The apartment is newly renovated, partly newly furnished (e.g. kitchenette). Large south-facing balcony with magnificent panoramic views of the Ramsau mountains. Hiking opportunities directly from the house. We are happy to provide tips. Important: Tourist tax €3.10/pers. + overnight stay (children, 7-16 years: €1.55) must be paid extra on site.

Es gilt ein strenges PARTYVERBOT und NACHTRUHE ab 22:00 Uhr (noise monitoring).

Our farm is located on a lovely sunny plateau just above the holiday village Taisten, amidst untouched nature and with stunning panoramic views of the majestic Dolomites. We shared – Andreas and Michaela, the children Sofia, Samuel and Linda as well as our grandma Rosa – manage the Mahrhof on the sunny side of Tesido, in the east of Plan de Corones. The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

The 2-room apartment is divided into a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchen. A covered parking space is available for your car. The large south balcony offers you a view of the romantic Gsieser - Tal as well as the foothills of the Dolomites. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth box are also at your disposal.

Exclusive apartment with infrared cabin! It is located in the center of Kolsass. This includes a large garden with barbecue facilities, a private garage and parking spaces. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.
