Située à 850m du centre de la ville, a 1.4km (15 minutes à pied) de la gare. Petite maisonnette rénovée en 2021. En été, Vous apprécierez la petite terrasse avec sa plancha ainsi que la climatisation. Le logement est composé d'une pièce de vie avec une cuisine équipée (machine à café Nespresso, bouilloire, plaques vitro, four, micro-onde, frigo+congélateur, vaisselle...), TV et WIFI, ainsi qu'une grande chambre avec son lit queen-size. un WC indépendant et une TRÈS PETITE salle d'eau.

Renovated former 17th century barn, this 100m2 gite is located in a hamlet with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, close to the remarkable city of Art and History of Figeac. Less than an hour's drive away, you can visit must-see sites such as Rocamadour or the Gouffre de Padirac. Garden products available according to the season. An outdoor swimming pool, shared with another cottage, unheated, 8 m x 4 m, is available from May to the end of September.

Small independent house, located in the village of Saint Perdoux 10km from Figeac. Gîte labeled Gîte de France 2 épis. ideally located in a small green, picturesque and welcoming country, conducive to relaxation and return to nature. Fully equipped 40m2 house with fenced garden of 500m2. We accept reservations as of 3 nights at a time. However, during the summer period July/August we provided reservations for a minimum of 7 nights.

Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.
