The Cozy Attic

The best value in College Station. No where will you find an entire place at this price point! Newly renovated and sparkling clean. We converted our attic space into an extremely cozy 1 bed 1 bath apartment. If you are looking for a clean and affordable place. This is it! With a separate bedroom, separate entrance, fast internet, and a Keurig machine, we believe you will have an excellent stay. The shower and ceiling are short. We recommend taller people avoid booking (unless you don’t mind).
