The apartment includes two living areas with 58" TVs with streaming capabilities, reserved parking, and is a short walk to the Texas A&M campus and all the shopping/restaurants at Northgate. Staying on this side of campus also gives guests great access to Bryan-very centrally located. Guests 3 and 4 sleep on the fold out queen sofa in the downstairs living area

Our 1600 sq. ft home is perfect for multi family use with four bedrooms (master has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed, 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds, 4th bedroom has a futon double size and the couch is NOT a pull out but would sleep 2-3), 2 bathrooms, large common space and outdoor area, table and umbrella. Located in a family friendly neighborhood with plenty of parking only 5-10 minutes from Kyle Field, Texas A&M University, downtown Bryan, Northgate, Easterwood Airport and more.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax on the old family farm. The little pampered mobile home is not fancy but it's oh so peaceful and relaxing to sit by the pond or just relax on the big deck and view the hundred year old farmstead. Drive past the host's house about 1500' down a maintained gravel road and you're there! You'll have your own campfire site complete with firewood and stumps to sit on or enjoy the covered pier over the pond...it has a fan to keep it breezy!

This two bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from Texas A&M. The two private bedrooms feature brand new, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and one bedroom includes a desk for remote work. Both bedrooms have king sized beds & master room/living room have 50 inch TVs. Log into your personal streaming account or use our Hulu, Disney+ or ESPN+, as a courtesy. Relax in private backyard or cook in the beautiful kitchen which includes a Keurig coffee maker with pods & creamers.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.
