Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. At Bovik, you live a simple life, in the heart of nature. The lake plot is completely secluded with a fantastic view of the lake. From the jetty on the property, you can take a nice morning dip, and if you want to go to the beach, there is one just a few minutes' walk away. A small rowboat is available to borrow for excursions or fishing. The water is collected in a pump, the shower is made in lake water and the sink has a beautiful view of the lake. Bovik is the dream for those who appreciate the simple things in life!

In the beautiful Sörmländska countryside on road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cottage on the farm Uvsta Östergården. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and shop with furnishings for home and garden. The café serves lighter lunches and has good pastries. Breakfast is available for purchase in the café. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bakarstuga is an older charming cottage of 35 sqm from the 1800s with beautiful views of the fields. Low ceilings!

Här bor ni rymligt i två plan med en separat gäststuga med plats för två personer. Bottenvåning med nyrenoverat kök och flera bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin. I vardagsrummet finns öppenspis och bäddsoffa. Badrummet har dusch, toalett och tvättmaskin. Övervåningen har ett stort sovrum med dubbelsäng och ett mindre sovrum med två enkelsängar.

The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!
