A truly unique experience. The living space sits in the attic of the barn which is 13’ off the ground. Soak up the sun on the deck or relax and watch the sun set over the Rockies. There is always something happening around here. Come in the spring and you might get to witness a calf being born. Come in the summer and you’ll surely find the property owners training and riding horses. The owners have a passion for Mustangs. There might be a chance to watch them gentle one of these wild horses.

Our Cottage does not share any space with others. It is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains and town. Only 3 miles to Old Town and 1 mile to the foothills. The location is quiet and peaceful with a country feel yet close to the many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage.

Just a few steps down to the garden level to a separate, private (locked) space with plenty of natural light and convenient amenities like your own laundry, kitchenette, bathroom, even a cozy gas fireplace in the living area. Lovely 2 bedroom loft apartment located on a working farm 10 minutes from Old Town Fort Collins, Breweries, Dining, It is about 7 miles to Old Town Fort Collins and CSU. Peaceful setting with Wonderful views. The loft is a independent living space located over our garage and has it's own outside entrance by staircase to a deck off the apartment. Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)
