This unit is thoroughly cleaned and features 3 UVC light filters to clean the air as well as a UV sterilizer in the HVAC system. I have a large 2 bedroom home with king beds and down comforters in both rooms, 55" flat screen, sectional sofa, mini kitchen, full bath with heated floors, pool table, and parking. Easy access to Keystone, Breckenridge, Dillon, Silverthorne, and Frisco. World class skiing and mountain biking out the back door. 1 mile from the lake!
What guests are saying:“Tripp's place is fantastic! Don't look any further. We will be back if we are in the area again. The area is spacious and tastefully decorated. Very clean. We needed help with something and Tripp immediately responded and helped us with the issue. There is ample parking and incredible views. We were a bit apprehensive about being below main living quarters. There was NO reason for that apprehension. Way better than any hotel or even condo living. The space is close to many things- entertainment, hiking, biking, and skiing in the winter. A breakfast place, pizza, and drinks are within walking distance. Highly recommend staying at Tripp's place! Oh! The pool table is a fun bonus.”
Recently renovated, penthouse level Condo is located in the gorgeous Arapahoe Lodge in River Run Village in Keystone. Included are: state of the art appliances, fully equipped kitchen, linens, fireplace, vaulted ceilings, balcony and an unobstructed view of Keystone Mountain. Less than 2 minute walk to the Gondola. You will have access to one underground parking space and ski lockers. Pool and Hot Tubs are open with restrictions due to the COVID -19 pandemic.
What guests are saying:“Incredible convenience for skiing at Keystone! Walking distance to everything you need, from groceries to restaurants, to the gondola and chair lift. The unit itself is quiet and very nicely furnished. The balcony has a great view of the front of Keystone, so you can watch skiers come down day and night. We stayed with a group of three. While this unit is a little tight for groups of more than 2 people (the fold out sofa takes up most of the living room), we came primarily to ski rather than to spend time in the room and this wasn’t a problem for us.”
