There are good swimming possibilities in the immediate area, including: Hansbakkfjæra, Grilstadfjæra and the Bay of Vära. Lots of playgrounds right outside the door. From Grilstad Marina there is a short drive to the city center of Trondheim and several large campuses such as NTNU.

Smart tv med netflix etc på stuen, soverommet har tv med appletv. 🚗 Parkeringsplass i oppvarmet P-Kjeller. Tog/buss fra flyplassen tar ca 30 min. 🛏️ Soveplasser, 2 på soverommet, mulighet for og sove på sofaen og en madrass på gulvet. 🌅 I nærområdet er det flere flotte steder å gå tur.

Welcome to Skogrand as my great-grandparents Aagot and Olov bought as a summerhouse in 1918. It is centrally located 15 minutes from Trondheim Airport and 25 minutes from Trondheim city center. The house has all amenities and many small bedrooms. It is located by itself with large plot and garden surrounded by woods and fields but also right by the road with easy access and plenty of space for parking.

Small house - great seaview - close to the city

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
