The apartment consists of a large living/sleeping room (equipped kitchen, dining area, double bed and sofa) with a large balcony. A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. There is plenty of space around the house to play and romp. Next door is the stable building. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017! Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

Our lovingly furnished attic apartment is idyllically located on the Wolfegger Ach, only 7 km from Kißlegg – ideal for all those who are looking for relaxation in the middle of nature. We live in the house but the apartment is its own private area. There are still three dogs and one cat on the property. The house is quiet, with no direct neighbors – perfect for a break from everyday life. Hiking and biking trails start almost in front of the door.

We offer in a newly built family house a 40 sqm apartment in the air spa town of Wolfegg, suburb of Molpertshaus, in an idyllic, pre-alpine location. Molpertshaus is located 6 km from the spa town Bad Waldsee and 9 km from the spa town Bad Wurzach. The Tower of Towers and Gates of Ravensburg is 19 km away, while the town of Wangen in Allgäu is 25 km away. The distance to Lindau am Bodensee and Friedrichshafen is 45 km.
