Guests can stroll around the entire lake on Wasa’s delightful 8 km paved trail. Come sail, canoe, boat, swim or fish at the peaceful southern end of the warmest lake in the East Kootenays. Available May, June and September. $700/week or an extended weekend.
  • A beautiful location on the shore of Wasa Lake BC. We had a lovely campfire every night with our dinner. Very well stocked kitchen and gas BBQ.

  • I cannot recommend this place enough! The cabin is on a lovely large grassy lot with its own sandy beach and private dock. The water is pristine and warm, even in June! It was so wonderful to wake up every morning and jump in for a swim. There is also a couple of canoes and a kayak to explore the lake. The large deck on the cabin faces west across the lake so we were treated to amazing sunsets every night. The cabin itself was equipped with everything we needed, a modern kitchen, large living room and bedroom, and a very clean bathroom with countless big fluffy towels. Our 1 1/2 year old also loved his week at the lake. The cabin was safe and tidy, and the area was so peaceful and quiet he slept incredibly well. The host Ed was super friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcomed.

  • This cabin sits on the southern end of Wasa lake. It was clean and has room for extra large families. Great for facilities for summer fun on lake. Ed the host is great and responds quickly to any questions or requests. Modern kitchen and laundry facilities. Ed provides an CRT television and DVD player at cabin so take some dvds with you. Mobile coverage is Tellus and with patchy Rogers at cabin location. No wifi at location which is great for a tech free getaway. Outside there is a canoe and kayak with safety equipment and a BBQ with gas side burner for cooking outside. If I ever come back to Wasa Lake again I would definitely stay there again.     The neighbourhood is central to everything and is situated in a mixed residential/commercial area. A short, 2 minute walk one block east takes you to the Kimberley Nature Trails which is great for the hiking enthusiast in the summer months and the cross country skier in the winter months. A grocery store is across the street, and with 4 restaurants nearby, including 2 right next door and 1 across the street, everything you need is within a few minutes walk. The swimming pool and the civic center, which houses the arena, are only 2 blocks away. The ski hill is only a short 5 minute drive away! The owners live on site and are available should you need anything at all.

    Our log house was built in 2015. This basement is just ready to move in. In winter nice and warm, in summer cool. We don't need air conditions. You have a separate entree. Our property is round about 7 km from downtown Cranbrook. Lots of wildlife here around. We live in a dead end road, with only 4 houses, very quiet area. Next supermarket 3 km away. No puplic transportation. You need your own vehicle. Cranbrook has international airport.

    An outfitting tent in a fenced off 1 acre site with fantastic mountain views. We are across the road from a boat launch on the Kootenay River (also a good fishing spot), and back onto hundreds of acres of Crown Land. 3 min to Wasa Lake (lovely sandy beaches), 30 min to Cranbrook and 20 min to Kimberley. The cookshack has a WOOD cookstove (stocked with plates, mugs, cutlery, and cooking implements). There is an enclosed shower space with a passive solar shower set up and an outhouse.
    9 lakes within 35 km! A birdwatcher's dream, we regularly see on our farm: bald eagles, turkey vultures, hawks, hummingbirds, western meadowlarks, woodpeckers, mountain bluebirds, and the endangered curlew! Locally there are wild turkeys, loons, swans, grouse, pheasant and many more.

Guests will be able to interact or just sit & watch different small farm animals , make arrangements to enjoy a scenic horseback ride or take a walk out on the trails .     Cozy bright newly developed basement suite, ,no actual kitchen but there is plenty available to cook with Microwave, 2 burner hot plate , fridge , toaster oven coffe pot , crock pot , eletric kettle , toaster Also available is a washing machine and dryer. To get to the bathroom you must go thru the bedroom . This suite is small and comfortable for two people or two people and a child (NOt for 4 or more Adults). Pet friendly space
    Neighbourhood close to Crown land , walking trails and scenic views. The road can be very busy with vehicle , or off road traffic..

    Enjoy your stay in the heart of skiing and golf territory. Netflix and prime. We are located close to the college, shopping, hospital, and 1/2 block to aquatic/skating/BCHL Hockey Rec Centre. We are surrounded by golf courses, 30 minutes to Kimberley Ski Hill, and 60 minutes the other way to Fernie Ski Hill. Within 10 minutes is casino, bars, bowling, lakes, and parks. Hiking trails galore, biking and several waterfalls. Guide available for a fee. Cranbrook boasts sunniest area in Canada.
    Our place is newly renovated inside, although simple. The building and hallways leading to our apartment are somewhat dated and need some help but inside our apartment is new fresh and sparkling clean. There is room for one vehicle in the parkade that is assigned to the unit. Not heated. Extra vehicles must park in the parking lot, first come basis. If full, there is street parking.
    The town boasts of being one of the top 10 sunniest areas in Canada. Hiking and biking trails all over and several waterfalls close to the road. I would be happy to direct you to a hidden water fall that we call Lumberton Falls. 30 minute hike after a 30 minute drive up a dirt road. Technically it is named Moyie falls but people usually end up a nasty dangerous hike if they use gps and don't get proper directions to it. For a fee, we can be your guide.

    my house is a small 1920s Home full of old school character, I've packed the home with my eclectic collection of things lol . this is a cannabis friendly home. But NONE cigarette smoking If you do smoke there is a space outside for you to do so (cannabis inside ok!) Myself my kids and our pets do occupy the home but have separate living space behind a closed door opposite the kitchen. the guest room is quite small but should have all you need for a great stay. $10 fee per stay with pets :)
    the room is small, but comes with one twin bed, coffee maker, a "small" breakfast for each morning of your stay (possiblitys: muffin, oatmeal,DIY eggs, bagel, fruit, loaf,) and some small snacks to enjoy durin your stay. the room itself is in the back of the home and is fairly separate and private from the rest of the home... come and enjoy the kootenays from my centrally located little home.
    I'm located in a nice family neighborhood near downtown, schools and bus routes... the airport is a 15min drive from cranbrook and my house :)

    Our suite is located right beside the Kimberley ski hill- you can see the lift from our window and can ski out from our parking lot! In summer you can hike or bike right from our place. Our hotel-style suite is spacious and bright and has everything nice. We love to keep it simple and appreciate wood and natural colours. We hope you feel at home in our little sanctuary.
    The suite is adjacent to the rest of our condo, but separated with a connecting door, which we keep locked. Our bed is queen sized and our (retro) bathroom has a shower-tub combo. We provide your towels and toiletries. There is no TV but we have plenty of books! (and WiFi ;)). There is also a small table and two chairs. We offer a small fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee press, coffee/tea, as well as filtered water. Basic and comfortable!
    Our suite is part of a 3-building condo complex up at the Kimberley ski hill. One of the first-built and last complexes up the ski hill road. Super quiet and beautiful! Walking down to Kimberley takes about 40min. We'll show you which paths to take, so you can avoid the main road and have a lovely stroll.

  • This space was perfect for two people. The room is bright and spacious. We enjoyed all of Yvonne’s touches and amenities especially the coffee/tea bar! Yvonne was quick to answer any questions we had. The location is awesome as you’re steps away from the Ski hill which is very convenient and there’s a communal hot tub in the building which was great to relax in after a day of skiing.   • This place and these hosts were absolutely wonderful. Such a cute and cozy gem tucked into the ski hill. I've stayed in Kimberley several times prior and this has been my favorite by far. The ski-in-ski-out location is so convenient, I enjoyed that the place was a little ways up the hill so it was more private/quieter then previous stays at locations within the base/village. The hot tub was a treat after a long day of being on the mountain! My expectations were definitely exceeded. The hosts are kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the area. The stay was clean, spacious, quiet, and environmentally conscious (bathrooms stocked with zero waste products). I will definitely be returning for my future winter Kimberley get-aways! Highly recommend to fellow boarders and skiers!

    Cute, completely rebuilt, turn of the century historical home - in the shadow of the Rockies, minutes from all Cranbrook’s amenities.
    As our guest you have access to the living room with sitting area, tv and entertainment, as well as a space for dining. The kitchen is fully equipped. Including a bar/high counter with stools and lounging sofa in the sun! The bathroom includes two sinks, shower/bath, and heated floors. Our backyard has three sitting areas - a sun deck, fire pit, and covered dining. We have have a hot tub and BBQ for your use. And finally two bedrooms for use. One of which can be equipped with children’s toys.
    This home has a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. We are blocks from Downtown Cranbrook, which includes many new restaurants with patios and parks, groceries and gas, as well as easy access to the main highway.

    The neighbourhood is central to everything and is situated in a mixed residential/commercial area. A short, 2 minute walk one block east takes you to the Kimberley Nature Trails which is great for the hiking enthusiast in the summer months and the cross country skier in the winter months. A grocery store is across the street, and with 4 restaurants nearby, including 2 right next door and 1 across the street, everything you need is within a few minutes walk. The swimming pool and the civic center, which houses the arena, are only 2 blocks away. The ski hill is only a short 5 minute drive away! The owners live on site and are available should you need anything at all.

The space itself is clean, modern and bright and the amenities are top notch. The kitchen is well stocked and love that the locations of everything were labelled.     Our Condo is right beside the main Ski run at Kimberley Alpine Resort. Enjoy the New Pool/Hot tub area after a long day. Trickle Creek Golf Resort is just 2 min drive down the road, Kimberley Golf Club, Bootleg Gap Golf Course about 12 min drive. The Nordic Center is located just above with endless trails! Hiking trails, Mountain Biking just down the road in the Kimberley Nature Park. Restaurants and shops are located on the Platzl about a 5 min drive. Canadian Rockies International Airport is 25 min drive.
  • Wonderful condo, location and hosts. For skiing at Kimberley this place could not have worked out better. It is a true ski-in, ski out accommodation; so very convenient to the main slope and lift. The condo is very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished and equipped. Lack of an elevator did not bother us, and the layout of the game room, pool and hot tub area was great; after skiing we could stay warm walking to and from the outdoor hot tub. Ground floor locker for skis and the entrance area for keeping shoes, boots and coats were all most convenient. Last but not least pricing was reasonable and Tasha and Darren were always quick to respond to my questions. Thank you Tasha and Darren; we can’t wait to come back!!

    The Spruce rooms in the Main house each have a queen bed in three separate rooms. The rooms share a private entrance, sitting area and shared bathroom. The rooms are located in the walkout basement of the main house. Each room sleeps a maximum of two guests and can be booked separately. These rooms are non-pet friendly for everyone's convenience. All rooms are provided with bed linens and bathrooms with towels, except beach towels.

  • Mary replied to us so quickly for a last minute booking, she even upgraded us from a room to a cabin. The view from the cabin and dock was absolutely breathtaking (mountains and beautiful water), we had great conversation with Mary on the dock, and went for a swim in the lake which was perfect temperature for such a hot day. Only downside was the mosquitos but with some mosquito spray and hanging out mostly on the dock (no bugs there) we were perfectly fine! Would highly recommend!!

Three bedrooms with large closets and lots of storage, new beds, bedding, etc. Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, coffee makers, microwave and everything you need.     Both my wife, Janet, and I grew up in Kimberley and are excited to share our love for this special place. We have hosted over 20 international student over the last few years, and we love meeting new people. Out goal is to make you feel right at home.
    Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to trails, pool, civic center - about 5 minutes to the skihill. A perfect retreat at the end of long day.
  • We had a very happy and comfortable stay at Darryl and Janet’s. They were both so lovely and friendly and we felt very welcome on arrival. Breakfast had been included which was a very thoughtful extra. The location was good and the surrounding areas are picturesque making for enjoyable driving and walking. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

    The neighbourhood is central to everything and is situated in a mixed residential/commercial area. A short, 2 minute walk one block east takes you to the Kimberley Nature Trails which is great for the hiking enthusiast in the summer months and the cross country skier in the winter months. A grocery store is across the street, and with 4 restaurants nearby, including 2 right next door and 1 across the street, everything you need is within a few minutes walk. The swimming pool and the civic center, which houses the arena, are only 2 blocks away. The ski hill is only a short 5 minute drive away! The owners live on site and are available should you need anything at all.

    A cozy warm bedroom upstairs in my home. Very private as there wont be anyone else on your level of the house. This is your own space to unwind après ski. Rest up and get back out there. Unlimited WiFi so stream and download away. The SmartTV gives you access to all your favourite apps. I make sure all guests have their space once checked in. If you need me I'm just a holler away though.
    Very close to walking, hiking, biking, fishing, golfing and of course, the ski hill. It's hard to be bored here in any season. Dozens of multi-sport trails around for every skill level.

  • We stayed a Tom's place to ski Kimberly and Fernie. The place is nice and close to Kimberly Alpine Resort making it very convenient to get to. There was sheltered parking and the communication leading up to check-in was very quick and accurate. The place was very clean and well furnished with enough space to store/dry ski gear. The puppy was super cute and friendly as well! Tom was a great host, provided recommendations for places in town and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

    Steps from the lake - Large lot with two bedrooms and two baths. Wasa Eagles Nest has it all. Wrap around deck everything you need to enjoy peace and quiet and true lake living.
    2 bdrm, 2 bath home, on 1/4 acre lot less than 150 m from the SW side of Wasa Lake. Wrap around composite decking on 3 sides of the house, many sunny or shady spots to sit and enjoy a cold drink and enjoy the wildlife that wanders through the property! Grassy areas in both the front and back yards, fruit trees and raspberries in the back yard when in season. Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, 2 closets and a full en-suite with a large walk-in rain shower. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and large closet. Beautiful living room area has large windows to let in the light, a 46" flat screened TV and a wood-stove for chilly nights. Kitchen contains everything you need to enjoy your stay, including dishes, cutlery coffee machine, blender and basic condiments/seasonings. Front outdoor space includes the a small barbecue in a covered outdoor . Backyard deck includes the use of a propane barbecue, large enclosed gazebo and a fire-pit around which you and your friends/family can enjoy the stars under a dark sky. Your stay also includes access to the "toy barn" where you will find beach chairs, floaties for the lake, games such as corn-hole and boccie and should you request it - a wheelbarrow full of wood for the fire pit.     This is the best location on Kimberley alpine resort for quick ski in ski out access. There is public access for you to use the parking lot, Hot tub, Laundry room, and Common room. It is essentially just like a hotel room. Hired cleaners come after each guests use. Enjoy this beautiful mountain retreat and go skiing, snowshoeing, shopping, cross country skiing, and hiking all in this gorgeous little town.
    Private condo room for your personal access only, private washroom included, tv and towels for your own use.
    Very relaxing laid back atmosphere. Go out the door and the main chair lift/skiing area is only meters away (check out the stemwinder bar and grill or buckhorn mountain eatery at the base just within walking distance). Don’t forget to check out the platzl which is about a 5 minute drive from the condo complex (lots of shopping and great food).

    Well these are strange times...if you need to get out of dodge, this place will provide cleanliness, peace, and an abundance of sun. COVID worries? Fear not! All of our cleaners are infused with antibacterial essential oils - such as eucalyptus, cinnamon, and clove - and we sterilize all light switches, railings and door handles. You are in clean hands here. Stay well!
    The skylight condo is on the ski hill and gives you the option to ski from your door if you wish. There is a path behind the complex that leads to the main run (Quad chair). A 20 minute walk to the downtown core, and a 2 minute drive to Trickle Creek Golf Course. With 1 bedroom and less than 500 sq ft, the skylight condo packs an efficient punch with clever furniture, great storage and minimal clutter. Find your zen. Get your groove on with the Marshall Bluetooth speaker, play a game of crib, or build a puzzle. Maybe soak those sore muscles in the hot tub and do a little stargazing. 3 dry saunas on the property will get you sweating out any toxins in no time. Finally, snuggle into bed with Turkish linens and a wool/silk duvet...heaven. Summertime, where the living is easy... In the summer, a beautiful cross breeze from the ski hill to the Rockies provides natural A/C, and the private balcony with rocky views is a great place to start your day with a coffee, or end your day with the awe-inspiring alpenglow over the mountains. Lakes, golf courses and mountains are in every direction. Hike, bike, swim, paddle, golf and eat. You certainly won’t be bored. Huckleberries are on the ski hill in summer - but you’ll have to fight me for them because they are THAT amazing. The kitchen Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are on hand in the kitchen to get you going. The answers I might have them...just ask!
    The skylight condo is situated smack dab on the ski hill. A 2 minute drive down the road takes you to Trickle Creek Golf Course, and a 2 minute drive up takes you to the cross country Nordic trails and nature park. The platzl (Kimberley’s version of a Bavarian town square) is a 5 minute drive away...this is where you’ll want to get some good eats (Pedal & Tap) and a new pair of beautiful shoes (Talaria).

    Our space is uniquely private, with a separate entrance to your own living room, kitchen, laundry, bedroom and bathroom! We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in South Cranbrook, with nature out our doorstep!
    We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the south part of Cranbrook, just a few minutes drive away from all the Cranbrook amenities: 5 minutes to the college and hospital, 3 minutes to save on foods, as well as a short 6 minute drive to downtown and the strip where you'll find restaurants, shopping, and the Saturday Cranbrook Farmer's Market. We are close to local nature parks: just 5 minutes from access to the Cranbrook Community Forest, Idlewild park, and Elizabeth Lake Bird Sanctuary. Additionally, we are less than 10 minutes from the South Star recreation area for mountain biking and cross country skiing, and just 30 minutes from downtown Kimberely and just 35 minutes from Kimberely Alpine Resort. There are several golf courses and lakes just minutes away, plus the Fort Steele Heritage town, which is our toddler's favourite place to visit!

  • Such a beautiful suite! So clean and tidy and spacious. I slept so soundly on the most comfortable bed ever. Loved the Keurig pods available in the morning and the adorably colour coordinated bookshelves were a delightful touch. Having the laundry available in suite was such a treat while travelling for work for a whole week. It is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood only a few minutes from downtown Cranbrook - perfect spot and amazing value!

    A welcoming, modern & comfortable lakefront walk-out basement suite available to rent year-round. Summertime activities include fishing, boating (no motors), beach volleyball, and swimming. Winter on Jim Smith Lake brings x-country ski trails, sledding and ice skating. All activities are accessible from the front door. Two world class ski resorts are located within an hour drive (Kimberley Alpine Resort is 30 minutes away and Fernie Resort an hour) and great golf courses in every direction.
    One bedroom/one bathroom, newly renovated legal lakefront walk-out basement suite. With one queen bed in a private bedroom and one high-end sofa bed in living room, it comfortably accommodates 3 people. Enjoy a cozy gas fireplace in living room as well as a separate entrance and  private in-suite laundry. An HVAC system brings fresh air into suite every 20 minutes, if desired. Basement suite is open concept with a complete up-to-date kitchen, full bathroom, and two large lake-facing windows. Outside there is a small stone patio with bistro table, perfect for a glass of wine or morning coffee. The basement suite is stocked with everything you need to make your stay comfortable including: towels, bedding, furniture, dishes, coffee maker, books, games, TV, microwave and all appliances, including a washer and dryer. Free wifi and access to netflix.
    Jim Smith Lake Provincial Park is a short five minute walk away. Great fishing and swimming! The city of Cranbrook is a 4 km drive from our home, and takes about 10 minutes in a car. There’s plenty of great golf courses in the nearby communities of Cranbrook, Kimberley and Fernie, including Trickle Creek, St. Eugene Golf Resort, Wildstone and Shadow Mountain. For those who love to downhill ski or board, Kimberley Alpine Ski Resort is a short 30 minute drive away, and Fernie Alpine Resort is an hour drive.
  • My sister and I needed a quiet refuge while visiting our dad at the hospital in Cranbrook. Jody’s place was PERFECT for our needs. Outside was snowy & beautiful, inside was cozy & comfortable with the most thoughtful touches. Our stay gave us the serenity that we needed and was just 10mins from the hospital. 1000x better than any motel in town. Highly recommend❤️

  • jimsmithairbnb is located on jimsmith lake and next to the provincial park. It's quiet and peaceful - watching the ice fishers on the lake each day was an unexpected treat. Jody and her family have two lovely dogs who welcomed us each time we returned to the suite - and they never barked! The cozy gas fireplace was much appreciated after 8 hours a day at the curling rink and the suite is outfitted with all possible amenities. Thank you Jody.

    The Burrow is located in a quiet neighborhood about a 5 minute drive from the downtown area. You will have your own entrance into a large mud room with a roomy closet. From there, you have a cozy and private studio style suite complete with your own bathroom, and sitting area. There is lots of natural light from the many windows, and enough room to store your skis, bikes, golf clubs, etc.
    Cozy and sweet, this basement suite offers a nice relaxing home away from home.
    The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. You are close to a playground, and very close to the Rails to Trails biking/walking path. The Burrow is a 5 minute drive from the downtown area.

  • Spent three nights at The Burrow. It was a very comfortable and relaxing place to return to after each day of mountain biking. Very clean and a soft comfy bed. There is an entry room to store your bike for the night. Downtown area is very close for shopping and eating/drinking establishments. Andrew was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful on trail recommendations and some good places to eat. Look forward to the next visit.

Situated right next to the Mark Creek flume. Close access to dog walking trails and Rotary Park. This is my apartment that I live in when I am not working. I value my belongings and appreciate respect towards my personal space!
    An old, character house with amazing natural light. No access to 2 closets in the bedroom where I keep my personal belongings. Please keep out of the main level area, this is where the landlords live and is not included in the rental. Laundry is in the basement of house accessed outside at the back.

    Welcome to Beautiful Kimberley located in the heart of the Rockies. Our small hotel and warm staff are happy to welcome you. Your room overlooks the mountains. Our local pub offers a convenient spot to enjoy an evening on the property.
    There are great hiking trails across the street that follow Mark Creek. As well the amazing rails to trails biking trail has an access point across Warren Ave and the Creek if you're up for a nice bike ride. Go as far as you'd like, great places to have a picnic. The Kimbrook Lodge is in the heart of golf country with amazing golf courses in both directions. We are a short 5 minute drive to the ski hill as well, we love skiing and have everything you need for your ski vacation including ski storage and tuning room if you want to sharpen your edges or apply some wax to raise the bar on your ride!
    There are hiking trails across the street as well as the beautiful rails to trails bike path if you're up for a trip. Feel free to enjoy a free game of pool and try one of our bartenders amazing cocktails in The Brook Lounge (open at 2pm). Off sales of cold beer and wine are available if your prefer to relax in your room, or are running late for a T time.
  • We booked two rooms for New Years Eve so we wouldn't have to drive back from Kimberley to Cranbrook, and so we could fully enjoy ourselves at a party. The place is newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. The front desk person was very pleasant and helpful as well.

  • This is Airbnb is a great spot to consider. Upon first look, it isn’t overly impressive, but as our stay went on, the property was charming and welcoming. This would be a fantastic place to stay for a quick ski trip, golf trip, or a weekend getaway. Everything was clean and comfortable, everything you need, and nothing you don’t. The pub downstairs is a good spot to grab a couple drinks and hangout. Will be staying here again.

    The neighbourhood is central to everything and is situated in a mixed residential/commercial area. A short, 2 minute walk one block east takes you to the Kimberley Nature Trails which is great for the hiking enthusiast in the summer months and the cross country skier in the winter months. A grocery store is across the street, and with 4 restaurants nearby, including 2 right next door and 1 across the street, everything you need is within a few minutes walk. The swimming pool and the civic center, which houses the arena, are only 2 blocks away. The ski hill is only a short 5 minute drive away! The owners live on site and are available should you need anything at all.
  • The apartment was part of a small block of apartments, professionally run by the owners. Nothing special from the outside but the apartment was spacious and clean and had the comfiest bed of the trip so far! Nice and warm and loads of hot water and basic cooking ingredients provided as well as breakfast items for each day. Lovely linens. A pity that some guests have obviously abused the hospitality resulting in a lot of rules and regulations posted around the property! A perfect base for our ski break in Kimberley.

Of course, reasonable conversation and daily living noise is absolutely fine. :) ★ SELF-CATERED APARTMENT -During your stay, you are responsible for your own cleaning, cooking, laundry, and/or any additional supplies. There is no maid or laundry service. For bookings longer than 6 days, an interim cleaning is required once every 7 days, for an additional $35 to be paid in the resolution centre after booking. (During Covid- 19, this has been reduced to a linens and towels exchange only for $10) ★Some light traffic noise can be heard on occasion. ★ Check out is 10:00 am. Early check in and late check out, *if available*, must be prearranged and a fee will apply. ★ No pets or animals of any kind. ★ Unregistered or unpaid-for guests or visitors are not permitted on the property at any time. ★ Due to owner allergies, please do not use heavy perfumes or bring scented oils onto the property. It *does* permeate the building very quickly and the owner is affected. We use scent free cleaning products whenever possible.     The neighbourhood is central to everything and is situated in a mixed residential/commercial area. A short, 2 minute walk one block east takes you to the Kimberley Nature Trails which is great for the hiking enthusiast in the summer months and the cross country skier in the winter months. A grocery store is across the street, and with 4 restaurants nearby, including 2 right next door and 1 across the street, everything you need is within a few minutes walk. The swimming pool and the civic center, which houses the arena, are only 2 blocks away. The ski hill is only a short 5 minute drive away! The owners live on site and are available should you need anything at all.

    Flashback to 1906, this cabin was in regular use in Yoho national park by the forest wardens of the day. As one of the warden cabins erected in the park by Tallon Creek, it was hand crafted using no power tools during original construction. This log cabin was taken apart piece by piece from its original locale before being transported to its resting place overlooking our pond. With the creek trickling past your window, often referred to as “Creek Cabin” it's a favourite of returning guests.
    The space is approximately 120 ft square, with a beautiful custom log bed futon that can be folded into a couch during the day for lounging while also adding space within the interior for activities.
