We had an incredible time here for my summer party. Robert and Michelle are the perfect hosts and organisers. Nothing is too much trouble and all of my guests and myself were totally blown away by how spectacular the house, grounds and people were. 10/10.

Amazing house with great outside space, which on a sunny day was fantastic. Huge outdoor bar area was brilliant. Wonderful hosts who are clearly professionals and responded to questions really fast.

We had our wedding celebration at Woodstock. The venue is simply amazing, all of our guests were blown away. The garden is huge, with lots of beautiful plants and trees....and the pool with 2 hot tubs is a lovely extra. This is the perfect garden to hold and outdoor party/wedding .. and then the Victorian mansion vs modern side house leaves something for everyone’s taste in terms of accommodation. Michelle and Rob are a friendly couple who will help in any way they can. All we need to do now is think of an excuse to throw another party and I’ll be back! Thanks guys!

What an unbelievable house! I rented Michelle's place for my 30th birthday and it couldn't have gone any better. The place is absolutely massive, more bedrooms than you can count. The amentities are second to none, everything you can think of is catered for. Michelle and Robert were super responsive to any and all of my questions at all times and did everything they could to ensure everything ran super smoothly. Can't recommend enough.

What can we say about Woodstock that hasn’t already been said?! It is truly an amazing venue and when we came across it 18 months when looking for an alternative wedding venue we just knew it was perfect for us. From the moment we made contact with Robert and Michelle responses were instant and it was made clear there was no request too big but it was also just as ok to opt for a more low key event with no pressure at all. All of our guests made comment what an amazing house and grounds to both stay and have a wedding, especially the many from Finland some of who have never been to England before so what a great impression it made. The grounds are perfect for a wedding but typically for our day we saw the worst of English weather and had to have a very last minute change of plan and have the ceremony indoors but this was handled amazingly by Robert and it turned out to be a much more intimate and romantic setting having our loved ones so close around us. If you are looking for a wow factor for a wedding or event then this is definitely the place. Thank you once again to you both for everything Adele and Riku

Woodstock was the perfect venue for our large scale summer party. The venue and location are spot on and Rob and Michelle made sure we had everything we needed from their rich experience of running events at the house and a vast contact list. Eg. Caterers that Rob recommended were brilliant and lovely.

Excellent Stag weekend venue, pool facilities were incredible. Would highly recommend to any big group staying to also use the catering team they referred us! Grounds around the property were great apart from the owner left an eyesore (Ferrari) on green... preventing a serious game of garden cricket. Jokes aside the place was awesome and hosts were great.

Small but perfectly formed! We had a great stay - lovely space, fab host, and a very handy location.

Bronwen's little place was fab. Spotlessly clean and delightfully compact with everything I required for a weeks stay whilst doing a course nearby. Secure parking and there is a pub 5 minutes walking distance that does a very decent pie and mash. I would recommend Bronwen's place.

We very much enjoyed to stay there: The place is small and cute and really cozy: Bronwen was very kind and took good care of us. the beds were great- I love good beds :) , and the kitchen was equipped even with tea and coffe and little treats- which gives you this welcome-feeling as you'ld be visiting family or friends. I highly recommend the place for future visitors!

Great location. Just a short walk to everything you need. This place really did feel like a home away from home. Melanie and her son was excellent hosts and very friendly. She even went out of her way to help me do laundry while I was gone all day. The bed was small but very comfortable. The desk was perfect for me to work from. There was coffee and other breakfast foods, which was a nice touch. Plenty of warm water and the place was clean. I'll stay again if I visit Windsor in the future.

I didn't meet the host. It was a young man who checked me in. He was happy to make me a cuppa. I booked an hour before checking in. No problems. Got a good night's sleep. Left at checkout.

I booked this as a birthday surprise for my husband with the main purpose of doing Parkrun at Upton Court Park which is about 20 minutes drive away. Obviously I wanted it to feel special, and this cosy dwelling felt every bit of the treat we could have hoped for. We usually take food with us and cook an evening meal and breakfast the next morning. (There is a village pub a short walk away, for those that prefer not to self-cater) Nearby Windsor is also a lovely location to mooch around on Saturday. There was a fresh fruit bowl and fresh milk, all sorts of hot drinks and a little cake! We had a friendly chat with Caroline on arrival and leaving, with a chance to meet the hens who were allowed out to wonder around their garden in this peaceful village setting. Would highly recommend this little gem of an Airbnb.

Have returned a number of times to Caroline and Sean's place. It is a perfect space, spotlessly clean and stylish. I'll be back.

The property was lovely. Exactly as explained. We were provided with milk, cereal and tea which was lovely. All bedding and towels were clean and the shower was really nice.

Had a lovely time at The Old School House. The space is very inviting and cosy, perfect for a weekend get away. Sean had been very hospitable in getting us checked in and really appreciated the thorough local manual put together by Caroline. Enjoyed a drink at the local pub that is only short walk away, which was a great way to end our stay. Would recommend and would love to stay again!

A perfect place to stay in Windsor. Centrally located & approximately 8 minute walk to the train station. The space is ideal for a solo traveller or couple. Cherry's place was just as advertised; a great spot to rest for a short stay while in Windsor. Host is highly communicative, and check-in/checkout was extremely simple. Cherry was also helpful and accommodating, allowing my car to remain parked in her driveway even after my check-out. Overall, a nice, cozy place to stay.

Melanie and family were SO sweet! The room was clean, quaint and cozy! I loved the location and found this the perfect spot for a weekend getaway:) plus her little pup is adorable, loving and I could give him pets all day long!

Melanie is really an excellent hostess with a good deal of social dexterity and grace, even in extraordinary circumstances as mine were, essentially escaping the company of relatives on Christmas Eve no less .. she took my booking without any hesitation or trouble after my hotel reservation on the High Street was apparently preempted by overbooking and, she was essentially the ideal hostess for my short stay. Very highly recommended.

I stayed one night at David and Donnas place as I was working near by. It was a very pleasant stay. David was very helpful when I first got there with answering a few questions about where to get food etc. The overnight oats that were in the fridge for breakfast was a really lovely touch. I look forward to staying again!

Thoughtful touches such as the breakfast in the morning, tea, coffee and shower products made it perfect for a one night stay for work. Very conveniently located for the office. Helen is a great host with thoughtful touches of hospitality. Excellent courteous communication as on my arrival day I experienced delays due to adverse weather conditions, however Helen accommodated my late arrival. Comfortable facilities well organized. I would highly recommend the experience as good stay at Helen's home.

I've been staying with Helen for a few months, my plan was to stay for a few weeks until I found out where I'd be working and then find somewhere closer to work. I'm so comfortable there that I don't mind travelling further everyday. Really good value for money and Helen is very easy to get along with.

I liked staying here so much that I've already booked it again for next week. Really comfortable room and a lovely host.

A quiet, organized place to work and rest. Parking was available, which was very helpful, and the Labrador Blue was perfectly behaved. Highly recommended!

Fabulous location and a great space to make home for a few days

I had a very nice stay at Lana’s. Everything was sparkling clean and the bathroom was surprisingly large. Plenty of hot water, no maintenance issues, a couple inquiries to Lana were dealt with promptly. Bed is very comfortable! As others have noted, it’s quite compact, but worked fine for me as a solo traveler (and I’ve certainly stayed in smaller rooms!). One small note is that sound does travel a bit through the walls - a neighbor asked me to turn down my music a couple of times, and I felt terrible for bothering them inadvertently! From my side of things, neighbors’ sounds were minimal, and I never noticed any street noise at all. Would return.

This is a small studio apartment but was absolutely ideal for one or two people. Great location with only a short walk to the shops, cafes etc. Lana left some milk and tea bags which was a lovely touch. I throughly enjoyed my stay there and would recommend to anyone.

Lana was a wonderful host, very accommodating to our travel needs and stayed in communication with us. We would love to come back again! This flat is very cute and modern, but was a little bit tight with my 6’5’’ husband. We made it work though and had a great time.

This is a lovely flat in an ideal location for the centre of Windsor. It isn't big but extremely well-equipped and very cosy with a lovely window to the front. Thoroughly recommend it.

Nice quiet little studio flat, only 10 minutes walk from the centre and the castle. Much better value than staying in a hotel!

Fantastic place to stay 10/10

Had a really wonderful stay in Penny's home. She was an excellent host and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, even offering to give me lifts when she was able. The house was sparkling clean and the bed was big and comfy.

The house was lovely and very clean. The room being ensuite provides a lot of privacy and it's kept in the best of conditions and it looks great. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and always clean. We even got to use the kitchen and sometimes living room. The location is also great with train station and Waitrose within 15 min by feet. Penny was just lovely, discreet yet very helpful. My friend had to come to stay with me because of some unexpected events and Penny was very kind and helpful: she took her in before my arrival and had been nothing but great ever since. Definitely would recommend.

Amanda’s place is even better than the photos and exceeded my expectations. The accommodation is arranged over three floors. The sitting area is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. A real home from home.

A great place to stay - spread over 3 levels it feels spacious and the light coming through the skylights was lovely. Well-equipped kitchen and warm and comfortable furnishings in the sitting area and bedroom - definitely one to return to!

Very homely and mature hostess. You must accept not to eat anything in the room. All eating must be done in the dining area. This is understandable because of the rugs in the room

This is a lovely studio apartment, with everything you could need in it! It is spacious and very clean and cosey, and the breakfast food is top notch. So close to the M3 too with a driveway and own entrance to the property. Truly lovely.

Stayed here a couple of times now when I’m in the area and can honestly say it’s one of the best Air BnB I’ve booked... lots of lovely touches with lots of space to relax. Tbh, I’m slightly apprehensive about giving such a fab review as I’m always gutted when I try to book it and it’s taken which will no doubt be happening more often in the future as more people discover it. A fantastic apartment in a great location close to Bracknell station and centre. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Would definitely use again if I was in the area.

Everything was wonderful at this apartment in Bracknell from start to finish. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the necessary luxuries that one would expect including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. There was a brochure for help in anything imaginable you could think of including things to do, bus routes etc. There was a large supermarket right next door and the Mall about 200m, what more could you want! Would definitely use them again.

This apartment is incredible, decorated beautifully, really homely, all amenities you’d require as well as in a fantastic location right near shops and restaurants. The service on arrival and throughout our stay was outstanding and I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for something in Bracknell.

The room was really clean, beautifully and newly renovated. Helpful staff. Got everything you need for a short stay. Travel cot was provided and the beddings are so clean. Alexa amazed my toddler. If there is also a highchair that will be perfect. Noisy road and parking is on the 6th floor of a multi storey car park next to the building which is not that convenient but apart from those everything was great.

As described, very well kitted out, in a lovely building with very convenient amenities on your doorstep.

My only issue was there were already 2 cars parked in our designated bays but we were assured this wouldn’t be a problem when checking in. Thanks for a great stay

Stayed for one night and the apartment was great - lovely and clean, close to many restaurants and easy check in. The only difficulty was parking which is awkward to get to if you didn’t know where you were going however, the host ensured great instructions were provided prior to arrival as well as having a contact number for the front desk for any assistance. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable stay!

This is one of my favourite airbnb stays. Scott is fantastic host! He is kind, friendly, considered, helpful and fun guy! Also considering how cheep the price is, he is very generous. His house is spotless clean and tastefully decorated. The room again has a fresh and modern look and the bed was really comfortable... It felt more like staying with a good friend then renting a room! I can't recommend this place enough!

We stayed at Mandy’s during the weekend of Storm Dennis. She was a fantastic host, welcoming us in the bad weather. She is only a message away if any questions need answering. As for Mandy’s place itself it’s brilliant. Mandy’s studio house is home away from home. Everything you could possibly think of is at Mandy’s. Toiletries, home gestures, television with Netflix, kitchen & cutlery, snacks, heating, lovely bathroom. I recommend you stay here for the experience! Also if you are going to ascot racecourse for the day like myself, the taxi is about 5 min drive from Mandy’s to the racecourse is costing around £5.00.

Louisa has created such a lovely annex, beautifully done, plenty of light, bed is super comfortable. Parking & all the rest is simple. A lovely little home from home during my work trip.

The directions were clear and we appreciated the sign out the front. Lovely to be shown inside by host. Lovely little place, had everything we needed. The little notes around the place (lights, loo roll etc) were a thoughtful touch. Comfy bed, had a good nights sleep. Decent shower with plenty of space. The off street parking was perfect for us, we have a big car and had plenty of room. Appreciated the kettle, fridge and microwave so we could make breakfast in the morning. Milk, tea etc provided ;-) There are a couple of takeaways just a short drive away. Would re book if staying in area again so would definitely recommend.

Just a perfect place to base yourself if you are in the area. We were visiting family in Windlesham but it's also very convenient for Legoland, The Lookout, Coral Reef, walks in Virginia Water, shopping in Camberley and the Meadows (huge Tesco and M&S) etc etc. You do realistically need a car, but we found a reasonable rental place in Camberley (Kendalls). Charlie and Charlotte were very good hosts, attentive to our needs and made sure we had a very comfortable stay. The place itself is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for any length of stay. Highly recommended!

This our second visit to Wood End House and yet again we were very happy with the accommodation and hosts. We stayed for four nights and Charlie was very helpful and quick to respond to queries. We stayed for work purposes and Wood End House is a far better option than a cramped hotel room. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to others.

Fantastic place with super hosts. We stayed for the week whilst visiting Legoland, Thorpe Park, Chessington and London. The location is perfect, on a quiet and exclusive cul de sac, with easy access of all the local attractions. We stayed with our three small children and the space was perfect for us. Highly recommend!

Recently stayed here with our 6 year old. Nicely situated for Legoland and even Chessington. Very spacious, really well equipped with kitchen utensils, bedding, towels etc. Really clean, set in beautiful surroundings with lovely hosts. Would definitely recommend & even stay again!

I had a lovely stay with Lynda. Her adorable dog Magnet, was so well behaved and sweet. I am grateful to have met them both. The cottage is charming, and there were constantly flowers present both in and outside the home, which was a joy.

Good value accommodation in a great location

5*, Tina was an incredible host. She was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions I had. As I arrived later than previously agreed Tina was flexible with my check-in time too. Tina's home was very clean and had all of the necessities for a 2 night stay.

Stayed at Tina's for one night whilst working in Bracknell. Tina is a fantastic host, very warm and welcoming and instantly makes you feel at home. Tina's home is beautifully clean and the room is very cosy and comfortable, sky TV in the room is a great touch. Really hope to stay again soon.

I had a lovely relaxed stay in Tina's home. She is so welcoming and friendly. The house is spotless and stylish and the breakfast provided is fab. I was at an event in Hilton Bracknell which is about a 15 minute walk from Tina's house but the walk is mainly via a pedestrian route through a lovely wooded area. I highly recommend staying here.
