Lovely space, everything you need for a great stay in a home away from home

Mary's place is located in a beautiful garden in a quiet neighbourhood. Inside is a very cosy space with everything you'd need and more for a comfortable stay. The decor is homely and stylish. The whole place was spottlessly clean on arrival. The bathroom has a spacious shower, with fast hot water (perfect for winter stays!). The kitchenette was also easy to use, with all the cooking accessories, seasoning, cutlery etc. needed. There was also lots of useful info available for local places to see (we took Mary's advice on going to the pub in Tilney All Saints for tea). Mary was very thoughtful in providing us with options for breakfast, drinks and snacks. We only saw the dogs once who were lovely and came over for some fuss. Highly reccomended place to stay if you're in the area!

The Garden Room is a beautiful self-contained building with everything you need for a comfy, quiet place to spend some time. The host Mary is very friendly and helpful, and adds many nice touches to the property to make you feel really welcome. A real home from home 😍👍!

An utterly perfect stay for us, Mary was welcoming and friendly, and the room had everything and more that we needed. Food items that we didn't expect were provided for us, and we were very happy there for our three nights. 100% will stay again.

Home to home feeling, so stylish, warm colours, comfy bed and duvet, everything is very cleverly thought through. Fridge/freezer very handy, games/cards great additions, we did have a go :) Water dispenser - The Best! We never drink tap water so this was a real hit with us! Kitchen paper such good quality, also surprise. The scent she uses in the room is amazing, like walking into a spa!! All in all, absolutely recommended for a stop over!

This place is legit so amazing. The pictures dont do it justice. If you're looking for the wow factor this is the place for you. It's super cute and is really well stocked up. We had a full house and weren't by any means on top of each other with plenty of extra room. Gregory is a responsive host with an even better space. I would not hesitate to reccomend

We stayed at the Chapel with 8 of our friends and a baby and had a brilliant time catching up, cooking meals, playing games and spending time together around the big table in the living room. It was really cosy despite being quite a big space but perfect for a larger group, and it has been beautifully converted. Gregory was a very friendly, helpful host and very quick to respond to any queries we had. Would happily recommend!

Gregory was very quick at responding, which helped a lot, as this was my first Airbnb. We had family over from Australia so wanted to get away somewhere lovely for a few days, where all the other family members could join us. This house was ideal! There were 15 of us, so the downstairs layout/living space was perfect. Gorgeous fire, and even a real Christmas tree just added to the cosy stay. Thank you!

Gregory’s beautiful house was the perfect location for a Boxing Day family gathering. The open plan living/dining area leading to the gorgeous kitchen made for a wonderfully relaxing few days and the beds were really comfortable. We loved the huge sparkly tree and the Christmas music playing when we arrived, a lovely touch! The village is quiet, there is a shop next door for essentials and some of us went on a nice circular walk for a couple of hours but the house is so gorgeous and well equipped that you really won’t want to leave it for long. Only small niggle is that it would have been great if both bathrooms had a shower, but we were in no rush - might be trickier if people are under time pressure. Gregory was very quick to respond to messages and really helpful. A magical few days for everyone.

A very special place to spend Christmas with 3 generations of my family. 4 separate families (including children) all had plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The house was stylish, comfortable and very festive. Perfect to have a little shop next door for the little things we forgot. As it was Christmas we didn’t explore the area, however we had a peaceful wonder through the village. A magical Christmas we won’t forget. Thank you.

Gorgeous - the photos are great but the reality of this beautiful building is jaw-dropping. We were celebrating my Dad’s 80th birthday - nine of us staying 2 nights and other family joining us for the day/evening and it proved to be the perfect venue. Highly recommended by all who experienced it. Greg is a lovely host, very easy to communicate with and quick to reply.

Really lovely place. Much bigger than the pics and really clean. Kids loved it and wanted to stay indoors the whole time. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer plus all manner of useful things you rarely get in similar places we've stayed.

Fabulous peaceful barn, much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Fantastic amenities and lots of extra touches to make your stay extra special. Very comfortable beds, well equipped, easy to use kitchen. Highly recommended.

Everything you read is an accurate description of this accommodation. Great and unusual accommodation - spotlessly clean, really well equipped - especially in the kitchen, very clear instructions - although I am glad I found it just in the daylight. Will definitely be back.

Perfect little house and very private

There’s not much more that can be said about this place. Absolutely loved it. Kitchen was a dream to cook in and had everything we needed. Will be back for a longer stay....and yes, it’s the best apple juice you’ve ever tasted!

The Nissan is a see to be believed place. The location is fantastic and it is such a quirky build. I could live in a place like it. If you want a quiet, super clean, cosy and homely get away then this is the place for you.

The perfect place to sit back and relax. It’s clean, stylish and quiet.

A small but cozy room with good amenities. It is up a narrow stair case, which is something to bare in mind but if that isn't a problem for you, it creates a sense of seclusion in the attic room. Close to two supermarkets and fish and chip shop, its certainly value for your money.

Loc-Mai’s place is perfect, a lovely clean, cosy spacious room which has lovely extra touches in the room that made my stay easy and comfortable. The room is lovely and bright and the private bathroom with large shower and bath plus toiletries is a relaxing space and lovely and clean. I will definitely stay again when I back in Wisbech next year.

We had the most amazing time staying in Maxine’s beautiful home for my 40th birthday celebrations! 14 of my friends and I spent the weekend there and Maxine couldn’t have been more accommodating. The house itself and the grounds were beautiful, spacious and perfectly clean, we felt comfortable and at home throughout the whole of our stay.. we didn’t want to leave!! We will be booking again for the summer for sure!

Perfect house in the perfect setting. Warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lots of room for a large group yet cosy and beautifully appointed. Had a great time celebrating a big birthday and plenty to occupy everyone in our group from 7-70 years old.

Incredible weekend! The house was perfect for our weekend away and was even better than the pictures would suggest. The rooms were even more spacious than they look on the photographs. Maxine was a fantastic host and made us all a wonderful cake on our arrival. We had so much fun playing on the tennis court and using the outdoor area for various games. The lounge had more than enough room for the twelve of us to relax and play games as well, so it could cater for all times of the year. Overall, the perfect weekend away made even better by the house and Maxine! Thank you so much Maxine!

I booked this place for my sister’s 30th birthday celebration. We were a group of 17 girls and we had the best weekend! The house is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect party house. The conservatory was lit up by fairy lights and looked so pretty in the evening. There was plenty of room for parking and the garden was so pretty and spacious. The pool was lovely and warm and there were lots of fun inflatables provided! Maxine was an amazing host. She’s so lovely and super accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. We were welcomed with a fridge full of condiments, a bottle of Prosecco, a delicious cake and chocolates! The thoughtful little touches really made the stay so special. I can’t recommend this house and Maxine enough! I will definitely be booking to come back again very soon.

Myself and my husband had a lovely weekend here. Karen and her family are really amazing hosts and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Karen's breakfast is fantastic and way more than we were expecting. The sausages are excellent and a must when staying here. The atmosphere is so relaxed and homely. The animals are so much fun to spend time with and we came away from our little break feeling happy and relaxed. This place really does have it all. We would definitely reccomend Karen's place and will be booking again in the future for sure!!

Wow! What can i say. We had the best time! The place was so relaxing and lovely. The family are fantastic! Couldnt of wished for better hosts. We even had a BBQ with them nothing was to much to make you feel welcome. The breakfast was up there with the best i've had. We felt so at home there and my little girl played happily with their daughter she was in and out of the pool and hottub all day and spending time with the verious aninals around the farm it was just the most perfect weekend all round. A lovely family who welcomed us into their home. They were happy for the children to stay, meet the animals and play in the pool with their own child. They provided a wide variety for breakfast and were able to accommodate our dietary requirements. We also enjoyed a bbq with the family and were made to feel welcome and enjoyed their company.

Brilliant place - just up the road from WWT Welny and well under an hour from RSPB Friston and Frampton. Julie-Ann and her Mum were very welcoming, the 'loft was just right and i loved being there.

The accommodation is above the garage in the garden, so very private with an uninterrupted view across fields. Fairly spacious with very comfortable bed and good shower. Julie-Ann was welcoming, friendly and provided good local information as well as having left breakfast supplies in the separate kitchen. Overall a great place as a base for exploring the fens.

Really beautiful accommodation with a great host and lovely facilities. If you're going anywhere nearby you need to stay here!

Welcoming and peaceful

We had a bit of a cold start but Juli-Ann immediately organised an extra heater. The room was not very big but quite cosy. Good beds. Absence of kitchen isn't a problem: breakfast is provided and good food at WWT Welney and "The 5 Bells" just around the corner. We are very happy about our stay at Fenland and we will certainly consider coming back!

Well presented, cosy and private setting with all the essentials ready for you. Great host who couldn’t do enough to make sure we were settled and had all we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at Little Owl's Nest. We and the dogs enjoyed our stay and they loves zooming around the field. A great place to stay at while also exploring the local area. We will be returning.

This is a very special place - Mary and Charlie were very welcoming, and it was also lovely to be greeted by their three dogs. The annex is spacious, comfortable, clean and very quiet. Mary and Charlie's annex is very well equipped and in a great location. The garden is beautifully kept. Mary is just the most wonderful host, she added so many thoughtful touches and extras. My partner and I have just returned from a 4 night stay in the annex. It is immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and want for a break from home. This included a full fridge and cupboard with items to make a full breakfast to toiletries in the bathroom and bathrobes and slippers. We found it an ideal location for visiting family in Hunstanton. Kings Lynn was just 20 minutes drive away. We visited Peckover House and Gardens in the centre of Wisbech which was only ten minutes drive away. We would highly recommend staying at the annex and we would definitely stay again.

We would highly recommend Mary and Charlie’s accommodation it is spotlessly clean, homely and very comfortable. Mary goes out of her way providing for all your needs. We were very impressed.

The loft is in a very lovely private location, surrounded by a well maintained garden, we felt very safe and welcomed in there. The flat was clean, spacious and complemented our needs fully.
