The house is located at the entrance to the Bodetal (5-minute walk), is an ideal starting point for Harz hikes to the cliffs Hexentanzplatz and Roßtrappe, with cable car, chairlift and for relaxation in the thermal baths. The 100-year-old house has been lovingly renovated. 200 square meters on 3 levels offer enough space and retreat areas for 8 people. Large windows and an open living area with oiled wooden floorboards give the rooms light and atmosphere. The house is good for couples and families with kids.

It is centrally located in Blankenburg from where you can reach the bakery, shopping and various restaurants in 5 minutes or plan tours by bus and train. Blankenburg is also a central location from where you can go hiking or excursions throughout the Harz.

The approximately 60 m² apartment occupies the entire top floor of the two-family house in which it is located. Windows and views open in all four directions. The apartment has a living room with dining area, two bedrooms with two beds each, a kitchen, a bathroom (shower, sink) and a separate toilet. On short notice, I reconstructed this once dilapidated bungalow into a gem for nature lovers.
