It is 2 minutes to I-40, and only 15 minutes on average anywhere in Albuquerque. Freeway Shopping, restaurants, golf coarse within 2 minutes.

Guest Casita Downtown/Oldtown

This unique place has a style all its own. Modern, BoHo, and newly renovated guest casita centrally located in downtown/Old Town area. Studio with sleeping loft and kitchenette. Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.
