On the outskirts of the city but very quiet in the middle of the meadows, you are most welcome in our AirBNB Aan de Kaai... From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Bakhuisje on the Lek

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Spacious accommodation with private entrance with plenty of space inside and outside to unwind and relax. Ideal for fishermen, cyclists, bird watchers, hikers and other nature lovers, water sports enthusiasts can also indulge here. Private free parking. Sleeping area can be split so that everyone has their own privacy during the night's rest (see photos). A well-stocked bookcase, a private kitchen, shower and toilet are at your disposal. Spacious hallway where you can possibly park your bikes.

Hay barn with charm in a traditional Dutch landscape

Along meadows with knot willows, you drive into a cozy village. At the church, you turn into a dead-end road. Soon you will reach a black cottage surrounded by greenery; our guest house "De Hooischuur". As soon as you enter the detached cottage, it immediately feels like coming home. And that is exactly the feeling we would like to give you. Our characteristic hay barn in 2018 is equipped with many comforts and gives you the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Gastsuite B&B 't Wilgenroosje

An atmospheric suite with a free entrance, where the hayloft was once of this 1878 farmhouse. The guesthouse has one bedroom with a double bed, a seat and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. There is a separate room for breakfast and a spacious private bathroom with bath and shower. Guests have access to the entire upper floor, with free entrance. There is no cooking facility, but dining and takeaway options nearby. Suitable for two adults.

Studio De Giessenhoeve + option extra bedroom.

Complete studio with private bathroom, kitchen and toilet in an ancient former farmhouse. A place where you can relax and enjoy the rural character. Linens and towels are provided. Behind the house is a meadow with hammocks shared with guests from the apartment. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 3 people. Spacious terrace on the waterfront across the street. Extra room can be booked for 1 person for €25.00 per night, 2nd and next night: €10.00 per night.

Polderview 2, beautiful location in the middle of nature.

A lovely "tiny house" in the back of our spacious garden. Take a walk through the small woods. Enjoy the view of the polder with ditches and sheep from your comfortable chair. Completely complete with nice bed, toilet and shower, small kitchen and nice seat. Completely on your own... just unwind. Come and enjoy Polderview 2. We have already been able to receive a lot of guests with satisfaction in Polderview 1, now also welcome to Polderview 2!

Unique townhouse in the fortress, part of the Dutch Waterline and Unesco heritage. Close to Loevestein Castle, Gorinchem, and Fort Vuren. Originally built in 1778 as a fortified farmhouse and completely rebuilt as a mayor's house around 1980. Open plan living room with mezzanine and fireplace. Washing machine and freezer available in the house.
