A unique flexible apartment in Palais

Quiet and "atypical" Souterrain apartment, refurbished at the end of 2018, in an old building, on the ground floor and 1st floor, in the city center of Le Palais with its private independent entrance. You will arrive in the living room with its yellow sofa and cocooning area with flat screen. Next to the living room, the spacious bedroom. To access the floor, you will take a beautiful wooden staircase, it will take you to the bright kitchen. It is fully equipped. On the same floor, the shower room.

Located outside the fortified urban enclosure of the port of Le Palais, on the edge of a very beautiful wood called "Bois du Génie", it is on one level on two large private terraces and two enclosed gardens: 1 to the south (shared by us) and 1 to the north (wood side) exclusively reserved for travelers . 5mn walk to the center of Palais, the first beach as well as the coastal trails and 600m to a pet supermarket OK

On the ground floor of a beautiful house in Islois, large and very comfortable studio with private access including equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with bed of 160, shower room, toilet, green corner with garden furniture and barbecue, parking space for the car. Friendly welcome. Small childcare equipment provided: baby bed, bathtub and baby pot, booster. Heated and protected private swimming pool (May to September).

This house, located on the outskirts of a hamlet, about 300 m from Gr 340 (stage between Sauzon and Locmaria), is located in a garden shared with our home. Close to the arrival of Quiberon's boat, restaurants, bars, shops and beaches of Castoul and Ramonette, you will be in the nerve center of the island!
