The apartment is located on the high ground floor on the street side on Dorfstraße, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket, doctors, walking_cycling and hiking trails. In the village centre (approx. 500m) there are other supermarkets, shops serving everyday needs, restaurants, cafes, the train station and the tourist information.

The farm "Köcken" is a farm of the Moser family. The village center is minutes away by car and you have a great view of a mountain panorama from the property. A nest to feel good

They live on the first floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet, on the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a south-west orientation for a wonderful view and lots of sunshine. A parquet floor provides a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was rebuilt in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, pony, playground, many hiking trails, bike rides or just enjoy the beautiful view. In winter, slides, tobogganing, tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
