your own entry code to the house.
I live in a residential area, but there are some nice walking trails nearby and if you are into shopping, there's plenty of those! . We are not too far from the Tram that takes you up to the mountains, with its beautiful views across the whole city. I have brochures of various local attractions you can browse.
  • A pet friendly place with the sweetest hosting dog. The most comfortable bed , towels and delicious tea in the morning. Arrived after many hours of travel from abroad and was warmly welcomed home in the states. Would highly recommend this stay due to the lovely host. I would stay again when this area.

Our price is way below the true BnB's in the area and is very conveniently located in the Village of Corrales walking distance to shops and restaurants. • A beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Enjoyed very much!

    Qiquan2019-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • Nice, inviting space with easy access to what Corrales had to offer.

    Erin2019-06-24T00:00:00Z
  • This place has set the bar for what I expect out of a booking. Lovely decor, safe. There are multiple places to sit and relax or work on my studies. Every amenity I could possibly ask for and I love that my dogs are welcome. Quiet, beautiful walks by the canals and you can see the stars at night---away from hustle and bustle, but near everything. Thackery and Yelena have lovely taste and have given the ultimate considerations as to what a guest would need and like. Mike lives on the property and is so considerate, helpful, and does a wonderful job of maintaining the casita. What a find!

    Norma2019-06-16T00:00:00Z
  • This place was worked perfectly for me while I looked for housing in the area after moving to ABQ for a new job!! It was a great value and Thackery and Mike were very helpful. The kitchen was wonderful and so was the patio!

    Jennifer2019-04-06T00:00:00Z
  • This is a wonderfully peaceful place to stay. Centrally located in Corrales. I stayed in the East room, and the bed is very comfortable. There is a lovely private patio that would be perfect in the spring/summertime. (I was there in February.) There's a small fridge in the room. The house is large and has great amenities. It is an easy, easy accommodation. The perfect get away.

    Kathy2019-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • A wonderful place to stay. Quiet, walking trails close by, and neat places to go as you use this place as a base.

    Jeff2019-01-07T00:00:00Z
  • Such a lovely find! Quiet, clean, with everything you need! A great place to unwind, walk along the canals, walk to wonderful restaurants and shopping in the heart of Corrales. I love that my two dogs are welcomed and they love the enclosed courtyard and the walks along the canals! Very thoughtfully decorated and all the right little touches that make this such a wonderful place to stay! The price is unbelievable and makes it an even better find! Near enough to ABQ as well as Santa Fe to do touristy things in both places, too. Can't wait to return!

    Norma2018-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • The space is beautiful, inside and out. The location is perfect -- with easy access to the city, museums, and Balloon Fiesta; great restaurants and a fabulous library within walking distance; and miles of safe trails for running, walking, biking, and horseback riding. And the people -- owners Yelena and Thackery and caretaker Mike -- were lovely. We hope to return soon.

  • This AirBNB made my trip so much better! The bed is comfortable & the home remarkably clean. There are quaint touches that make you feel right at home, from the art to the ease of conversation. These hosts are friendly & have a plethora of knowledge about the area. They also are respectful of personal space, if you so desire. It was wonderful to arrive after a long road trip & have a hot shower with provided towels & toiletries. I was offered coffee, tea, and/ or reverse osmosis water. It was such a delightful experience, truly.

We were traveling through on a motorcycle and hit some bad storms. Steve communicated wicked fast, greeted us warmly, AND offered us to park the motorcycle in the garage. Outstanding experience!!!!!!! Thank you!

The kitchen is full stocked with all the items you need to cook with, and endless trails, restaurants, etc. are within a short drive. This is one of my favorite Airbnbs, and I wish I could've extended my stay!! I reallllly hope to be back :) Book your stay!! Thanks again Hollie and Pat!!

    Antonio2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • This large one-room casita , separated from the host's home, is a delight and an absolute bargain at the price. Situated amid pinion and juniper and overlooking an arroyo, it's a warm, cozy, private, and well-insulated adobe building with ample space inside for lounging, dining, cooking, and storage. It features lots of windows and a comfy couch, TV, and rocking chair; a dining table; full kitchen, and full bath. Other amenities include Lots of board games and books, travel brochures, TV, closet space and shelving, fluffy white towels, good lighting for reading, and a super comfortable bed. The flagstone patio is covered by a charming ramada and has a private fenced-in yard for your pets, a big plus for us and our one rather dog-unfriendly pet. We have two large dogs and there was plenty of room for their two dog beds without tripping over them. I'd forgotten creamer and sugar for my coffee, but it was already there--much appreciated. Hollie helped us find places to walk our dogs and was super quick to respond to our texts.

    Monica2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to base our visit from. Hollie had everything ready and waiting for us. Really enjoyed our stay.

    Chuck2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • It was a cozy, comforting space. The bed was excellent. My back felt better than it has in years. While it was secluded enough to be peaceful it was close enough to everything so that it wasn’t inconvenient to get what I needed. The host was kind and helpful, and it was an altogether wonderful stay.

    Mary2020-01-31T00:00:00Z
  • Hollies space was phenomenal. There were so many cute and well thought out details in this space. The view was incredible and Hollie was such a kind host. If you get the chance to stay here take it.

  • This location is so charming, spacious, and convenient to both Albuquerque and Santa Fe. I would definitely recommend the place to others and stay here again if I were in the area.

    Joelle2019-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • So peaceful and QUIET!! The room was so spacious which was perfect for spreading out and making yourself at home. I came in on Christmas evening and had not thought about restaurants being closed. Pat offered a meal of pozole and tamale, which hit the spot for my first night in the SW!! Pat also made sure I had all the starter items for the pot belly stove which heated the whole room to a perfect toastiness! My husband arrived the next day and he loved the place as much as me. It’s got everything you need! Just pack your bag(s) and come and stay for awhile!

    Trisha2019-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • We were very happy and comfortable in the casita. The place was private, cozy, warm, comfortable, and was stocked with the essentials for cooking meals. The casita was exactly what the ad said it would be. The place has a wood burning stove and the host kindly provided wood. All in all we’d be very happy to stay again!

Our casita is a small, relaxing haven minutes from everything Albuquerque has to offer. We’re walking distance to food, shopping, and the Park-n-Ride for State Fair and Balloon Fiesta! Its private, and has almost everything a traveler might need while still being minimalist and uncluttered. Its bright and clean, ready to make your stay unforgettable.
The casita is a stand alone building behind the main house of the property. While we share wifi, everything else is private for guests- it even has its own full size water heater! It includes one small bedroom, with a queen size bed and a closet (but not a lot of space otherwise). What the bedroom lacks in size is made up for in the larger living area, which has a futon for extra guests. The full bathroom comes equipped with everything you may need. The kitchen and dining room are ready for you to use, with everything you need to cook, reheat, or relax with. The table offers a nice quiet place to work when need be. Outside, there is a private gated drive way for guests to use: its a manual gate, so guests will have to open and close it themselves each time they come and go, but the added safety is there for any guests who wants it! There is also ample free street parking just outside the gate. There is a shared patio and lawn area, which we encourage guests to enjoy with us at any time!
Our casita is centrally located to everything in Albuquerque. Its walking distance to Uptown, Coronado Mall, Winrock Center, and everything they have to offer. Less than 5 minutes to the interstate, and from there its less than half an hour to all the major attractions! We’re off the beaten path a little, on a street that allows no-through access. Our street is quiet and friendly. The next door neighbor does have dogs that can get a little loud at times- but they go inside at night, so they shouldn’t interrupt any sleep patterns.
  • This place has the perfect private, close to businesses but quiet, parking convenience and plenty of room amenities. I will certainly keep this place in mind when traveling through Albuquerque again.

  • My family needed a comfortable place to rest for our road trip stop. This place provided everything we needed in the room, while being located conveniently near the highway and shops (within a very short driving distance). The room is very clean and comfortable. I would stay again and recommend booking.

  • Perfection! Kylie's place had everything I needed to feel like at home. They provided complimentary coffee, granola, yogurt, milk, water, and sparkling water which are all the things I love. The Roku TV was so convenient with a guest Netflix account. The AC/Heater was functional and was very convenient at night to even out the temperature. The bathroom and shower was an out-of-this world experience. Next time I'm in ABQ, definitely booking a longer stay! Also, very close by to museums, old town plaza, Wholefoods, and downtown. Thank you for being amazing hosts!! ❤🙌

  • This place was a great room. Nice heated toilet seat. Great job.

    Russell2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • This was a truly amazing AirBnB find. The amenities were all very nice, the shower was cool, the styling and vibe of the room was cool. It was easy to find and a good price for what you get. The bed has a stiff memory foam topper. This was not a problem for me, but is something worth knowing before you book.

Snacks, such as a variety of chips, oatmeal, and popcorn were provided. Also, there was a good selection of coffee, cappuccino, and both herbal and caffeinated tea, as well as, both flavored and regular creamer . The location made it easy and quick to get to Albuquerque. There is a grocery and convenience store about 5 min from property. I would definitely recommend Santiago's place to anyone traveling in the area.

  • If I could give Beth’s place a 10 Star rating I would! Everything is above and Beyond from the spaciousness of the Casita (sparkling clean too!), the gorgeous accents & art (Beth’s work is Stunning), the comfy bed, the extremely well appointed kitchen, the location (serene is the operative word) which is super close to the Village Center yet far enough away to experience utter peace & quiet To Beth’s caring Spirit - she goes out of her way to provide The BEST Airbnb experience that her guests will ever have! So, in a nutshell, her Casita is a MUST Stay!

    Kitty2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Elizabeth was the most thoughtful, professional, wonderful host. She was so responsive and took all our requests to heart. The place was very cozy and super clean. She has decorated it beautifully and you can tell it is a well maintained place that is well cared for. I highly recommend her casita. We hope to be back again soon.

    Tomy2020-02-26T00:00:00Z
  • The Casita is much more than I expected. The pictures just start to show its beauty. It is very comfortable. Between Alexa turning on and off lights at your whim to the heated floors in the office and bath room, I was spoiled and truly enjoyed the experience. I also loved watching the rabbits, chipmunks, quail and other small birds out of office sliding doors. The bed was very comfortable. The living room with the pellet stove was very warm and comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful with its hand painted tiles. When you travel, you seem to arrive hungry or wishing for a snack, Beth has a wonderful selection of snacks waiting for you when you arrive. You didn't have time to make a grocery run, she has cereal and a small container of milk waiting for you for breakfast. The coffee selections are overwhelming, and if you want to bring unground beans, there is a grinder waiting for you. You could make a turkey dinner in the oven of the gas stove. I just can't say enough positive things about my experience. And i knew, after meeting Beth, that if i needed anything, she would take care of it. I have booked it for my wife when she visits her friends in a month or so, that is how much I enjoyed my visit.

    William2020-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • You may want to take a vacation to Corrales JUST so you can stay in this casita! I found it for a business trip, and my husband accompanied me. We never knew we were in for a vacation. Beth goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable...even fed us home-made cookies and laid out books that she thought we might like to read after talking with us about our interests! She communicated with us regularly, even checking to see if we needed anything at the store. The casita is located in a historic part of the area, but yet very close to a Sprouts store and other shopping areas. Don't overload on your groceries...Beth provides plenty of goodies there, such as cereal, snacks, condiments, hot cocoa, teas, and a great coffee selection! Beautiful place - we sat out side and watched quail and rabbits, and listened to the amazing wildlife along the river, which is not far away. There were some horses (which we love) in the distance and made us feel like we were back on our ranch. VERY comfortable and spacious bed - we slept better than we do at home. Beautifully designed casita - very warm with a great stove that gave the place a romantic touch during the chilly wintery days. There's office space, a very roomy bathroom, laundry..what more? Beth...you're the BEST!

    Diana2020-01-29T00:00:00Z
  • We spent 7 days at Elizabeth's AirBnB and it soon felt like home. She really made us feel welcome. "This is better than a 5-star hotel!". It is a cute casita with all the amenities. The pellet heater kept the place warm and cozy. Heated bathroom floors, washer/dryer..everything one needs.

    Stephen2019-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • If Airbnb offered a ten star rating I would give Beth, our hostess, eleven stars! Her and her husband’s Casita in beautiful Corrales, is an absolutely perfect place to stay. It is within 5-7 minutes of shopping and restaurants in Corrales and about 10 minutes to a large mall. The Casita is well appointed with a king bed and luxurious linens. Everything you need in the kitchen, everything you need in the bathroom, which is very large, plenty of room for all your toiletries. We were there at Christmas time, and they had the outside of their home decorated as well as the Casita with beautiful lights and luminaries. The pictures posted on Airbnb give you a very good idea of the Casita, but wait til you get there! It looks brand new and like you’re the first guests to ever stay there! Thank you Beth, you are the best! Jim & Fran Hendrix Frisco, TX

  • The perfect spot for anyone coming through Albuquerque. Zackerys place is super cool, very cozy, and insanely well located. The outdoor area was a phenomenal, even in the pouring rain. I walked to all kinds of cool local spots, this place has tons of character and beats the heck out of staying in some lifeless hotel. Would definitely recommend and I’ll definitely stay here again!

    Nick2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Zackery's place was the perfect base from which to explore ABQ. It's located close to a bunch of good food, the ABQ BioPark, and historic downtown. It's also close to the freeway, so you can easily explore other parts of the city and the surrounding area. The place itself is super cool. Clean and well decorated with art from local artists. The bed is incredibly comfy as well. I slept great while I was there. Zack and I didn't cross paths during my stay, but he was exceptionally prompt in answering all my questions and provided some awesome recommendations on where to eat. Thanks, Zack! You rock! I'd definitely stay here again in the future.

    Hunter2020-02-13T00:00:00Z
  • This place was so much fun to stay at! It was comfortable and interesting no matter where in the space you were. Walls are filled with art and fun wood pieces all throughout. The outdoor space was the cherry on top for us because we like to hang outside. The host always answered questions super fast, this is a great space and would recommend it for anyone who’s looking for a little fun during their stay.

  • Thank you so much for letting my friend, pup and I stay at your wonderful, fun and artsy place. I loved the look so much! Only thing that was confusing was the shower but other than that the stay was perfect!! Thank you! If I ever am back in the area and need a place to stay I would definitely book the air bnb again!

    Jenna2020-01-30T00:00:00Z

It's a half hour drive from the Albuquerque airport or downtown Albuquerque and a one hour drive to Santa Fe.
  • Mike's property is in a great location, no noise, easy access to everything. The bedroom is very nice sized with comfortable bed and chairs. Wifi worked great and the TV has access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. Nice touch with the Starbucks instant coffee!

  • Mike’s space was better than expected. The suite is very quiet and very private; These are two very important things to me! Our car was also safe and secure in the designated parking spot. We arrived a little after 4:00 p.m. and checked-in... we ran some errands and we came back to see Mike outside. He was very nice and we were happy to meet our host. The home is in Corrales and it classic New Mexican adobe style. We loved it. The room was super comfortable and the bed was wonderful. The mattress is made of memory foam and we slept great. The room also offers filtered water, a fridge, coffee maker and utensils. He thought of everything! There are double sinks in the bathroom and there is plenty of space. The tv also has roku built in and we enjoyed the options of Amazon prime. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Mike.

  • Joseph's place, in lovely Corrales, is comfortable, clean, and very private (there's an en suite bathroom). And it's a great value! Because Joseph and I had very different schedules, we didn't get to interact in person very much--but his communication via email was as friendly and informative as anyone could ask for. Thanks, Joseph!

Great location on NM State Hwy N 14 (aka The Turquoise Trail) just N of Frost Rd. Abt 30 mins to Abq and 50 mins to Santa Fe. Apt is a single unit that shares the property with a ceramics studio, a hair & nail salon and a yoga & massage studio. Several restaurants & bars in the Sandia Park, Cedar Crest and Tijeras area, as well as an excellent grocery store. Apt has a full kitchen with dishes, cooking tools, etc. Towels & bedding provided. TV, wifi, parking. Rural setting, quiet at night.
Apartment shares the property with an old stone schoolhouse built in 1919, restored in 2008 and currently being used as a yoga and massage studio. There is also a hair and nail salon on the property. Both businesses are owned and run by local residents and are often quite busy during the day and early evening. Guests can schedule an appointment for hair, nails or a massage directly with owners. Most yoga sessions are open to the public.
An old neighborhood once known as San Antonito but now commonly referred to as Sandia Park. There are still many remnants of previous times. The Old San Antonito Schoolhouse, located right on the property, is a prime example, but there is also the San Antonito church and cemetery right across N 14, as well as many historic stone and adobe structures in the area.
  • Our friends loved this space

  • Great place, great host!

    Erika2020-02-04T00:00:00Z
  • Sharon's place was quaint and cozy and had everything we needed. Had a nice yard for the dog. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Albert2019-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • What a fabulous place! Convenient location, charming and extra touches throughout!

    Amber2019-11-16T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed for over a week and the apartment is very comfortable, private and peaceful considering it is next door to some businesses. It is in a beautiful area, and there’s a grocery store and gas nearby. Sharon is a responsive and nice host and I’m looking forward to staying again!

    Erika2019-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful place and a wonderful place to stay would suggest this stay for anyone.

    Jimmy2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • Very comfortable space. My wife & I didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Full kitchen and Triangle Grocery is just 3 miles down the road. 30 minutes from pretty much any place in Albuquerque, yet the drive doesn't "feel" like 30 minutes to get there. If/when we return to ABQ, this is the only place we'll stay. Thanks, Sharon.

    Brian2019-10-12T00:00:00Z
  • We would like to highly recommend this place, especially if you need a quiet/secure place for equipment while working in Albuquerque. Only a 30 min. drive into town, no traffic. So if coming from Los Angeles, this is a dream. Feel the stress release while driving up the mountain, after a long work day, to this oasis in the East Mountains. Yoga is with-in walking distance or get a great massage. Theres a great little market, BBQ restaurant, Coffee Shop and Brewery all about 5 minutes away. Wifi is awesome! Anyone doing movie work and needs a long term stay, this is the place you want to be!!!

Located in the heart of the North Valley. This separate, PRIVATE, studio style room, w/covered patio, offers a fridge, microwave, netflix/amazon TV, wifi and all amenities needed for comfort. Minutes from I-40, Old Town and so much more. Perfect for the passing through overnight rest stop, with plenty of off street parking for your vehicle/u haul. Premises equipped with security cameras. Welcome ALL!
The kasita is completely separate from the main house giving total privacy and is perfect for the late night check ins. No stairs and no long walks to your car. Clean, clean, clean! I clean as if I were staying the night!....and I'm picky! For those of you who are sensitive to detergents....I bleach my whites, use tide and Clorox wipes for all surfaces after every guest!
My grandmother bought this home in the 1960s and it sits in a unique family oriented neighborhood. We call this the best kept "secret street"...families of many generations still live here. The front home is slowly being renovated, so pardon the appearance. The detached kasita was originally a man cave turned studio and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
  • Great hospitality along with a central location close to all sorts of great stuff makes this place a must stay every time I’m in Albuquerque!

    Maci2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Denise’s place was absolutely beautiful and clean. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood not too far from all of the local attractions which made traveling to and from her house very easy. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone traveling through Albuquerque!

Up on a hill on the Westside of Albuquerque our house faces the Sandia mountains for the sunrise and overlooks the Albuquerque city lights at night. Pat Hurley park is a 4 minute walk from the house. We are 1 mile off of the Coors Rd exit from I-40, between historical route 66 and I-40. Old Town Albuquerque is 2 miles away, which is close to the Albuquerque Bio Park, Zoo, and Rio Grande River. Downtown is 4 miles away. Many local restaurants in our area and 66 bus runs on Central 6am-late night.
This is a simple, private room with a queen, pillow top, memory foam mattress. As you enter the house, the hallway is on your left and the bedroom will be the second door on the right next to the bathroom. There is a smart T.V. and Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the house. Pat Hurley Park is just down the street with a scenic view of the entire city. Two other rooms are available!
2 blocks from Pat Hurley Park with sencic view of Albuquerque. Mostly a quiet neighborhood street. You may park on the street in front of the house if there is no parking available on the gravel in the front yard. Recommended to bring valuables with you into the house.
  • Nice place!

    Hao2020-03-11T00:00:00Z

This is a truly unique, one of a kind guest suite. It's located in a 1940s building that was originally a Route 66 Trading Post. The suite is decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques, local photography and southwest accents. The location is fantastic, it has easy freeway access and is located at the base of the Sandia mountains for great views and easy access to hiking. The suite is just 5 minutes outside of Albuquerque for convenient access to restaurants, shopping, attractions and more.
Please note the unique layout. The bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. This makes the guest suite great for couples, but not so great for larger groups. Also, there is a locked door and a shared wall between the guest suite and the side of the home that I live on. The main area of the guest suite is a large living area with a futon bed, full size couch, loveseat and dinning area with a kitchenette (minifridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, hot plate, pots and pans, electric tea kettle, dishes and utensils). Filtered drinking water is provided The bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands and antique dresser The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom and has a large vanity, and a separate room with the tub/shower and toilet. Towels, body wash and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Air conditioning is via the window unit swamp/evaporative cooler which does a great job of cooling things off. It is operational for the summer season from mid-may to October.
The house is located in the Monticello neighborhood within the community of Carnuel. This neighborhood is rural (but only 5 minutes from Albuquerque) and has many nice hiking trails.
  • Nice trails close by!

  • Anika’s place is a wonderful listing - convenient and scenic ! I would definitely stay here again!

    Alexis2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • This was a wonderful place to stay! I was worried about how difficult it would be to access the city, but was happy to find out that Anika's place is just five minutes up the road. It feels secluded, but the cell phone signal and drive into town were better than we thought. I also loved seeing all the greenery they are growing inside! Makes everything feel so cozy.

    Stephanie2019-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, very clean, spacious, and well taken care of.

    Tyler2019-07-01T00:00:00Z

  • Very sweet and well-appointed, and Anika was super communicative and helpful.

    Natalie2019-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • This is a very comfortable spot to stay along route 66 that is within minutes of downtown Albuquerque and the East mountains. We highly recommend it!

    Iris2019-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • Anika’s place is absolutely stunning. It was very clean, stylish, and the little personalized touches were heart warming. Anika’s place felt like home. Waking in the morning and having coffee while gazing longingly at the beautiful vistas surroundings this hidden gem is priceless.
