Take a break and unwind at the village's former country store. Here you live in a rural environment, on a secluded natural plot with a pergola and a small stream at the back of the house, and a neighboring house and village road on the entrance side. The lower floor is uninhabited, but is used sporadically by the owner. Via your own entrance to a smaller hall and stairs, you reach the upper floor, which is rented out in its entirety. Exit to balcony in one bedroom, from where you have a view of the garden with the river. The apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen and is of a good standard.

It's easy to feel comfortable here! The bed is freshly made with sheets when you arrive, and clean towels are provided. This is a really cozy 27 sqm cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 sqm veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private plot (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and just as close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both in summer and winter.

Cozy cottage, 3 rooms and kitchen, with beach location on a genuine valley farm by Lake Siljan. Here, you can start the day with a swim in Lake Siljan. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a tiled stove, a fully equipped spacious rural kitchen and a toilet room with a washing machine. Upstairs, there is a TV room, a second bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The cottage has a patio facing the yard and a south-facing terrace with stunning views of the water. Bed linens and towels and cleaning upon departure are included in the price.

Vår mysiga enplansvilla ligger precis intill älven. En fantastisk lugn och skön plats att bara koppla av och vara ifred. Vi kallar huset för ”stugan” men är ett fullutrustat och nyrenoverat hus. Det finns en tillgänglig dubbelsäng, men rymmer många personer om man kan förse sig med luftmadrass eller nyttja soffan som sovplats. Otrolig kvällssol på den otroliga altanen med en utsikt. Jacuzzi finns tillgängligt på sommarhalvåret. En otrolig solbädd, matplatser, gasolgrill finns tillgängligt.

Lilla Huset in Dala-Järna

Mysigt litet hus i Dala-Järna, smidigt beläget i anslutning till E16 men i lugn omgivning med egen trädgård. Huset är 56m2 med ett rymligt kök med plats för gemenskap. Sängarna är bäddade vid ankomst och städning ingår. Huset har två sovrum varav ett med en 160cm bred säng (möjlighet att ta isär till två 80cm sängar) och ett litet rum med en 90cm bred våningssäng. Badrummet med dusch och toalett har även tvättmaskin. Resesäng (barnsäng) finns, behov meddelas helst dagen innan ankomst.

Du har även egen tillgång till en timmerstuga som ligger alldeles intill med kokplattor, kylskåp och matplats & kaffe. Ett utedass ligger en kort promenad in i skogen. Parkering ligger cirka 150 m från platsen med en backe ner. Endast 15 min från Sunne centrum ligger detta smultronställe.

Bathroom with toilet, shower cabin and washing machine. There's also an extra toilet in the entrance. The apartment is easily accessible next to E16/RV66. Close to nature, hiking trails and nice fishing waters. About 45 minutes (63 km) drive to Kläppen ski resort.
