Privately located in my back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cozy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Perfect Cotswolds cottage for two!

Hide away in our lovely private cottage in Little Barrington! Though recently renovated, the cottage contains many original features and enjoys wonderful countryside views from a surprisingly large garden. If you can tear yourself away from the cottage, there are wonderful walks from the door and an excellent traditional pub in the village. We live 20 minutes away so can easily be on hand if needed, but otherwise its all yours!
