The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. There is plenty of space around the house to play and romp. Next door is the stable building. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017! Molpertshaus is located 6 km from the spa town Bad Waldsee and 9 km from the spa town Bad Wurzach. The Tower of Towers and Gates of Ravensburg is 19 km away, while the town of Wangen in Allgäu is 25 km away. The distance to Lindau am Bodensee and Friedrichshafen is 45 km.
