Excellent week in Lawrence. His property is ideally located in the historic heart of Riom, which allows to visit easily (I could do everything on foot during the week). The spacious accommodation is decorated with taste and it is quiet. As for Lawrence, he is a very warm first and puts us at ease upon arrival. We shared very nice moments and discussions were very interesting. In addition, Lawrence knows the area well, he can help you. I highly recommend.

We highly reccomend you stay in Guillaume's apartment!! It is very well equipped, beds & pillows extremely comfortable, everything is clearly labeled (microwave safe dishes, etc) & there are many many thoughtful touches. Staying here you get the impression Guillaume has travelled a fair bit & knows the kinds of things that are really handy when you travel! It's perfectly located if you are travelling by car, on the last street you can easily find parking before the historic town centre, which is easily explored on foot. The town is very quaint & the locals very friendly & helpful (despite our lack of French). We'd love to come back here another time & spend a week or two exploring the beautiful area some more. All around we think this was one of the best AirBnB's we've stayed in & we've stayed in quite a few.

My family greatly enjoyed the one night that we stayed at Marie Claire's house. She welcomed us warmly and allowed us to set up a picnic dinner on her terrace. She offered us wine and juice and sat and visited with us while we enjoyed the view of the valley. My husband and I took a great hike around the village which is filled with gorgeous old hotels built for the hot springs in the area. We also enjoyed the breakfast that Marie Claire put out for us in the morning.

A very beautiful place with a big garden and beautiful view of the area. Reception was pleasant and we received precise explanations on short trip conducted in the area. Separate floor unit is very comfortable and clean designed, we had a lovely breakfast with Mary Keller at in the garden.

Lovely place with charming rooms and even more charming host. We were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy breakfast outside, and the view was incredible. We used (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Maps for GPS/navigation and we found the place without any trouble.

We spent two comfortable nights in Marie Claire's pretty house. The two rooms are on the top floor with adjacent bathroom, so really a private area of the house and perfect for us as a family with two children. All was clean, the beds comfortable, the views lovely. Marie Claire was very attentitve, leaving out toys for the children, giving us drinks and snacks on arrival, and even baking a cake for my wife's birthday. The area is very beautiful with lots to do, and i can't recommend staying with Marie Claire more highly. Many thanks

Our stay at Marie-Claire was very nice. The room we stayed in was spacious, well decorated with a nice view. For breakfast we had the pleasure of tasting homemade jams and talk with Marie-Claire is a pleasant and accommodating person. His son, Jules, was also sympathetic. The recommendations of restaurants and excursions were excellent and allowed us to discover the advantages of the region. It also provides us with documentation that can properly organize their stay. Due to my late arrival, I was greeted by very well Cyril, employee at the hotel opposite. The hamlet is really top, the view is great, and hiking paths and walks a few steps. Damien lent me an IGN, very convenient for exploring the region. Housing is consistent with the description, I enjoyed the picnic table below to take my meals outside, because as often in village houses, the interior is quite dark. The kitchen is properly supplied with dishes and utensils, even if some utensils were not functional and the shower was not very clean.

Une table de pique nique se trouve juste devant la maison et est accessible pour prendre ses repas tout en profitant de la vue dégagée sur Volvic et les volcans. Le village de Tournoel est très calme, détente assurée pendant ce séjour. Damien n'est pas disponible en permanence, mais le gérant de l'hôtel juste en face assure l'accueil des voyageurs en cas de besoin. Hôtel restaurant hyper sympathique qui propose des menus entrée plat fromage dessert à 17€, que je vous recommande sans hésiter ! Bref si vous voulez profiter d'une bonne dose de dépaysement et de calme, tout en étant proche à la fois des chemins de randonnée ainsi que des commodités (centre commercial Leclerc à 5mn en voiture) ; n'hésitez pas et venez chez Damien a Tournoel !

Maxime us very well received at home, and we helped carry the bags. Its housing is very clean, located in the heart of the city, very quiet and close to all amenities. A big thank you, Maxime. I was told that the Auvergne were very welcoming, and this is confirmed. When I arrived, Maxime picked me up at the station (Volvic Station 5km from the city center). The class .... He then accompanied me even to qq supermarket shopping. High class :) The house is a small town house. In a very quiet street. The house was very clean and tidy. My bed was made. Prepared towels. The guy gets you a friend. While we share the house. But everyone has a floor especially Maxime knows absent, prevents when to board at home and knows how to be small not to disturb. Additionally, Maxim is a nature enthusiast and gave me good advice for hikes in the Puys. Thank you to you, hoping to see you again for another race in your beautiful region.

Beautiful spacious apartment has all the amenities!
