Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. Beautiful cottage in the quiet nature. Ideal for families, bikers, hikers and touring skiers. Ski and toboggan run about 20 minutes away. In winter, you need 4x4 or snow chains and winter tires. The road is single-lane. The village and train station are 5 km away. The kitchen is well equipped with various appliances, including a bean coffee machine. Bathroom with underfloor heating, otherwise the house is heated with wood. Large and cozy rooms. It's an old house that's been rebuilt.

Cocoon paradise and dream landscape

We built this little house for ourselves with love. It is located close to our residential house, but it enjoys an unobstructed view and preserves your privacy. You will feel right at home. We dream by looking at the view, the sun, on one of the terraces or by the fire. To disconnect, discover the Gruyère, isolate yourself to work remotely, get away as a couple... The hardest part is to leave.

Cozy chalet on a stream with wonderful mountain views. Garden area with BBQ and terrace. A sandbox for kids. Parking space for 2 cars. Central location. Train station, cable cars and shopping within walking distance. Tenants of the house are allowed to book the offers of the Gstaadcard. The house does not have central heating, the fireplace is fired with wood. Works wonderfully!
