Easy check in with lock box. Peter called in the next morning and explained everything including local tax and bus pass, which we used a lot. Walking distance to the castles, about 2km. Local information office just across the road. Reliable bus service to Fussen, 5km away. Supermarkets minutes away. Great location overall. We hardly used our car. Gondola also very close and well worth doing, especially one way and walking back down. Day trip by car to Linderhof castle also well worth it. Thanks Peter and Stefan.

One of the best and most beautiful accommodations I / we have had. The location was right. The place is “private”. You can walk well to restaurants, shops, ... The amenities in the villa are top, clean and well maintained. It's very comfortable. Private lake access is about 2 minutes away on foot. Beautiful, well-kept jetty including loungers, SUPs and a tretto boat. The communication was very good. It responds quickly if you have a concern, it will also be processed promptly. Clear recommendation from all of us:)

Wonderful experience. Valentin is a friendly hands on host. He met us on arrival and showed us the place with great recommendations. Place is located adjacent to the bus stop, and 500m walk to the lake and supermarket. Has a good balcony with views and 2 generous bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped. Highly recommend. After extensive research, we found Apart Cental and it was absolutely perfect. Exactly what we were looking for and the location couldn’t have been better. A super short walk to the lift and within very easy walking distance of the town, with local shops and restaurants, but it was also in a very peaceful setting. Ideal! The layout worked perfectly and it was lovely and clean and tidy. Spotless in fact! Martin was incredibly helpful with the many questions I initially had along with making recommendations and assisting us when we arrived. Thank you so much, Martin! If we come back to Mayrhofen we will definitely be staying with you again! We had a brilliant time.

We will gladly book the place again as we are in the area once a year! The apartment is very cozy, clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking! The view of the pond is as described beautiful and also with our dog we could go for a wonderful walk here.

The place is great for a family of 4, with a nice view of the mountains and an italian restaurant close-by. Perfect place to stay to travel in the surroundings of Garmisch.

Very nice apartment in the property of Robert and his wife. A terrace overlooking the vineyards and apple trees with the mountains in the background offered us a very pleasant view. Good location for visiting the surroundings of Bolzano. I recommend

This place is highly recommended. Modern decor. It is very clean. In the kitchen there is everything you need. As a welcome, a personalized bar of chocolate and a bottle of water were provided, so you felt right at home. Check-in and check-out is very straightforward with the key box. I enjoyed a wonderful experience during my month-long stay. The studio was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-furnished, and the hosts were responsive, friendly, and helpful with all my questions and needs. Though I had to be in Noerdlingen, it was very easy to drive there from Unterschneidheim, and the quality and value of the apartment was much better than what I could find in other towns.
